It's a wonderful place for relaxation and comfort. I really enjoyed the service from Sachinder.The beach is incredible, the delicious cuisine, and the beautiful interior make every day a dream. Thank you 💕

Five Luxe JBR September, 2025 Overall impression: A posh hotel with zero service Pros: - Location on JBR - First line to the sea - Spa and heated pool - Delicious food at Cielo restaurant Cons: - The worst reception we've ever seen - Loud music - Weak cold water pressure - Expensive resident rooms - Location of the buffet Details: Our check-in at the Five Luxe JBR was quite a hassle: first, booking cancelled our reservation, resulting in us being refused accommodation for the first night and being sent outside to look for nearby hotels on JBR, despite the fact that the hotel's technical support had confirmed that our reservation was valid. However, upon arrival, the receptionist told us that there were no available rooms in the entire hotel, and there were no available apartments in the residence, which was likely not true. The next day, we were promised to be checked in at 12:00, but our room was not ready at the specified time, and we had to wait three hours to check into the room. During the eviction, the girl took an awfully long time to check out (while check-out in other hotels takes no more than 1-2 minutes), and she tried to refund our deposit for ages. And all this while waiting for a taxi to the airport for the start of check-in. The terrible reception service was compensated by the very attentive attitude of the guys at the SPA (indoor pool). The lifeguard and the cleaning lady were very kind and helpful, even with a question they didn't understand at first. The cielo restaurant for breakfast was located in the farthest place from the entrance, almost at the entrance itself. The food was delicious and varied. The service at the restaurant was top-notch. However, this cannot be said about the Paradiso club, where I had to ask three waiters to clear the table after a previous guest. In summary, the Five Luxe JBR hotel does not match the price it offers. I highly recommend this hotel, but I will not be returning.

The hotel is located on the first line, with a breakfast restaurant near the sea. The rooms are clean, stylish and modern. Several lighting levels, several modes for curtains, an iron, slippers, bathrobes, combs, washcloths, paste and brush, shampoo and shower gel, cotton swabs - everything is provided by the hotel. The breakfasts are very varied and include everything you could wish for. Comfortable deck chairs with umbrellas on the beach. It is important that people do not lie on the sand in front of the deck chairs, as other hotels have this. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice new hotel located in a convenient location in Dubai. Diligent staff. Excellent service. Clean, modern rooms with large balconies and private pools. Beautiful white sand beach. Very nice, soft mattresses on the sun beds. Clean and transparent bay water

A beautiful hotel on the shores of the Persian Gulf in the Jumeirah area. Nearby is the prestigious Marina district. Luxury hotel. It was built recently. The rooms are spacious, there are rooms with a swimming pool on the loggia. There are many restaurants, there is a night disco. The rooms overlook the Blue Water area, where the famous Ferris Wheel, the largest in the world, and the Persian Gulf are located. The hotel has its own beach and beach club. A great place for those who love comfort and excellent service.

A hotel with a beautiful wrapper, but disgusting functionality. We had a rest during the New Year holidays and, of course, at a higher price. We had a room upgrade (it wasn't free, but we didn't want to live on the second floor). Overall, everything looks very clean and decent. But, there are moments that have greatly spoiled the impression.: - lack of sockets in the bathroom - two large towels and ... that's it (if you want more, call and ask, but the next day everything will be taken away and not reported) - it was really only possible to dry your hair behind the sofa (!), because hair would fly in the bedroom, and there are no outlets in the bathroom - there is a kitchen, but there are no dishes (call to ask, but it will not be replaced, but they will take it away later, call again) - balconies are poorly cleaned, have separate slippers, it's dirty there because of the wind - queues for breakfast, a couple of times they didn't bring eggs according to the menu (they forgot about us, the kitchen was closed, have a bun for breakfast)+ the tables are very uncomfortable, they can put you at a typical lounge table. It's not very convenient to have breakfast.(we went to eat for our money across the street a couple of times so as not to spoil our mood) - sun beds on the beach need to be recaptured, because the staff has priority on visitors to the beach clan, and not on guests who pay such amounts per day (!). it was incredibly frustrating, if you have to pay 200aed to get a sunbed, then say so! They put it on the lounge tables! - they gave an invitation to the New Year's buffet, but they didn't calculate that people would sit for hours. There are no places, or wherever you want (for example, to the Mac across the street) - they didn't want to refund the deposit (they paid it online) until they made an appeal. It is calculated that you will forget From the good: - nice minibar+beachwear store on site - nice staff who are trying to do something. - pillow menu - clean territory - the pool is heated - wide and soft sun beds, it's nice - a good gym - there is a spa - good paid restaurants at the hotel --- The feeling that they did well, but forgot how to manage…

We stayed at the hotel for a few days. Modern and stylish. We had a standard room on the 15th floor. The view is amazing. Breakfasts for 5+. The hotel is more suitable for young people because there were always pool parties.

