We stayed at the hotel in October 2025 and we liked it on several points. We arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m. (early arrival), checked in at 10 a.m. at no extra charge. The staff does not speak Russian, but the conversation started immediately through an online translator. Wi-Fi is stable and good everywhere. We got a room with a view of the atrium, but we didn't really need it. There was everything you needed: a nice bed, clean linens, a table, a closet with lights and hangers, a work safe, a TV with several Russian channels (TNT and a few more, but we were stuck on the phone more), a mini-refrigerator. Be sure to bring a USB charging cable with you - our power supplies are not suitable, but there are USB connectors and they are working (there is our standard outlet in the bathroom). There are no complaints about the bathroom, everything works clearly. There is a pull-out dryer in the shower stall, the swimsuits were dried there. We rented a car, stored it in the underground parking of the hotel, it was very convenient, there was always enough space and it was not hot. We stupidly drove up to the barrier and drove in, no manipulations were required through the reception. The elevator naturally reaches the parking lot. I also liked the food: although some write that it is not varied, but the dishes changed every day. For breakfast, omelets, salads, fruits, yoghurts, sausages, cheeses, sausages, pastries and drinks (juices, coffee, tea), for dinner spaghetti, cheese cones, French fries, fish, chicken, goulash, vegetables, etc., etc. They wrote that there were no drinks for dinner, but in fact always have some juice, a single cup of tea and loose coffee (boiling water behind the back of the restaurant administrator). Some dishes are spicy (apparently designed for numerous Hindu and Pakestan guests). Many brought out yoghurts and fruits. We also took them with us a couple of times, there were no complaints. Water can be collected near the reception desk. The location of the hotel is good: it's a 10-minute walk to the metro (but it's not very comfortable in the heat), quiet, but literally 50 meters away and there is already a huge toll road, i.e. you can go to any part of the city. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the beach by car (we went to kite beach or night beach). The staff is friendly, helpful and always friendly.

We were settled on the 3rd floor. For 2 nights, 20 dirhams were paid for two people. The room has a large double bed and a sofa. There are 4 Russian channels. The view from the window was on Sheikh Zayed Street, very beautiful, especially in the evening (the windows do not open). There are no bathrobes, no clothes dryer. An ironing board and an iron were provided upon request. We stood in the room until she gave it to the staff. The breakfasts included beans, spaghetti, sausages, fried dumplings, deep-fried potatoes, omelets, bananas, sweet watermelons, apples, oranges, yoghurts with cereals, strawberries and apricots. Pumpkin and sunflower seeds, nuts, dates, raisins, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, herbs, breakfast cereals, decent juices. Very tasty pastries, especially liked donuts, pancakes. Water could be collected at the bottom of the elevator, but without fillers. The room was very clean, the neighbors were not heard at all, although the hotel was crowded, all rooms were occupied. There was a transfer, most likely, but for some reason they said it wouldn't happen on Sunday. The bus to the beach leaves at 8.30 am. I read that they take us to La Mer beach, we got there ourselves. The beach is now abandoned, you can't buy a drink or a snack anywhere nearby. You should take everything with you. I couldn't get to the Malls on the transfer either. The staff is very friendly, they communicated with the help of an interpreter, they explain everything clearly. The only thing was that when we checked into the room it was 16°, we were frozen. And their air conditioners don't work for heating. 700 meters to the metro, 7-9 minutes on foot, 3 km to Burj Khalifa, 40 minutes. The route was set at the hotel by Yandex. Transport is better to build on Google Maps, because Yandex many buses not showing. Google is more accurate. Wi-fi is everywhere, so we didn't buy any SIM cards, and we didn't spend any mobile Internet either.

