We stayed at the hotel with my son from November 16 to November 21, and we were satisfied with the rest. We arrived early in the morning, left our things in the safe and went to the beach, checked us in earlier, at about 12 o'clock. Modern rooms, comfortable mattresses on the beds. Thorough cleaning. The water carafe was changed every day and coffee, tea and sugar were reported. The bathroom has shampoo and shower gel. The food is good, the selection is decent, everything is cooked and delicious. You can order from the menu at breakfast. Russian-speaking girls work at the reception. The staff is polite. The beach is good, they do exercises, zumba and water aerobics. People are actively involved)) The territory is small, but well maintained. There are transfers to two shops in Ras Al Khaimah and to the Dubai Mall. There are several cats living in the hotel, but they look good, not hungry and well-groomed, which is very nice. It's just a pity that the red-haired kitty wasn't neutered... A 15-minute walk from the hotel (turn left at the exit), the Rixos Hotel has a convenience store. There is a long promenade opposite the hotel, you can walk. The food at the hotel was excellent, we took breakfasts and dinners, ate too much, if we wanted to eat, we took pizza at the bar, etc., not on a budget)) 2000 rubles for pizza and fries, beer ~ 700 rubles. Excellent coconuts🥥 for 30 dirhams There is a delicious cold Starbucks in the store on the ground floor, drinks, it's quite possible to buy something. Many people have already written about breakfasts, they are excellent, dinners too, ice cream every evening for children and adults. We had a vacation with a child of 4 years, it's convenient that everything is nearby. We walked and went to the playground across the street on the embankment, a playground on the territory for younger children)) but there is a closed game room with a console, which only dads played🤣🤣🤣 A nice bonus is that there are transfers to Dubai and Malls nearby. I paid with a Union Pay RSHB card everywhere, I went everywhere, there were no problems. The water warmed up in the sea and it was great to swim during the day, the pool was heated. We didn't expect much from the hotel, but we were soooo satisfied. Super hotel Service, pleasant staff, beautiful locations The only thing is, take clothespins with you, there is no other way to dry the laundry, because there is no balcony, it does not dry, so everything is dried on the crossbar, the wind is not weak, so that the swimming trunks do not fly around the hotel.

A lovely hotel with a great view of the sea. The service is excellent, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The food is good, especially the breakfasts (you can order, in addition to the buffet - the bruschetta with smoked salmon was sooo delicious, ordered for breakfast all the time). Alcohol on vouchers (2 drinks per person at lunch and dinner, i.e. 4 per day). The alcohol is good, I was pleased with Heineken beer (tastier than ours in Russia) and red wine. I haven't tried whiskey, but they say it's very decent too. The staff is polite. We were in the period from February 14 to February 24 - the water is cool when you enter, but due to the humidity of the air, it is very warm when you exit. The beach is great - there is a zone where it is shallow, but it is not long, then you can swim perfectly to the buoys. There are always enough sun beds. There is a bar where you can pay in dirhams - 48 dirhams for a pint of beer, 30 for drinking coconut. It is better to change the currency not at the hotel, but at the merchants - the exchange rate is 3.6, and at the hotel 3.4 (dollars). The beach is clean, but the sea, compared to Egypt, is of course more polluted, sometimes you can smell algae, but this is not critical. There are shuttles to local malls 3 times a day and 1 shuttle to Dubai Mall (you need to register). Entertainment programs such as yoga, salsa, etc. are available throughout the day. I was pleased with the animator, who remembered my brother and constantly joked with him) The rooms are good, there is a large TV with many channels and the ability to connect to TLF and watch YouTube, etc. There is a hair dryer (believe me, because of the humidity, this is a necessity, hair does not dry at night at all!). The bathroom is comfortable with a large shower. Gel, shampoo, soap are present. Overall, the experience is excellent. I recommend this hotel! I hope that I will return to the UAE when everything settles down.

A wonderful hotel for your money. We had a family vacation in the fall. The hotel was full, but there was always room, whether at meals, on the beach or by the pool. The room for two adults and a child of 8 years old is a little cramped. But we only spent the night there in fact. I was pleased with the excellent cleaning. We got up early and took sun beds on the beach (we had to act like everyone else, even though they asked us not to take up space for a long time), if we didn't have time to find it, then it was quite possible to sit on a towel on the sand right by the water. The beach is small with magnificent sand. The water was occasionally muddy near the shore, but in general it was almost always clean and pleasant to swim. The temperature was perfect. In the evening, the sun hides behind the hotel building and shadows the beach. That's just the location. It's a good playground for kids, I liked playing soccer outside. We went to the Dubai Mall from the hotel. Everything went great. We bought tickets for the Burj Khalifa, there are not many people on a weekday. There are few interesting things around. We didn't go to the shops. We strolled along the embankment and admired the beautiful sunsets. Friendly cats walk along the embankment. You can grab them a treat. The food for 3 is excellent. For lunch and dinner, we always ordered something from the children's menu. My son still remembers the delicious turkey. We are happy with our vacation, we were in the UAE for the first time. We felt as comfortable and calm as possible.

