The Champ de Mars was simply created to admire the Eiffel Tower. It's so cool to just sit and stare at it, slow down, wait for the evening when the lights on the tower turn on.

This green lawn did not attract any attention at all. Like most of these places in Paris, it is crowded with tourists and young people on a constant picnic. It doesn't arouse any interest. The photos are much more interesting from the opposite side of the tower. But the view from above is just more beautiful.