The hotel is really good for your money. The location is ideal, the center is a 15-minute walk away, near the metro station, if you wish, you can also walk to the beach, but you can also order a transfer to the beach (free of charge, per day). It's a good hotel, and you can probably find a better one for that kind of money in the off-season, but everything is fine here. The location is not very good. The hotel is separated from the east side, where the main center is located, by a multi-lane highway and a skytrain line. The nearest overpass crossing to the eastern part, as well as the Business Bay Metro Station, are a 20-minute walk from the hotel. As I understand it, there are no buses heading towards the metro. It is possible to walk to Burj Khalifa, but it will take about 45 minutes, and it is not the most obvious way through traffic-clogged intersections. In addition, there will be many construction projects along the way. Dubai feels like it's designed for transportation. The best thing is the subway. The nearest beach is La Mer (you can get there by bus #9 from the Business Bay metro station), as we wrote below, it is abandoned, looks more like a wild one and is waiting for its turn for reconstruction. You can hide from the scorching sun only in the shade of rare palm trees. There are large-scale construction and landscaping projects across the canal to the south of the hotel, there is nothing to do there at all. The staff are Hindus, they don't speak Russian, but they are quite understandable. The breakfast food is good and delicious, although without much variety. Dinner is the same buffet - 65 dirhams, if not included in the package. The rooms are cleaned every day, nice comfortable beds with clean linen. The air conditioner can be adjusted and even turned off by yourself if it is very cold. There's a safe in the closet. There is a mini cooler. The sockets fit our plugs for electrical appliances, so no adapters are needed. Every day, 2 * 0.5 liters of water are given out. There was a regular leak in the shower - we changed the room to a similar one on demand a day later. To make it easier to dry clothes, ask the reception for hangers with clothespins on the crossbar instead of the usual ones, they will definitely give. You can take another piece of twine with you. In general, for a 3* hotel without frills, this is a good option.

Instead of the 1st double bed, we were even provided with a room with two separate beds at no extra charge. I really liked the hotel!!! We were in August 2024. with my family. Very cool location! A 5-minute walk to: the metro station, Dubai Falls (the automobile bridge from which water flows, is especially beautiful in the evening because it is illuminated), the promenade of the canal and the bridge of tolerance. There is a shuttle service to the city beach, Dubai mall (round trip). You only need to sign up for the day because there are only 6 places.!important!On the ground floor, you can take water from the cooler by adding various flavors-for free, which is not typical for Dubai. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach, but we did not use it. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway, not far. We had a very active holiday, we arrived at the hotel only in the late afternoon. If you are coming for a vacation like us or a business trip, you can choose a hotel. A good hotel - it was taken because of the location, 10 minutes walk to Business Bay, one station to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There was a smoking room with a large bed. It was ventilated for several hours and there was almost no smell of cigarettes. But there's no one in the bathroom, and someone's smoking in the neighborhood. We only took a buffet breakfast - some positions are good, some are terrible. In general, it will work. Dinner was charged once for 65 dirhams per person, so I liked it better than breakfast. The gym is small, there is not even a tournament. You can't really work out there, so you can put bumps on the floor to keep fit. The hotel is excellent for three stars, I recommend it.

We had a rest since March 28, we were there for 5 days, the breakfasts were good, there were fruits (apples, oranges, grapefruit) there were yogurts, there was always an omelette, boiled eggs too, a large variety of cereals, sausages, cheeses were also there, delicious coffee, you won't stay hungry for sure, the location is generally convenient 5-7 minutes to the metro station Business Bay there is a transfer service at the sea, but we did not use it because the goal was not the sea but to see the sights of Dubai, and this hotel is the best place to explore Dubai, we had breakfast in the morning and went on excursions, room cleaning was every day, there is coffee tea in the room and water is constantly brought. The windows in the room do not open, but there is a very good ventilation system, there is shampoo and body gel in the room. This three corresponds to 4 🌟 Russian hotels. Who is planning not the sea, but to explore the city of Dubai, I definitely recommend this hotel. We arrived in the morning and were settled right away, thanks a lot for that, after a night flight, we lived on the 3rd floor overlooking the Hilton.

Great hotel!The breakfasts are good, clean, quiet, the bed is snow-white, the bed is soft, even TNT is on TV! Burj Khalifa is a 35-minute walk away, and the nearest Business Bay metro station is a 10-minute walk away. Next time we'll stay in it again!
