The hotel is 3*, but the location is good:within walking distance of Emirates Mall, Carrefour, Lulu, metro, bus station, from where there is a direct 105 bus without stops to the Flower Garden. There are many cafes nearby where you can have a snack at affordable prices. The hotel is small, some rooms have balconies, there is a tea and coffee station and water in the room, everything is replenished daily. The cleaning is of high quality. The staff is friendly.They don't speak Russian, but they know how to use an online translator. WiFi is stable.The only thing is the breakfasts:designed for adults, the assortment is small, but you will not stay hungry, but it will be difficult to feed a small child. I definitely recommend it

We stayed at this hotel from 11 to 19.01.26. The hotel is located in Dubai's Al Barsha district. This is a 3-star hotel, we took breakfast/dinner. Upon arrival at the hotel, check-in after 14.00, we arrived at 8.00, the reception said there were no rooms yet, we checked into the luggage room and went for a walk, the room was finally given at 12.50. They helped me bring my things in. I was vacationing with my son for 16 years, and we were given a room with a large double bed, they said there were no other rooms yet, they promised to change as soon as they appeared, and we did not go ourselves. They also gave us only one magnetic key, which was inconvenient for us. Room: with a small balcony, air conditioning works around the clock, can be adjusted, blackout curtains, convenient. One large towel per room and one for each foot, disposable slippers, shaving machines, cotton swabs, disposable brushes, cotton pads. Detergents in large bottles are hand soap, body cream, shampoo and shower gel. The room has a fridge without freezer, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, glasses for water., 2 bottles of water 0.5. If the water is not supplied, just say at the reception, they will bring everything. Cleaning: there is an electronic scoreboard in the room, if you do not press the cleaning button when leaving, then you will not be cleaned. We forgot to press it once, they don't even bring in the water. If the cleaning button is on, all the linen will be changed, towels, and the bed will be made. I didn't like the dinners at all, their menu includes 1 type of soup, 3 types of second courses and 2 types of dessert. The restaurant is aimed at Hindus and Arabs, the food is spicy, sweet and sour, with soy sauce, you need to adapt. Moreover, the restaurant has a varied menu, for the same money it is easier to order from the menu or in the nearest cafes than to take dinners as a package. WIFI is everywhere, good Swimming pool: located on the 9th floor of the hotel, a security guard sits in front of the pool, gives out towels, a small pool, 4 sun beds, a table and 2 chairs, visited once, sunbathed. I rented a star for dinners, one magnetic key for 2 adults, accommodation in one double bed. The overall impression is quite consistent with its price.

Great hotel. We stayed here at the end of December 2024. The staff is friendly and helpful, always helpful. Upon check-in, you must pay a tourist fee of 10 dirhams/day, so I recommend having a working bank card or cash. The rooms are cleaned daily, tea/coffee/cream is renewed. The room has everything you need, including toothbrushes and disposable shaving machines. There is a refrigerator and a TV. We didn't use TV - there were only two Russian channels and they didn't work, in principle, we didn't need to. The safe is in the closet. The sockets here are British, you need an adapter that you can take at the reception, but you bought it yourself in Carrefour at the Emirates Mall for 10 dirhams. The breakfasts were good, buffet style, and quite varied, the main menu changed every day, and we never left hungry. One of the tangible advantages is that the hotel is located on a street with a large number of cafes /restaurants, and breakfast is served in just one of them, where you can also have dinner in the evening, the prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the size of the portions. The menu is right in the room on the table, you can even order delivery for a fee. Also within walking distance is a huge shopping center with a large number of shops, including the Carrefour supermarket, where you can find literally everything. There is a metro and a bus station behind the shopping center. There is a heated swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. It's quite small, about 4x6 m, but it's enough to refresh yourself. Of the disadvantages...I don't think I can find anything to complain about. Except for the lack of a toilet brush :) Would I go to this hotel a second time? - definitely yes.

We stayed at this hotel in November. The staff is very polite, they will help you, they will bring you what you need, they are responsive. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the lunches/dinners are hearty (first, second, dessert). There is a buffet breakfast. The room was cleaned every day, and the bathroom had hygiene kits, shower gel, and shampoo. There was a safe in the room, but it wasn't used. The bed in the room was king size, very comfortable and huge. The hotel has a small gym. There is also a rooftop pool with sun beds, but there is little space, and it was not very comfortable to be there. And most importantly, the hotel has a very convenient location, 10 minutes to the Mall of Emirates, metro, bus stop. There are plenty of markets, souvenir shops, pharmacies, and various cafes nearby. The hotel is good for your money.

The food, of course, is a huge minus ( there were breakfasts), there is nothing to eat, everything is windy and stale, three or four trays with dishes, everything is tasteless , but for such money I think it's not even worth paying attention to it , we had a great breakfast in the Mall . The staff is attentive, I asked for a charging adapter and an iron, they brought it right away. The cleanliness is normal, cleaned every day, the bed linen is snow-white. The rest was a success! By the way, in this restaurant where the breakfasts were held, you can order food from the menu, maybe they try more there . The hotel is located in the vicinity of the Emirate Mall, a bus stop and access to the metro, which greatly simplifies movement around the city. The staff is very friendly (at least in our case). Upon arrival, we asked to check into the room early - we went to a meeting and checked in at no extra charge. What was needed in the room was provided without delay (they took an adapter for an outlet, asked for additional towels, an iron and an ironing board). Breakfast and dinner were provided upon check-in. Breakfast was a buffet, and in the evening in the same room (in the restaurant) opposite the reception, the service was like a restaurant. You come in, tell me the room number and go to the table. They bring you a menu and you make an order from the dishes you can choose from. You don't need to pay extra. At the same time, in the evening, any passers-by can come in and also have dinner at the restaurant. The rooftop pool is small, but you can refresh yourself. If the gym is important, it's very compact, you won't be able to pump much, but you can do simple exercises. There is another LuLu supermarket not far from the hotel, where you can find cheaper goods than in the Emirate Mall, including Dubai chocolate there is a little cheaper than in the Emirate Mall. You can swim at Kite Beach, which is reached by bus 81 from the Emirate Mall from the third stop in a row from the Mall. Kite beach is free. You can take a walk and find a location for yourself. We chose where there were fewer people (we went to the left of the beach, towards the Island). For lunch, you can eat inexpensively if you take a meal at the Carrefour hypermarket in the Emirate Mall. Who thinks it's worth booking or not, I think it's worth it if it's important not to overpay for hotel service and have access to public transport.

The hotel itself is not bad, but there were many disadvantages when checking into the room, there were no bathrobes, slippers, towels for the face, there was no foot cloth in the bathroom.
