Overall the hotel is nice, the real interior doesn't reflect the pictures, nevertheless it has own benefits: very friedly and helpful staff, good private beach, nice food, careful chef. The swiming pool is siutable for children.

I stayed at the hotel in September 2025. After reading the reviews and getting there, I realized for myself how many people there are so many opinions. You 're eating in the top three and you 're complaining about the top five . for me, a solid good three Minus is only in how they say in rooms requiring repairs, but everything else is wonderful (the food is simple but very tasty and satisfying, eat as much as you can, no one grabs your hands and does not stop, clean dishes already creak, smiling and very patient staff who will solve any of your questions without losing their temper) and yes as they wrote, rooms with sea views listen to music from a night cafe until 4 in the morning. Special thanks to the tour agency, which is located on the ground floor, and specifically to Tatiana, who works there. Tatiana will simply offer a ten out of ten discount tour and will help solve any of your questions since the staff speaks only English. He will always ask how you are and if you need help!!! In general, people who care about the sea, the beach and a great vacation at reasonable prices without excessive demands and ambitions are here for you!!!

But the huge disadvantage is the guests- mostly Russian pensioners, who occupy deck chairs with their handkerchiefs from 7 a.m., while they come to the beach only at 5 p.m., so there are no free deck chairs all day, the staff does not monitor this, only for this I take off the star. I stayed for 6 nights from September 8th to 14th. The first (!) line! The hotel is empty. It looks like a splint house among the newfangled buildings. There are 60 rooms in total. Off-season. It's +43 in the afternoon. A room with a view of the city. With a balcony. There is an outdoor air conditioner unit on the balcony. Who cares, it will be clearly audible at night. There is everything you need in the room: a bathtub, a hairdryer, shampoos, balms, a kettle, two types of tea, Sugar, milk powder, 2 bottles of water, a refrigerator, a safe, a TV, of course. Water from the cooler can be taken without restrictions at any time in the restaurant. Cleaning is carried out daily with a change of towels and replenishment of the above stocks. The beach is large and almost always empty. Which is valuable, without seagulls fishing on the beach, like in nearby expensive hotels. The pool in the courtyard is 17 m, 2 m deep. There is a separate Jacuzzi. Towels are provided for the beach. Most of the Middle Eastern guests are in the department. On the 1st floor there is a spacious restaurant without queues, a very inexpensive travel agency and a wonderful and cheap candy store. People are coming from all over the place. Oscar's liquor store is next door, where everyone who knows is also eager to go. There is a spa. You can get a 100 AED voucher at the reception and spend it on a massage at the spa. The food is very tasty and varied. I only took breakfast. And that was enough, because I don't want to eat in the heat during the day and in the evening. Shops are nearby. 5 minutes walk, but across the street. The staff is extremely friendly, but they don't speak Russian. There's a hookah bar and karaoke downstairs. They say you can hear it well in rooms with sea views, and they are more expensive. An adapter for a two-way outlet is provided at the reception (there are all sockets with three entrances). The bed is lovely with orthopedic mattress. The transfer will be ordered without any problems. But keep in mind that paying for a taxi, as in the USSR, is minute—by-minute, and there are often traffic jams in Dubai. Sunday morning I got there in 120 AED and 40 minutes. If few people are recruited, then they do instead of a buffet - a visit to an a la carte cafe. The portions are huge, as well as the menu, everything was very tasty. The beach is private, no one comes from the street, except for a fee. You can see planes from the beach, but they don't interfere with anything. There is a private pool. I don't share the rave reviews. It's amazing that smoking is allowed in the rooms. At the check-in, they ask you which number you prefer: for smokers or not? That's why the hotel smells like a smoky pub. Smoke gets into the rooms of non-smokers. You can also smoke on the landing. The breakfast is so-so. There is no abundance. Low-level bass music from a nearby hotel is played until 4 a.m.! And on weekends, on the site under the very windows of the hotel. Very loud! Take earplugs with you. People in the neighboring Ajman Sarai paid 450 for two - though everything is included. So think for yourself. Those who have not been to the Emirates need to take at least $ 1000 Baku in cash - the prices are not cheap (excursions etc.e). A bottle of beer 6 - 6.5 dirhams. Bottled wine is expensive. For that, Vodka Absolute 50 dirhams. In the city you can eat sea food for two for 120 dirhams. By the way, they do not change the old dollars of 2006. Stock up on new things. The only plus is a large sandy beach and the sea, but they also messed up this moment, garbage floats, corks, umbrellas and mattresses are lying around, it's boring, there is no entertainment program and no music, girls of easy virtue sit by the sea in the evenings! We waited a long time alone at the airport, but left without them. We arrived and immediately went to lunch because there was something little edible on the plane. After lunch, we were immediately checked in. The beach is wonderful. The white fine sand is equipped with everything you need: umbrellas, sun beds with mattresses (although there are not enough of them), a shower, a toilet in which you can change clothes, because there are two shower cabins, a Jacuzzi, a swimming pool between the beach and the hotel. The entrance to the sea is flat, the bottom is sandy, the sea is clean, there are tides and tides, it did not bother us. The beach and the pool are cleaned daily, outsiders are not allowed, even if they enter or swim from the other side of the beach. There is a gym, there are scales, this is important for ladies. 2. The restaurant corresponds to 3* in terms of the set of dishes, but everything is cooked very tasty and appetizing, there is even milk porridge in the morning, thanks a lot to the chef for the kitchen, we not only ate too much, but also overeated a little, because we wanted to try everything. A wonderful coffee machine: for all tastes, including cocoa (hot chocolate). Schedule: breakfast from 7-00 to 10-30, lunch from 12-30 to 15-30, dinner from 19-00 to 22-00. There is never any crowding, there are always empty seats, the waiters are great: they work quickly, make sure that the dishes are always replenished if they run out, quickly clean up dirty dishes, very friendly. Replace dinner with lunch without any problems, even if one of the guests is having lunch, the other can have dinner. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. 3. The view from our room overlooked the city and the road. The east side. There is a balcony, but not for relaxation, we dried our swimsuits there, because the bathroom is wet. The room is old, but everything you need is there: very comfortable large beds, a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, sugar, milk powder and 2 bottles of water are put daily (there were no problems with water at all, you could dial from the cooler in the restaurant), a TV panel with 1 Russian channel, but we did not turn it on we had a great time without it; a large bathroom, there is a hairdryer and a magnifying mirror, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and cream. Carpet in the room and tiles in the hallway. We had daily and high-quality cleaning with a change of towels. Special thanks to our maid, a very attentive and caring young man. The only disadvantage of the room is the air conditioning (very noisy, we turned it off at night) and even with the balcony closed, the noise of the city (early prayers, the roar of cars, turning on and off the air conditioners of the restaurant and hall). 4. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. He is trying to master Russian. During our stay, the hotel was inhabited by 90% of Russian speakers (Russians, Tatars, Bashkirs, Belarusians, Kazakhs). We didn't have any problems. Friends had a clogged bathtub, their room was immediately replaced, although they flew away a day later. Overall, we are very happy with our stay. We had a rest in April 2024 at this hotel. We are beach lovers, so the disadvantages of the hotel rooms are not particularly important. The beach is sandy, the shore is shallow, if desired, you can go deeper, but further away. The water on the beach is crystal clear, even after the downpour of the century that flooded Dubai, the sea was clear. The staff is responsive, all issues were resolved immediately, after the universal flood of 2024, the air conditioner turned off, turned on in 15 minutes. And when we returned after the tour at 23.00, we were fed in the dining room (they offered it themselves, we didn't even hope), although according to the schedule it should already be closed. Yes, eating at night is probably harmful, but during the day of the guided tour with meals, we only got a sausage in the dough. They cook in the dining room (well, you can't call it a restaurant!) it is very tasty, every day fish, chicken, beef, ice cream, honor and respect to the chef! Cons (for those who like to sit in the room): the rooms are very old, literally begging for repairs, the air conditioner is powerful, even at a minimum it blows off the bed (the mattress is comfortable by the way). The hotel was not ready for the universal flood, so the 6th floor leaked like the eyes of the girls at the Titanic session. In general, we liked it!

