Overall the hotel is nice, the real interior doesn't reflect the pictures, nevertheless it has own benefits: very friedly and helpful staff, good private beach, nice food, careful chef. The swiming pool is siutable for children.

A good three. Full breakfasts / porridge always / omelet can be ordered individually / vegetables / fruits / half a can. Cheese is only a type of viola. Butter. Coffee/ cocoa/ hot chocolate. Ask for glass cups, they always give, but there are plastic cups in general. Lunches and dinners + are similar, but there is always something to eat and be full. Beach: chamber! Perfect sand and access to the sea. The beach is clean. Towels are provided in front of the beach every day. The pool for kids is wide and deep 2 m. Warm ones. Rooms: if you book, ask for any floor, but for the room to be on the odd side: 303/405/50/7, etc., because they face the road, yes, you can hear the noise of cars, but believe me, it's better than with a view of the sea. If you take even rooms with a view of the sea, then leave the window ajar, then every day you will listen to Indian music and karaoke until 3 a.m., there is also a playground in the courtyard of the hotel and there are regular Indian holidays, very loud and cheerful. It is impossible to sleep at this time. So we changed the room and decided to sleep with the sound of cars. The rooms are cleaned well. At a late check-in after 23.00, delicious sandwiches and French fries were made. They should also check out early. Of the desserts, by the way: there is always some kind of Arabic sweet (such as with fruits / jelly / etc.) and ice cream. You can ask for chocolate))) always for lunch and dinner! I stayed at the hotel in September 2025. After reading the reviews and getting there, I realized for myself how many people there are so many opinions. You 're eating in the top three and you 're complaining about the top five . for me, a solid good three Minus is only in how they say in rooms requiring repairs, but everything else is wonderful (the food is simple but very tasty and satisfying, eat as much as you can, no one grabs your hands and does not stop, clean dishes already creak, smiling and very patient staff who will solve any of your questions without losing their temper) and yes as they wrote, rooms with sea views listen to music from a night cafe until 4 in the morning. Special thanks to the tour agency, which is located on the ground floor, and specifically to Tatiana, who works there. Tatiana will simply offer a ten out of ten discount tour and will help solve any of your questions since the staff speaks only English. He will always ask how you are and if you need help!!! In general, people who care about the sea, the beach and a great vacation at reasonable prices without excessive demands and ambitions are here for you!!!

Nice hotel, we stayed here from February 19th to February 25th for 6 nights. Upon arrival at the hotel, we checked in and had a meal. Large portions, delicious, appetizing. A buffet breakfast is served in the morning, and a delicious omelet is prepared upon request. A la carte lunch, buffet dinner. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly. The room has a view of the sea and the beach. The room was cleaned, towels were changed every day. The room is clean and cozy. A clean swimming pool on site, very close to the beach with sun loungers. Next, I would like to thank Parus Travels & Tourism, the tour agency, and specifically Tatiana for providing guided tours. Tatiana had 2 guided tours: sightseeing tour of Dubai and Jeep Safari. I liked everything very much. Thanks for the guided tours, we really enjoyed it.

We were here in October 2025. The hotel is small, tired, but clean, tidy (and what else do you need to sleep), the staff is very responsive, exclusively English-speaking.Everything you need is provided free of charge and without problems (for example, adapters, an iron), towels are changed daily, water is replenished, and shower sets are provided. I recommend a room with a balcony overlooking the city, not the beach, (it can be noisy at night)A huge plus is a private beach 20 meters from the sea, beach towels are provided. But the huge disadvantage is the guests- mostly Russian pensioners, who occupy deck chairs with their handkerchiefs from 7 a.m., while they come to the beach only at 5 p.m., so there are no free deck chairs all day, the staff does not monitor this, only for this I take off the star. The food is varied and delicious: meat, fish and chicken daily. There is everything you need near the hotel: supermarkets, currency exchanges, a walking area. There is no public transport, long-distance travel is only by taxi.

