Great hotel. We had a rest in November 2024. Convenient location relative to the center of Dubai, it took no more than 30 minutes to get to almost any place. The hotel has everything you need to relax. Excellent service, bedding and other supplies were changed every day. Sweets and fruits were brought. The view from the room was amazing! The room is spacious. The only thing was that the tea accessories in the cupboard, which was in a narrow hallway, it was inconvenient to move around. We tried dishes in different restaurants, it was very convenient that you could move around other complexes and hotels, such a variety was interesting and delicious. I was pleased with the beautiful view in the restaurant on the 24th floor, but in principle the bar on the terrace is more comfortable. The territory and the beach are clean, although there is almost no vegetation at all. I liked the wide sun beds with pillows and the staff who bring everything themselves, drinks, food. Very convenient. The sand is very shallow, pleasant, the sea is clean. However, there were waves and it was uncomfortable to swim. It was very convenient that the reception has a Russian-speaking staff, very polite. However, they did not immediately explain where the tour guide was, that he was on the 3rd floor. And on the 1st I was offered a safari for a fabulous sum. But everything is solved in the end. It is convenient that you can order a car from the hotel, it is very comfortable, but the payment is hourly and at least 3 hours. Therefore, it was more convenient to take a taxi. I'm mostly very happy with the view of the sail on the beach. When there were fireworks, it was just amazing! The atmosphere is ready for rest!

Nice premium hotel! I liked it! Comfortable and spacious room! Delicious food, a large territory, a beautiful beach where ice cream, umbrellas, sun beds, towels, water are distributed at lunch... however, that's it. It was a bit boring, and there was no entertainment.
It was before the New Year, and there was a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby!
There are Russian-speaking administrators. Electric cars drive to restaurants and the market. The water park wasn't working, at other times it was just in season at the water park - cool! I always thought this hotel was a lot more pompous or something... my rating is four plus.

A great hotel! We have been traveling here since 2006. The interiors are in a more modern style, unlike for example AlQasr, but we really like this hotel. Gorgeous views from the window of the Sail, the sea and the new Mars Al Arab hotel.

Someone says the numbers are too old, we didn't notice it. Caroline on the floor, adjustable air conditioning system. The area is very comfortable for a family of 3 people - a full-fledged very comfortable bed is laid out, the room is cleaned regularly, towels are changed daily, beautiful figures are made of them, the water supply and the bar are replenished. WildWadi Water Park is a 3-minute walk away.
I highly recommend it.
We usually rest in October or in spring in April.

I am resting in this hotel for the second time, of the advantages here, the service, friendly staff, everything is there for a wonderful holiday, and it takes a very long time to list all the advantages! There are disadvantages, this is that at dinner you have to pay for water and for a kettle of tea bags and for alcohol, of course. My wishes, we could make water and tea for free.!!! But otherwise everything is fine!!! Thanks to the staff at the reception, they solve all the questions that arise!!! On the beach, everyone perfectly offers free ice cream and frozen grapes for cooling inside the body. Plastic debris is sometimes found in the sea, which is brought by waves. Nice hotel. The staff is excellent, smiling and friendly (there is also a Russian-speaking staff at the reception).