We got here by chance, initially we booked a four-person apartment in Ras al Khaimah, but literally in 3 weeks we found out that the beach was closed there and active construction was underway. The tour operator offered this hotel in Ajman. The rooms are old, which, with a view of the sea, are even more or less, 30 sq.m., with a view of the city - shabby, small, 24 sq.m., only for two (they manage to settle there and three, extra.the place is a mattress on the floor, a folding bed will not fit in it). Cleaning is not carried out in principle, only garbage is taken out. We have been living for the sixth day - there has never been a wet cleaning, a change of bed linen and towels. You contact the reception (everything is via the translator application, there is no Russian-speaking staff here), they nod, write down the complaint and that's the end of it. This is the first time we have seen such an attitude towards customers. In the evenings it is noisy - the hotel rents out areas for entertainment events to local residents, Indians, especially tourists, whose windows overlook the sea, will not have to sleep until 4 in the morning, the audibility is as if they are walking behind the wall. The administration does not respond to complaints, it is completely indifferent. The kitchen is average, the range of dishes is small, but they cook well. Of the advantages, only the beach and the sea can be noted (but even here there are not without disadvantages: old, crumbling sun beds, the best of which customers occupy from 7 a.m.), but for this it is worth looking for other hotels that are more focused on their customers, and not on outsiders.
