One of the best places in JBR is a brand new hotel, attentive security service, wonderful rooms, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, huge swimming pools, professional fitness equipment, an incredible SPA complex! I am sure. The construction of the new art complex is about to end))

A good offer on accommodation options . Interesting solutions with large balconies, terraces, swimming pools. Sometimes there is a lot of fuss in organizational matters, not always everything is clear. But, on the whole, it's pretty good, the attitude is friendly.
The location is very good.
There is a nuance: the sounds of construction are constant.
It is less audible if it is above the 40th floor.

The best hotel on JBR. New, with the highest service, with cool restaurants. The direction is youth-friendly, but it is also comfortable with children there. You can recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days, the only advantage is that the hotel is new, the renovation is fresh. Beautiful and spacious rooms, nice view!
But if you take a room with a sea view, then be prepared for the noise of construction, it will be just as noisy at the beach club and on the beach, since the construction site is right next to them. In the mornings, I heard the noise of repairs in the rooms, hammers and a drill, from which we woke up more than once.
The hotel has problems with the sewer system, the strongest smell of sewage periodically begins to come from the bathroom, changing the room does not help, because this is probably the problem of the whole hotel. When asked to solve the problem, the manager sent a young man with an air freshener, which sprayed them all over the room, making it impossible to stay there.
Separately, I would like to note the cleanliness of the hotel, or rather its absence. During all the days of staying at the hotel, the room was never cleaned without a preliminary call asking to be cleaned. When contacting housekeeping, they say that guests should call every day and make a request for cleaning. At the same time, the manager denies this and accuses the guests that they allegedly did not press the "clean room" button at first (it was turned on daily), and that we moved from room to room (1 time), so there was no cleaning (it is unclear how this is related).
The result: a dirty room every day and daily cleaning only after the call, while you want to relax and sleep in the room. I consider it unacceptable to call every day to clean a room in a hotel that positions itself as a five-star hotel.
Towels are not washed on the beach and beachbar, they are only dried and put dirty, stained and unpleasant odors. The sun beds and pool tiles are also untidy.
In general, when communicating with the reception staff and the manager, their indifference and unwillingness to solve problems were obvious, in any situation they use phrases on duty, followed by inaction. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking girl manager, who was the only one who helped us.
I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you want to have a good rest and get decent service.

A huge construction site with round-the-clock work. The restaurant is a mess. You won't get coffee for breakfast. Waiters confuse dishes, cook for a very long time. The only plus is the renovation (the hotel is new). Beautiful spacious rooms, new towels and bathrobes.

We came for a week with my family, I am very glad that this hotel opened because the level there is colossal, a Russian-speaking girl met us, gave us a gorgeous room with a view of the bay with a huge balcony, included breakfasts and dinners, the kitchen is also very chic, cool beach cool sunbeds with sofas in general, everything is super on a birthday, they complimented the room I generally recommend breakfast to everyone, we used to stay at the Hilton, but this is heaven and earth Hilton, I can now put one star when there are really five here and the price tag is the same.