A chic hotel, delicious breakfasts and dinners on the buffet are a huge variety. We went to the city for lunch and went to an Italian restaurant on the ground floor. A gorgeous beach with sun loungers and towels directly overlooking the Sail. A gentle entrance to the water, which is pleasant for children. Attentive and polite staff, both on the beach and in restaurants, the maids also made masterpieces out of towels and it was a pleasure to enter the room every time. This is, of course, a fairy tale!
I flew at the end of May 2022. This is not the best season to travel to Dubai, as a very hot summer begins there. But! Those who normally tolerate the heat at + 45, and also want to save money and, at the same time, see this beauty of the city, you can go in the summer! Prices for vouchers are lower precisely because of the intense heat.
It didn't bother me at all, especially since there are air conditioners at every step: in any cafe or even at a bus stop. I didn't lie in the sun on the beach, and everything was just fine with how I felt!
The Jumeirah Hotel is not located in the center of Dubai, but it is easy to get there by a comfortable taxi (almost always a Toyota Camry) or by metro. This is a separate topic — Dubai's ultramodern subway.
But the roads are perfect too! Match the most advanced capital in the world!
The hotel itself has 16 restaurants and bars, 6 excellent pools and even its own skateboard.
The room is very spacious, in principle, you can forget everything at home! Everything is here!For guests with children, gifts are left on the pillow every morning, which delights the little guests. It is difficult to describe and highlight one thing! It's probably easier to say that all the best qualities of any five-star hotel are combined here in one. But it's a pity to sit in it around the clock. It's a pity for the time of a short vacation!
I didn't stay at the hotel very often, to be honest. City holidays are more suitable for me. I spent a lot of time on the beach pretty quickly, and Dubai beckoned me with its unimaginable wonders of buildings and entertainment!
The views of the city are impressive! You can always arrange with the hotel staff for a view from the window — either to a cosmically unreal city, or to a beautiful beach and the Persian Gulf! I had a fairy tale city, a dream city!
No matter how great and luxurious the hotel is, when you get to a new country, you want to gain impressions and replenish the piggy bank of views in your memory, and not lie on the beach of boca. A constant classic of beach holidays in the Emirates. The price/quality ratio is consistent. The hotel is suitable for families with children, as well as for short trips. It is convenient to run along the embankment in the morning, in the evening there is also a place to walk if you do not want to leave the hotel. We rest here for the 10th year in a row, everything is always fine.
A very wide variety of restaurants.
On the last trip, the cleaning staff was especially pleased, and special thanks to them - Nymur and Shakil.
In general, one of the few hotels where everyone is sincerely glad to see you, from the gardener to the general manager.
And this applies to the entire Madinat Jumeirah line.

An amazing hotel! By itself, it has no complaints. We were upset by some moments: we arrived early, at 10 we were already at the hotel. We waited a couple of hours for accommodation in the lobby, and, surprisingly, we were offered neither water nor tea…Although there was a Russian red - haired girl on the recipe . It kind of upset us from the very beginning. There was also nothing in the room, as they say, welcoming us, fruits or sweets, as is usually customary. ( It was brought the next day in the evening ). It was strange. A couple of times cleaning (which is 2 times a day) had to be called. Otherwise, everything is at the highest level. The location, the staff, the breakfasts are great! The room has everything, the mini bar is full, the prices are biting)) a tiny Bacardi builds 70 Drx when the price in the store is 16 :)) The bathroom has everything, but there is no time for a hairdryer. It should be dried in the room. The hair dryer is terrible (at least we had it). I regretted that I didn't knit my Dyson. The dryer ( thread) is right in the shower, in which it is unrealistic to dry something. There are only chairs and a table on the balcony. I had to hang the laundry there... although there was plenty of room on the balcony, I could think of something there. Swimsuits and swimming trunks still need to be dried. I was glad that water was brought in abundance to the room, it was everywhere in the bathroom and in the toilet. Fruits were brought to us 2 times in 9 days. As for breakfast: everything is 10 out of 10. Freshly prepared, delicious, different cuisines. From porridge to shakshuka. Fruits, yoghurts, freshly squeezed juice . The pastries are awesome, not varied, but always fresh. There is a large selection for children, pancakes, waffles, pancakes, cereals, in general, a very diverse menu. As for the "chill" pools, the beach, there are always places, you will be escorted, a towel will be built for you, cool water will be supplied in a cooler bag. They often run around wondering if everything is in order. A couple of times a day they give out a small ice cream, delicious. Ice cream and shots (non-alcoholic) are delicious and refreshing on the beach. There is a bar menu, you can have a snack and order a cocktail or beer. The average price is a bottle of beer for 1400 rubles . Therefore, it is reasonable to buy and score a mini bar when going out in a boutique or in alcohol stores in a shopping center)) The pool is very clean. The beaches are sifted, also as clean as an hourglass. The entrance to the sea is smooth. There are entertainers in the water (motorcycles, etc.). Overall, the impressions are wonderful. The view is wonderful . Organized everything is not bad enough. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, so any nuance can be solved. On the ground floor there is a pharmacy, beach supplies. On the ground floor there is a jewelry store, perfume, a store of not bad beach clothes (pareos, swimsuits, bags, glasses, oil) everything is very interesting. There were events in the evenings, we got to halloween. We organized everything very well. They broadcast football and landmark matches. Wondering if we'll come back now? Defined yes! This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. The kitchen is good, but after a week it gets boring, because there are many cafes nearby where you can have a snack. The rooms are clean, they clean 2 times a day, they prepare for bed, ELEMIS cosmetics, what's cool is every day at night some new test tube before going to bed, then a massage gel for the neck, then a moisturizer, then a pillow spray for better sleep, it's very nice, they clean the same, what do you tip, Which is not ... The territory is huge, we walked for health, a lot of local glamour and all sorts of ladies come on weekends. The problem with an ordinary taxi is to leave the hotel, they are in demand, Careem gives a normal price, then higher, but always a car on call through the app arrives with the meter turned on, and Lexuses that impersonate a taxi are 2-3 times more expensive, or even more. In the pools from 2023 to 2024, small tiles flew off. While everything is great, the territory is being updated, the rooms are super, the pools are starting to "get tired".

