It's not three stars. That's half a star. I chose it in advance at the booking office so that it would not be expensive and close to the center. Externally, the building looks bombed in the photo. That's all (almost all). Copied the address from the booking to Yandex.Maps. I checked that the hotel is also marked on the maps. I arrived at 2 a.m. by taxi. The building is not the same. There is no entrance to the hotel at the place indicated on the maps. I couldn't get through to the hotel (the problem was roaming from Beeline). There were no answers to my questions via booking, like where are you at all. The map shows another Sarvar hotel. I reached it, fortunately there was no suitcase on wheels. It turned out that the address on the booking was incorrect. The administrator was very surprised, he took a picture of the wrong address from my phone. I believe that this will be the end of the correction. They refused to make a discount because of the joint. There is no VISA card payment. The Adm. said that this is indicated in the booking. I asked him to show me where. He searched my phone for a long time, but couldn't find it. We were shown two rooms to choose from on the 4th floor. I didn't see any difference. By number. The castle is broken. To close it, I had to play the key back and forth. I was afraid I wouldn't come out in the morning. The carpet is creased. The blinds are all out of place. Sockets are not where tables/beds are. The lamp does not have a cable. There is a stream of water in the shower stall from above (there is no watering can from above). Everything is set up specifically. Plastic slippers for guests are being dried on the floor and sheets are being dried on the railings next to it. The room is very large. There is hot water. There is also a kettle with cups in the room. There is an Internet connection (with an access point on each floor). The breakfast is simple, but very satisfying. Taking into account the good breakfast and the kettle, I'll give you a triple. He didn't stay the second night. He moved into the apartments near the Parliament. It's ten out of five!!!

A small family hotel with very spacious rooms. I especially appreciated the silence. Despite the very center of the city, the rooms are quiet and clean. Breakfast is monotonous, but nutritious. The stairs are high and steep, but the staff helps to lift the luggage. Thank you :)

They lived during the onset of cold weather. I'll say right away with the temperature outside about zero degrees, it's better not to go there, you'll freeze. Radiators, apparently, for beauty, heating is only a split system and then it works quite crookedly. Cleaning and changing of linen in the rooms only if you ask for it yourself. The number of towels after cleaning is different each time. The rooms seem spacious, but stupid, you won't find an extra outlet to charge your gadgets. The Internet in the hotel sucks! The existing sockets are about to fall out, the cable from the set-top box falls out of the socket all the time, so watching TV is a living hell. The only advantage is the location in the center.