Your beautiful beach, tranquility, real rest, profitable excursions from Tatiana (definitely take them), her husband Jack leads excursions, it's just wonderful, go from them and with them! We stayed at this hotel from December 16 to December 26. I really liked it! Friendly staff, clean area, delicious food. The food in the restaurant was hearty and varied! Every day is something new and extraordinary! Respect to the chefs! The food is cooked at home, delicious and with love! The dishes were almost never repeated. Pumpkin and tomato soups are especially admired! Fish, chicken, beef every day! Fruits, ice cream, pastries! Room cleaning daily! Water is freely available. The territory of the hotel is well maintained. The most amazing thing is that next to the hotel there is an Oscar store, an alcoholic supermarket, an incredibly huge selection of drinks, and most importantly, everything is original. If we go on vacation to the Emirates again, then only to this hotel. When we were leaving, my husband forgot his suit jacket and cap, and Tatiana got a call. It's a lovely hotel. Small, cozy! Large panoramic windows overlooking the Persian Gulf! Amazing view! Access to the sea by the pool! The food is delicious! Beef, chicken, fish always! Rice, spaghetti, potatoes, and vegetables to garnish. 2 salads always and fresh vegetables. For breakfast, oatmeal is delicious, boiled eggs, sausages, you can ask for an omelet! I had a rest here on October 1st. The hotel has its own private beach, which is very rare for hotels of this level in the United Arab Emirates. The furniture in the rooms here is not very fresh, but they take it by cleaning daily, changing towels daily and creating a frequency in the room. Of course , food is a big problem for those who are used to a variety of dishes and eat a lot . The food is monotonous , but you won 't stay hungry . The beach has fine white sand , there are few good sun beds on the beach , especially those with adjustable headrests , the entrance to the sea is shallow , the water is clean and very warm everywhere. Yes, the hotel is old and tired, the rooms are dark, the ceilings are low, the grout in the bathroom is yellow and the tiles are cracked in places. But! The mattresses are comfortable, the linen is clean, the towels are fluffy and white, and the staff cleans and rustles in every possible way. The water is renewed daily . Room 501, on the fifth floor. The plumbing is working properly, you can go out on the balcony. The lagoon is visible. Yes, the hotel has a conference room where weddings and banquets are held. Yes, you can hear it all from the rooms at the sea. But someone really likes it! The beach is more than enough for the size of the hotel, the towels are good, there are enough sun beds for everyone. They are also battered in places, but let's remember the price. Black Ramada on identical terms is 30k more expensive. I stayed for 6 nights from September 8th to 14th. The first (!) line! The hotel is empty. It looks like a splint house among the newfangled buildings. There are 60 rooms in total. Off-season. It's +43 in the afternoon. A room with a view of the city. With a balcony. There is an outdoor air conditioner unit on the balcony. Who cares, it will be clearly audible at night. There is everything you need in the room: a bathtub, a hairdryer, shampoos, balms, a kettle, two types of tea, Sugar, milk powder, 2 bottles of water, a refrigerator, a safe, a TV, of course. Water from the cooler can be taken without restrictions at any time in the restaurant. Cleaning is carried out daily with a change of towels and replenishment of the above stocks. The beach is large and almost always empty. Which is valuable, without seagulls fishing on the beach, like in nearby expensive hotels. The pool in the courtyard is 17 m, 2 m deep. There is a separate Jacuzzi. Towels are provided for the beach. Most of the Middle Eastern guests are in the department. On the 1st floor there is a spacious restaurant without queues, a very inexpensive travel agency and a wonderful and cheap candy store. People are coming from all over the place. Oscar's liquor store is next door, where everyone who knows is also eager to go. There is a spa. You can get a 100 AED voucher at the reception and spend it on a massage at the spa. The food is very tasty and varied. I only took breakfast. And that was enough, because I don't want to eat in the heat during the day and in the evening. Shops are nearby. 5 minutes walk, but across the street. The staff is extremely friendly, but they don't speak Russian. There's a hookah bar and karaoke downstairs. They say you can hear it well in rooms with sea views, and they are more expensive. An adapter for a two-way outlet is provided at the reception (there are all sockets with three entrances). The bed is lovely with orthopedic mattress. The transfer will be ordered without any problems. But keep in mind that paying for a taxi, as in the USSR, is minute—by-minute, and there are often traffic jams in Dubai. Sunday morning I got there in 120 AED and 40 minutes. Of the cons: yes, repairs would not hurt at all, both rooms and sun beds. And the room has an incomprehensible closed door to the next room, but the noise of the neighbors did not bother. I don't share the rave reviews. It's amazing that smoking is allowed in the rooms. At the check-in, they ask you which number you prefer: for smokers or not? That's why the hotel smells like a smoky pub. Smoke gets into the rooms of non-smokers. You can also smoke on the landing. The breakfast is so-so. There is no abundance. Low-level bass music from a nearby hotel is played until 4 a.m.! And on weekends, on the site under the very windows of the hotel. Very loud! Take earplugs with you.
