I do not recommend it!!!! Absolutely!!!!!
We stayed at this hotel in the middle of December this year. What can I say about him ? ... This hotel does not pull at 5* AT ALL!! Maximum 3* - what is a 5* service, the hotel staff does not know at all. As well as slippers, a bathrobe - they also do not know.
Renovation : completely renovated, especially in the rooms. The photo on the website and the reality of the repair do not match at all. We booked one room, but in the end we were given a completely different one, so much so that we had to change it with a scandal. As a result, they gave a slightly better room, but no longer with a partial view of the sea as it should have been, but with a view of the construction site, where repair work began at 5 am!!!
As for food and drinks, it generally sucks!!! The monotonous, what was not eaten for breakfast, is converted into another dish for lunch. They didn't drink alcohol- but according to the stories of other vacationers, it also sucks.
Cleaning : the guys are trying, of course, but not perfect as we would like. If you pay money, the cleaning will be better. And so blunder, do not walk barefoot in the room, only in shoes. They don't know what detergents are at all.
The territory is well maintained, cleaned, beautiful. Pools, bars are great. The sea is chic, the beach is clean, there are always places.
Entertainment: animators at the hotel class as well as live music or entertainment shows in the evenings
Staff: rude, looking down on you, this is clearly not behavior for 5* hotel staff!!!! To find out what is in the hotel, you will have to call the guide, because the staff will not tell you a word, and if you start swearing, they pretend that they do not understand Russian and English.
as soon as your time is up and you need to check out of the room, that's it, you are in this hotel for the staff just go *** - the attitude changes instantly. Check out of the room at 12.00 - our flight was at 20.00 - accordingly, we wanted to extend the room on the eve - the price is 20 bucks for each. Well, OK, where to go, we agreed. The reception told us to come up in the morning for an extension, as a result, when we arrived, we were told that there were no rooms. Although this was actually not the case!! Okay, we sat in the lobby from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. to leave for the airport. But of course you can no longer use the services of the hotel!!! Although the travel agency explained what was possible.
You can not eat (only for 10 bucks per person), water, tea, coffee are also only for money. The staff does not behave correctly with guests as soon as you leave the room!!!
We went to this hotel on the advice of a tour operator and were led to beautiful photos, but alas!!! I don't recommend it at all!!!

A great hotel for unpretentious people.
Yes, there may be a no-frills diet, but the dishes do not end, and fruits, especially pomegranates, are super in winter.

The only advantage of the Pyramid is the sea. Everything else is on 2 . The lights are turned off twice a day, the refrigerator in the room did not work, they promised to change it for all 10 days, they do not clean well. It's not my first time in this hotel, it became absolutely unbearable. I'm not going there anymore.

The hotel does not pull in 5*, the kitchen is 3*. But I was pleased: a large territory, the first coastline, animation, lots of entertainment, daily room cleaning. Not far from the hotel there is a beautiful fountain park, where tourists are taken for money, and you can walk quietly to it and enjoy the beauty for free.

We had a rest in September 2023. The rooms in our building were "tired", but everything worked - air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, plumbing. The cleaning was mediocre until the first communication with the floor administrator, then the cleaning boy was cleaned by his boss and our floors were washed every day. Linen for 5+, towels for 5+, shampoos and other ordinary, normal. Meals at the hotel for 5++. And crabs and shrimps and ostrich meat. There are tons of desserts. For fruits without frills. Beer and white wine are normal, red wine is not very good. The beach, the sea, the animation is just super! And foam parties and live music and active games. Well, the sea and the beach are 5++++ . You can probably find fault with the quality of the sunbeds, but it's not even noticeable.
Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the checkout. We were discharged at 12, and the flight was at 21.00. And you are no longer a guest (((( in other hotels, guests use the bar and restaurant before check-out, our bracelets were removed. And no bar, no restaurant....

The hotel is 2 out of 5👎👎👎 . The food is not tasty at all after 3 days there is nothing to eat all the same. The rooms are dirty, even there is no brush, everything is old. The staff is greedy on the beach, they spare ice cream and rolls a variety of fruits 0 . Children's animation is monotonous . THERE ARE NO OBSTACLES TO THE BEACH AND THE SEA ITSELF. BUT I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY OWN . And by the way, maybe there is E. coli, because many people have diarrhea.