The hotel is excellent, everything is on a good level, the construction of the neighboring building did not bother us at all, the only disadvantage is that there is temporarily no entrance to the sea and we have to go through the neighboring rixos for 30-40 meters or better towards Carlton, where fewer people swim. Daily cleaning, slippers, bathrobes, etc., a great balcony-terrace with sun beds. For breakfast, the buffet, for dinner, you can choose from 1 course of hot dishes from desserts and snacks. There are 2 restaurants with free access to French (very tasty) and Japanese cuisine. Mostly young people have a rest (after lunch), but there are quite a lot of families with children. I'm very happy with my vacation. I'll be back!

It's a lovely hotel. New. The rooms have a smart home system, cleaning 2 times. Great view from the window, huge balcony with leather sun beds. Upon arrival, they brought a plate of fruit and a pie. The pool is clean, the sun beds on the water on the 1st line by the pool are paid. Someone wrote that you can't take your own water to the pool - I carried the water with me, no one checked and had no complaints. The food is decent . The service is decent, the doors are opened everywhere, they smile. I recommend it! The construction didn't interfere, but it's still going on. Nearby Marina pier, pier and metro .

If you don't want to read a long review, my advice is that this is one of the best hotels you can definitely go here. I was vacationing with my wife on her birthday, for some reason the reviews were controversial at all sites, I chose this hotel only because the room format is very cool. There are rooms of the Skyline category with a nice pool for two on the balcony, I really liked it. We took half board and from the first day everything was great, everything that was written in the reviews did not affect me in any way. On the contrary, I've been to Dubai a lot, and I can say for sure that the service here is at the highest level. They changed my room when I asked, they booked a restaurant for me, answered 1,000,000 of my questions about excursions and territories, and if something happened to me during my vacation, they immediately corrected me. The rooms themselves are great– try to find something similar in other hotels. Everything they say about poor service is nonsense. Very helpful staff everywhere. Two outdoor and indoor pools, delicious food almost everywhere. Great view of the wheel from your own huge balcony. Good sound insulation in the rooms. The location is five, the appearance is five plus, everything is as fresh as possible, it feels like the hotel was built yesterday. As for the construction site, they are building an apartment complex there, so when choosing a room, consider where your windows will look. My balcony partly looked out over the construction site, partly over the wheel, partly over the city. It didn't cause any tension. The views are amazing, the 45th floor is something.

A great new hotel for guests under 25 years old. The first line on the most popular JBR, the gentle entrance to the water, the world-famous restaurants recommended by Michelin. But the most important thing here is the atmosphere of parties, fun and lightness. During the day, there is music and go-go girls dancing in the pool, and in the evenings, DJs, including world-renowned ones, play their sets at the Pacha Hotel club. It's impossible to fall asleep these days, and no one comes to Five to get enough sleep. Rooms with a swimming pool on a balcony and panoramic views of Ain Dubai deserve special attention.

The hotel is great! Everything is new and modern! Beautiful view from the window! The smart home system. Room cleaning in the morning and evening! There is a kitchenette. The food is delicious. The only thing is that entering the sea through Rixos is not very convenient. The hotel has its own beach, but it is on a hill. Heated pools. The staff is all friendly and helpful. Thanks to the Russian-speaking Bek guy on perception. He helped and prompted me in everything. There are children.swimming pools and children.room. But, as for me, the concept of the hotel is more party-oriented, for adults.

Great, new hotel. We paid through Yandex.Travel. I chose him to live for a week, without the childish screams and reproachful glances of the pensioners. This hotel chain is "tailored" for young people, the party starts at 12.00 on the central pool. Food package-HB (breakfast, lunch or dinner). We lived on the 5th floor, the room was large, 50 sq.m. with a terrace of 10 sq. m. with sun beds and a sofa overlooking the sea. The next day, there was an unpleasant smell in the shower, and after contacting the reception, the hotel changed our room on the 48th floor, with a personal pool on the terrace, a 2-bedroom room, 158 sq.m . This is just a mega customer orientation!!! The upgrade amounted to 0.5 million units (standard room 32000 days, skyline suite 105000 days. The dinners are very tasty, especially paradoxically at Goose Island, the sports bar.

The hotel is new and comfortable. The food is delicious. High-quality alcohol. Now there are quite enough off-season sun beds on the beach, there is no need to run early to take a seat. The sun beds are comfortable and soft. Large towels. I liked the service on the beach. The boys are quite quick to take orders and bring drinks and food. A birthday cake and champagne were brought. Now the cons. The pool, which can be used by the hotel's guests alone, is small and in the shade all day. It's probably not bad in the heat. In December, it was rather a minus. The other two pools belong to the beach club, and there are paid places near them. At breakfast, the inattention of the waiters is very disappointing. They take the order, and then it gets lost somewhere. When you try to order again, they reply that you have already ordered. Several times we didn't get an omelet or other eggs. The coffee was mixed up, the wrong one was brought. Most of the reception staff doesn't care about your problems. I agree that we don't speak English well enough to insist on our own, and that's our problem, but still, we would like to see more customer orientation in a hotel for such a price. The four of us had an all-inclusive vacation, and we often didn't use lunch. Our departure is in the evening, we agreed with the Russian receptionist to extend one of the two rooms. Check-out from the hotel at 4 p.m., the room was extended until 2 p.m., but they said we could have lunch. Which turned out to be untrue. Access to food and drinks, as well as to wi-fi ended at 12.00. When checking in, they take a fairly large deposit. We agreed in the middle of the vacation that they would pick up the minibar and refund the deposit. The bar was taken away, but the deposit, as it turned out, was not returned (we paid with a card). They said that only at check-out and check-in. However, the money is not credited immediately. As a result, we came as a family to celebrate my and my daughter's birthdays. But these little things really spoiled the end of the vacation. We won't be going to this hotel anymore. I would like to receive a service more worthy of a 5* hotel for my money.

