Improve everything! It's not 5*, but a maximum of 3 and that's a stretch. To begin with, 1) filter who can come to the "international level" hotel and who can't. Because for the last 4 days it has been a Bedouin village, not a Hotel. 2) Work with the food and with the freshness of the products, there is nothing to eat for 10 days, the last 4 are impossible, I had to go eat in restaurants outside the hotel. 3) what's the joke with the seasonality of pool heating? You are the only hotel in Egypt that I know who is talking about something like this. 4) the vaunted beach, put normal umbrellas and sun beds, not what it costs. And put protection from the wind, you are still a former "desole" 5) teach the chefs the culture of service, and what are the jokes with 2 alacarts instead of 6? 6) put a net on the beach, it's dangerous to swim there. I understand that there is a reef, but a huge number of moray eels, fish "fools", winglets and even saw one stingray, this is too much, even for an extreme. 7) learn to tell the truth and give the right information, as there were still a "bunch" of small problems.