I was lucky the room was next to the main building which provided Wi-Fi in the room. Cleaned cleanly there are no complaints. Towels were changed without any problems. Bottled water in the room 2 bottles per day. Small bottles in the bar. Old room stock and sun beds. Convenient entrance to the sea. There is a coral reef nearby on a wild beach. The food is average (a lot of fruits, seafood is rare, sweets and pastries are full, but for an amateur) you will not stay hungry. There is a place to walk nearby. There are many foreigners among the vacationers. Good animators.

The hotel is good. But it doesn't pull 5 stars. We had a rest in November 2023. Previously, it was one big hotel, now they have not divided 2 hotels, respectively, some entertainment is now obtained in the neighboring hotel. Repairs are underway, the sounds of jackhammers and dust. The territory is large, there are restaurants, a small water park (2 slides). The beach is big and gorgeous. The animators just flew away. Nutrition: simple, not fancy, there is not much choice of dishes. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The maids clean disgusting. You can rest this time. I wouldn't go a second time.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2023, I'll start with the cons. For which they took off 3 stars. The rooms are all old, a lot of things in the room are broken. Upon check-in, they give an understated number of cards for towels. In the room when checking in for three. Cooked for two. I have to run to the reception. There is no animation for children in principle. One semi-open booth on the beach. A restaurant on the beach, it's fear and loathing in Losvegas. There are constant queues, although there are two places for bartenders. Bottled drinking water is constantly running out, beer is always in short supply. Stand and wait. Although there are two taps on the bar. Returning to children's animation, 3-4 songs in the evening and everyone is free. The anfitiator went once and all desire disappeared to come. The seats are all shabby, to watch the performance you need to do it standing up. There is no bar nearby, only in the hotel itself. Rods are something with something, iron, but not all, there are also normal ones. Now let's move on to the pros. The beach is sandy, super, the sea is warm, due to the location in the lagoon. You can swim with a mask, eat, coral and the city under water. WIFI works throughout the flight, even on the plan. The food is good, everyone had enough, there are no queues. A long promenade, a pleasant positive walk.

Two adults and two children. A great hotel, I definitely recommend it.We swam every day, the water in the morning at 9-00 is exactly 21 degrees, from 12-00 it is already 23.8-24 degrees. It's 35 degrees in the sun.At 17:00, you already need sweaters or light jackets.The food at the hotel is good, there is something to eat for both children and adults, there is always a choice of different types of meat, fish, seafood, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, sweets, etc. Room cleaning, like everywhere else in Egypt, could be better, but tolerable, there will be no tips, there will be no cleaning.
The animation is great, the guys are giving their best 100%.
We went from Coral, as Tez and Biblio were more expensive for the same tour.

The hotel is tired, repairs are needed, the kitchen is mega delicious once in a while, then so-so. The staff is polite and responsive, but they work on cleaning the room from the kick, they clean poorly until you complain, then it's perfect.
Problems with cooling drinks, everything is warm.
We had our room changed when complaining about the terrible condition of everything, which was very pleasant.
It's up to you, but we won't be coming back.

A wonderful hotel, the whole family had a rest from April 28 to May 7. I really liked it. There were small disadvantages, the sea had not warmed up yet, the pools were initially heated, but later it stopped being noticeably noticeable. Soon we got used to it and it didn't hurt. The staff tries hard, but sometimes they are too annoying. There are a lot of areas for children, a swimming pool, a playground, a children's room, a disco, and various master classes. The child (8 years old) was delighted. Overall, everything was great.

I was on vacation with my family from 21.11-30-11.if you want a wonderful sea, come here!!!!The location of the hotel is great, the huge coastline,there are no problems with sun beds, attentive and positive staff, animation on the beach is simple.the food to choose from is always fresh (I was very afraid after the poisoning in Sochi )there are no queues for her.The only drawback is poorly cleaned rooms, but after leaving, everything is quickly fixed.