A great place to relax! Great view and service. Walking distance. A small disadvantage for me is the constant music on the street during the day and the club on the upper floor in the evening. But if it doesn't interfere, then your vacation will be wonderful.

Great hotel! We have been vacationing with my spouse for 2 years in a row. Good service, new, stylish rooms and sooooo delicious food! There is always enough space at the pool, music is playing, it doesn't stay up late, it didn't bother us at all. The location is in a posh area of Dubai.

The reception was very slow. - Breakfasts The breakfasts are good in quality, but the breakfast room is very small for so many guests. - Construction nearby On September 29, 2025, the second stage of the hotel is under construction nearby – they are drilling around the clock, there is a lot of equipment on the beach, which interferes with rest. - Staff Polite, but they constantly ship and ask which number to contact, creating discomfort. There is no desire to help at the reception. - Service and accommodation They asked to change the access card, which did not work – they did it for a very long time, asking a lot of unnecessary questions. - Food (semi-pension) There were problems with half-board: at first they said that you only had breakfast, then they confirmed half-board, and 5 days later they reported that you were in arrears. - The overall impression It is very unpleasant to deal with the staff and service at the hotel. If you are planning a vacation in Five Luxe Dubai, you should consider possible problems with check-in, noise from construction and inconveniences in maintenance.

The impression is terrible! We had a rest at Five palm earlier, we really liked it, we decided to book a new Five. As a result, instead of resting, we quarrel with the hotel for the second day. We were checked in after 3:30 p.m., although we arrived at 1:30 p.m. (the manager claimed that we had the only room left and needed to be cleaned in time). After swearing, we were eventually checked in and the room was dirty, with cigarette butts. There are sun beds on the balcony, but there were no towels (for comparison, there were on neighboring balconies). After repeated complaints and demands for apologies, they brought us a cake wishing us a great honeymoon. Half board is useless, if someone thinks about it, don't take it. It doesn't make sense, you have to pay extra everywhere. Three pools- only ONE is free. Yes, that's right, you pay for accommodation and pools) in the free sun only after 15:30 (and sunset at 16:30). There was no such information anywhere. One of the advantages is the view of the Ferris Wheel. Is it worth it?) it's up to you)

We didn't expect the service to be so terrible.. We toured a lot of 5* hotels, this one turned out to be the most popular and the weakest. 1) did not provide additional space. Although you indicated 3 passports when booking and paying 2) they are not allowed in the indoor pool until the age of 16.. nonsense is over… The child is 6 years old.. 3) did not put the towel 3e and slippers 4) forgot to put shampoo and shower gel, conditioner in the bathroom.. It's not Level 5.* A good four, with weak service They need to learn how to manage a hotel from Marriott and Hilton

It was probably the worst experience in terms of room service. The hotel has been unable to organize morning and night room cleaning throughout the week. Despite the "clear the room" signs, our absence throughout the day was resolved only after a special call at the reception. The laundry service was also almost a day late and was provided after a separate request. In short, the internal processes at the hotel are organized at the level of a 3-star hotel.

In the middle of the day, you swim with the feeling that you can catch some kind of infection.We also got into the construction of the coastal zone, we could not approach the sea from the hotel.

We ordered an improved room through booking, it should have been 98 squares, according to the photo the rooms are beautiful, in fact they gave us a room with a view of the window of the house through 1 meter, the room stinks of mold, the closet is even worse, and the size is smaller, the sunlight just doesn't get there, the room is on the 2nd floor. We arrived in an ordinary taxi with a colored roof and no one came to meet the luggage, everyone ran away to more expensive cars. While we were waiting in line to be checked in, we saw that there was a paddling pool, people were just standing, there was no place to swim, and it was August, not the season, there were a lot of people. We wanted to change the room, they told us everything was busy, well, at least they agreed to refund the money, then we lost our suitcases, it took 2 hours, we were tired, we wanted to wash up, but we had to wait a long time and eventually left for another hotel, etc., fortunately we are guided here. We regret that we didn't take a picture, we left in a minute, we thought we would change the number. I couldn't evaluate the food. The impression was disgusting. At the same time, the receptionist is Russian-speaking Sofia. And I knew that the birthday was the next day, and there should be no misunderstanding. We will not give the hotel a second chance.

One of the best places in JBR is a brand new hotel, attentive security service, wonderful rooms, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, huge swimming pools, professional fitness equipment, an incredible SPA complex! I am sure. The construction of the new art complex is about to end))