The choice is large, the prices are low, there/35 dirhams here by taxi. There are free buses from the hotel to Dubai Mall (about 2 hours each way). And to two neighboring malls, one in 10 minutes, the other in 40 minutes. The sea is gorgeous, the clearest water, excellent entrance, there is a place to swim. Go ahead. Special thanks to the staff — you were always ready to help with any request, creating a truly warm and caring atmosphere. Accommodation and service: attention to detail. The rooms are clean, modern and functional. Everything necessary for comfort was in place, including shower facilities. Yes, there are no toothbrushes or machine tools, but for three stars it is quite standard. But the willingness of the staff to solve any issue is worth a lot! Upon our request, the reception promptly brought slippers for everyone. Cleaning was carried out daily, and we were never left without bottled water, tea and coffee — it is very valuable. A special bonus for families with children! This hotel is a real godsend for parents. We were pleasantly surprised and helped out by the opportunity to order a comfortable child safety seat. There was no need to worry about how to accommodate a child anymore, which is often the case in hotels with only one double bed. And on the beach, at the towel dispenser, you could get special diapers for bathing — what a wonderful and caring decision! Food: varied and delicious. For three stars, the food is beyond praise! There is always a rich choice: several types of meat, chicken, a variety of vegetables, fresh salads. Everyone will find something to their liking. I was particularly excited about the opportunity to order a la carte dishes for breakfast: omelette, scrambled eggs or bruschetta with salmon — this adds a special charm and a sense of care to the rest. The beach and the territory: cleanliness and order. The beach is magnificent: clean sand, gentle entrance to the sea, sun beds are placed at a comfortable distance. The only caveat is that some guests occupied the sun beds in the morning and left them for a long time. However, we noticed that the staff was closely monitoring this and vacating the unoccupied sun beds, so that in the end there was enough room for everyone. Pool and animation: safety and fun. The heated pool was our salvation — the water was always pleasantly warm. The work of the rescuers, who closely monitored the order, especially the children, deserves high praise. We had a family vacation at the end of January in this beautiful hotel !! Aesthetics in everything, in every detail, I want to look at and photograph. The rooms are very nice, stylish and modern. The colors are bright , summery , and unobtrusive . The sea is clear, the sand is white. There's plenty of room for everyone in the pool. The water is warm . The food is also good , delicious and varied . In the morning, a buffet and a la carte can be ordered, everything is very tasty. For lunch and dinner, children can also order from the menu, you need to ask the waiter. A very energetic kid is responsible for the interaction , both for adults and for children , he manages everything ☺️ There is a promenade for walking across the street from the hotel. The staff is super, everyone is friendly, there are Russian speakers. The tourist fee is 10 dirhams per day/ room, we arrived early, as check-in is at 16, offered early check-in for 150 dirhams, agreed, thought we would lie down, but we sorted out our things, had a snack with what we took (since only dinner is included on the first day) and went to the pool. The first line, there were always enough sun beds, charging / water aerobics/ yoga/ dancing, I forgot the name, there is everything for children's entertainment. Without fanaticism, but there is. The hotel has a shop, the prices are adequate for drinks and sweets. In general, the hotel is located in the center of the island and there is no infrastructure around))) to the left of the exit from the territory is a walking area, a promenade with fountains and unobtrusive lighting. There is a global construction of hotels everywhere on the island, but it does not interfere with the noise when relaxing. There is also a free bus from the hotel to shopping centers, I'll tell you about this later. I've read a lot of reviews and would like to add a few observations from my side. On the ground floor you can buy tours of the UAE from MBB tourism. Ali's a wonderful guy who works there and he speaks Russian. We traveled from them, on a comfortable bus, on a tour of Dubai. There is also a children's room and a gym. In the evening, you can watch football on the big screen. The hotels also have a DJ. There is an animator who will exercise with you in the sea or in the pool. He is an amazing and very active young man. The reception staff is just wonderful people!!! They will always help you with any question, there are Russian-speaking staff. They wrote a lot about food, everything is delicious. The restaurant staff is on the move all the time, and what kind and smiling people they are. The dishes never run out. There is enough food for everyone, especially since it feels like this restaurant never closes. In the morning, you can order a la carte dish. You can get lemonade (cola, fanta, sprite) at the bar, even if you don't have FB+. The coffee, cheeses, and pastries are amazing. The rooms are very clean. The pillows and blanket are very comfortable. Any room with a sea view. The only difference is that it's a view of a private beach or a view of a park. There are no channels in Russian. There is an ice machine on the floor. You must pay a tourist tax upon arrival at the hotel. It was $25 for us. Not all emirates have a tourist fee. And the only negative that I found was the small coastline. If you like to meet the dawn in the morning and run along the seashore, you will not succeed. There is a hotel nearby Mövenpick and you can not enter their territory from the beach. But this is not Turkey either, everyone takes care of their beach. There is gel, shampoo, soap in the shower. The shower room is very spacious. Meal. We had three meals a day +, all meals in the buffet format, for breakfast you can order a menu dish from the chef. Be sure to try it! For lunch and dinner, you will receive 2 vouchers per person, for which you can purchase alcoholic beverages (or smoothies if you do not drink alcohol).