We had a rest in August 2023.
We drove about 1.5 hours from the airport. Along the way, there were hotels that were very interestingly decorated externally, paramisa unfortunately was not impressed. Check-in was at 23:15 ... the keys were waiting for an hour.
They put on bracelets and said that they could go to a restaurant to eat. And by this time there was almost no food in the restaurant. Rice, unpleasant-looking potatoes in broth, leftover meat in sauce, sweets... and that's it.
The room leaves much to be desired. The door to the balcony is breathing hard, the toilet does not lock, the duvet cover and pillowcases are in creepy coils, I really wanted to buy my own underwear, but only clothes are sold on site. The air conditioner is working, the refrigerator is empty and does not work, only 2 bottles of water per day are not replenished with sodas. The mattress is normal. There are 3 sockets, but only 2 work, they did not change the number.
On the balcony, the chair turned out to have a huge nail, my son noticed immediately, and so it would be possible to severely injure his back, there is no information about the hotel in the room, it is unclear when what works and where what is, but they asked at the reception and gave a description in Russian.
The beach is great, no one throws off things, there are sun beds, you can find them without problems. The entrance to the sea is good, but it is better to buy carp, they are still safe. The underwater world is wonderful, the sea is the best! It is very beautiful, warm and transparent.
The staff is quite friendly in the service, but not in the food distribution!
About food: Asking for an extra piece of meat... it's like tearing them from their hearts. If you ask for 2 pieces in the distribution, they don't look at you very kindly anymore.
The food is monotonous, there is not much choice.
There is not enough food from 16-18, after a lunch swim I want to eat, but there is no food anymore. Everyone walks along the beach hungry and only drinks water. In the dining room, you probably need to take food from lunch with you. The territory is normal, generally not bad.
Drinks: Juices are terribly sweet, similar to jupi, so we bought them outside the hotel. Cola, fanta, sprite, drink as much as you want, I haven't tried alcohol.
The animation is so-so, there are several activities on the beach, by the pool, in the evening someone sings, but it was better just to have a disco.
Separately, I would like to say about the shops on the territory of the hotel: you need to bypass the jewelry store, the market too, because their margin is cosmic. Juice -4$, pringles -6$, cheated with a SIM card, they said 20GB, in fact there were only 10.
It is better to go to the mall right away and buy everything there for a penny.
You will definitely need a SIM card, because there is no Internet in the hotel, even in the lobby. It seems to be there, but it is not there. He just doesn't pull it off.
Will I go to this hotel again-definitely not! Yes, to Egypt, but you need to keep your ears open with the Arabs!

Apart from the beach, there are no advantages. The sun beds are old. A 2-star room barely pulls. The canditer did not work.those who were not satisfied with the old rooms were offered to move to a new building with a good repair.it was necessary to pay 20 dollars extra per day, and the worst thing is that we all got hurt and we were not the only ones according to the tourists' conversations. At the airport, visas that cost $ 25 are trying to sell for $ 27. And the strangest thing is that representatives of the biblioglobus are involved in this, they send you to these comrades where they sell these visas for 27 bucks and not 25 as it should be.In 2012, this hotel was 100 times better than at the moment. Otel does not match the declared star. Everything went very badly wrong, I do not know what this is connected with, but I repeat, in 2012 I was in this hotel and then everything was just great. Perhaps the management of the hotel or the owner has changed.

Cons: room cleaning is poor. The linen has not been changed for 13 days, as long as we were there. The dining room is always crowded and very stuffy. Food is snapped up in the first few minutes, especially grilled or fish. On the beach, the sunbeds are always busy with towels at 8 and 7 in the morning.
Advantages: the embankment is a promenade.

BUT there were also disadvantages (not specifically related to the hotel), which brought us a lot of unpleasant moments and disappointments, this is the so-called ANEX tour Guide - Ibrahim with an assistant (name, in my opinion, Mahmed). Who will go to Egypt from this company, then be careful, a person who talks a lot and quickly, but does not answer your questions, will not work with you all the time, you need to constantly remind yourself, but the most terrible thing is that taking quite decent money for excursions (at the hotel excursions are twice as expensive as others) not finding the change, we were ignored for a week, not wanting to give the money, deciding that we just have to give it to them, and the second point is do not buy SIM cards with the Internet from them, they cheat with megabytes. We ordered 20 MGB, they sold us 9 MGB for this money, they thought we wouldn't check them.

We rested at the end of September. We ended up at the hotel by accident - we chose a tour through a tour operator, realized on the spot that the hotel sucks-a nightmare-horror and asked to relocate the welcoming guide with surcharges. The season started and the choice was small, we stopped there.
The design of the room and the sleeping place is excellent; the bathroom is 3/4; the territory is large and well-groomed; the pools are clean (but you need to get out of them at exactly 18:00, the cleaning begins); the beach is well-groomed and equipped, there are enough sun beds, umbrellas too. Restaurant: the service is normal; the food is delicious and the selection is large. A lot of foreigners.
We lived in Building B, Premium rooms on the 3rd floor. If you dig in, you can, of course, say about the unrepaired bathroom and other small things, but in general it is very comfortable.