We were in December 2023. In principle, it was the first time in the UAE, so there is nothing to compare it with in the Emirates!
A large, nice hotel with a wonderful view. All rooms at the hotel have a view of the Persian Gulf! We lived in a room without a Delux balcony on the 23rd floor. The room is very large for two, the room is very clean, cleaned twice a day. Bath, shower, bidet! The 23rd floor is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, BUT the BIG MINUS is that there is a disco bar on the 24th floor!!! And although its working time is until 00:00, in fact it worked until 02:00. And all the music and the footsteps of the visitors could be clearly heard in our room. They called the reception, complained, the staff took measures, yes, they made it quieter, but the stomping of the dancers did not make it quieter! As a result, we were moved to a room of the same category on the 13th floor. Definitely, I will not recommend the 23rd floor to anyone.
There are 4 swimming pools on site. One sports pool, two pools for beach holidays and a children's pool. All have comfortable deck chairs with two towels. What surprised me is that there are 5-6 lifeguards at each pool all the time! Almost the right behavior in the water, they react immediately! This is a big plus! There is also a free visit to the water park for residents.
The hotel, rooms, and grounds are very clean! They clean, wipe, wash, and sweep constantly.
Food! We had half board! Breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner! The prices in restaurants and on the Swedish line surprised us very unpleasantly. We arrived at the hotel at 08:00. They check in at 14:00. We checked in and waited for the check-in hour! While we were waiting, we went to breakfast (Swedish line) breakfast was paid. Breakfast cost 350 dirhams for two people. This is about 10000.00 rubles. Not cheap. But we must pay tribute to the fact that the Swedish line there in the morning and in the evening is gorgeous. There is everything!!! Please everyone! Vegetarians, athletes, vegans, raw foodists, meat eaters, sweet tooth, gluttons, etc. Absolutely everyone will be full. There are also a lot of restaurants on the territory. The average check without alcohol is 5000-6000 per person. Alcohol, guys, is a separate topic. All liquids, including water, are charged, except for the room and the pool. For example: a cup of tea - 900.00rubles. A glass of white wine - 3000,00 rubles, a bottle of champagne 375ml - 18000,00. That, right?
Returning to nutrition. Opposite the hotel, across the highway, there is a small shopping center. It has two restaurants! Uzbek cuisine and fish! We did not go to the fish shop, the Uzbek restaurant is very, very tasty, the portions are huge and the average check is 2500.00 rubles per person! It would seem? I crossed the road and the prices are already more than twice cheaper! By the way, there is also a supermarket there. Nice prices and a large assortment.
For those who may have an unforeseen situation with cash in local currency! Since the cards of the Russian Federation do not work there, you can contact representatives of travel agencies who are at the hotel or visit the hotel and they solve this problem in two accounts. Everything is simple. You transfer funds to a Russian card and they provide a cache at a very good rate.
To sum up, I can say that we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel, but we must either take full board or be financially secure for the period of our stay at this hotel!
