The room is spacious. The only thing was that the tea accessories in the cupboard, which was in a narrow hallway, it was inconvenient to move around. We tried dishes in different restaurants, it was very convenient that you could move around other complexes and hotels, such a variety was interesting and delicious. I was pleased with the beautiful view in the restaurant on the 24th floor, but in principle the bar on the terrace is more comfortable. The territory and the beach are clean, although there is almost no vegetation at all. I liked the wide sun beds with pillows and the staff who bring everything themselves, drinks, food. Very convenient. The sand is very shallow, pleasant, the sea is clean. However, there were waves and it was uncomfortable to swim. It was very convenient that the reception has a Russian-speaking staff, very polite. However, they did not immediately explain where the tour guide was, that he was on the 3rd floor. And on the 1st I was offered a safari for a fabulous sum. But everything is solved in the end. It is convenient that you can order a car from the hotel, it is very comfortable, but the payment is hourly and at least 3 hours. Therefore, it was more convenient to take a taxi. An amazing hotel! By itself, it has no complaints. We were upset by some moments: we arrived early, at 10 we were already at the hotel. We waited a couple of hours for accommodation in the lobby, and, surprisingly, we were offered neither water nor tea…Although there was a Russian red - haired girl on the recipe . It kind of upset us from the very beginning. There was also nothing in the room, as they say, welcoming us, fruits or sweets, as is usually customary. ( It was brought the next day in the evening ). It was strange. A couple of times cleaning (which is 2 times a day) had to be called. Otherwise, everything is at the highest level. The location, the staff, the breakfasts are great! The room has everything, the mini bar is full, the prices are biting)) a tiny Bacardi builds 70 Drx when the price in the store is 16 :)) The bathroom has everything, but there is no time for a hairdryer. It should be dried in the room. The hair dryer is terrible (at least we had it). I regretted that I didn't knit my Dyson. The dryer ( thread) is right in the shower, in which it is unrealistic to dry something. There are only chairs and a table on the balcony. I had to hang the laundry there... although there was plenty of room on the balcony, I could think of something there. Swimsuits and swimming trunks still need to be dried. I was glad that water was brought in abundance to the room, it was everywhere in the bathroom and in the toilet. Fruits were brought to us 2 times in 9 days. As for breakfast: everything is 10 out of 10. Freshly prepared, delicious, different cuisines. From porridge to shakshuka. Fruits, yoghurts, freshly squeezed juice . The pastries are awesome, not varied, but always fresh. There is a large selection for children, pancakes, waffles, pancakes, cereals, in general, a very diverse menu. As for the "chill" pools, the beach, there are always places, you will be escorted, a towel will be built for you, cool water will be supplied in a cooler bag. They often run around wondering if everything is in order. A couple of times a day they give out a small ice cream, delicious. Ice cream and shots (non-alcoholic) are delicious and refreshing on the beach. There is a bar menu, you can have a snack and order a cocktail or beer. The average price is a bottle of beer for 1400 rubles . Therefore, it is reasonable to buy and score a mini bar when going out in a boutique or in alcohol stores in a shopping center)) The pool is very clean. The beaches are sifted, also as clean as an hourglass. The entrance to the sea is smooth. There are entertainers in the water (motorcycles, etc.). Overall, the impressions are wonderful. The view is wonderful . Organized everything is not bad enough. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, so any nuance can be solved. On the ground floor there is a pharmacy, beach supplies. On the ground floor there is a jewelry store, perfume, a store of not bad beach clothes (pareos, swimsuits, bags, glasses, oil) everything is very interesting. There were events in the evenings, we got to halloween. We organized everything very well. They broadcast football and landmark matches. Wondering if we'll come back now? Defined yes! A great hotel! We have been traveling here since 2006. The interiors are in a more modern style, unlike for example AlQasr, but we really like this hotel. Gorgeous views from the window of the Sail, the sea and the new Mars Al Arab hotel. Very friendly staff, gorgeous sea, beach! I like everything! Someone says the numbers are too old, we didn't notice it. Caroline on the floor, adjustable air conditioning system. The area is very comfortable for a family of 3 people - a full-fledged very comfortable bed is laid out, the room is cleaned regularly, towels are changed daily, beautiful figures are made of them, the water supply and the bar are replenished. WildWadi Water Park is a 3-minute walk away. I highly recommend it. We usually rest in October or in spring in April.

The room needs to be updated with plumbing and carpet, they have not been changed since the launch of the hotel. The food is good, but monotonous. The reception and accommodation service monitors the deposit around the clock, and at the same time, services that have not been provided sometimes appear on the room account. Therefore, I had to give up the deposit and pay my expenses immediately, in order to avoid such misunderstandings. The hotel is very large, there are a lot of people, so the elevators are overloaded. Of the hotels in the Jumeirah complex, this hotel, in my opinion, is no more than 4 stars.

We were in December 2023. In principle, it was the first time in the UAE, so there is nothing to compare it with in the Emirates! A large, nice hotel with a wonderful view. All rooms at the hotel have a view of the Persian Gulf! We lived in a room without a Delux balcony on the 23rd floor. The room is very large for two, the room is very clean, cleaned twice a day. Bath, shower, bidet! The 23rd floor is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, BUT the BIG MINUS is that there is a disco bar on the 24th floor!!! And although its working time is until 00:00, in fact it worked until 02:00. And all the music and the footsteps of the visitors could be clearly heard in our room. They called the reception, complained, the staff took measures, yes, they made it quieter, but the stomping of the dancers did not make it quieter! As a result, we were moved to a room of the same category on the 13th floor. Definitely, I will not recommend the 23rd floor to anyone. There are 4 swimming pools on site. One sports pool, two pools for beach holidays and a children's pool. All have comfortable deck chairs with two towels. What surprised me is that there are 5-6 lifeguards at each pool all the time! Almost the right behavior in the water, they react immediately! This is a big plus! There is also a free visit to the water park for residents. The hotel, rooms, and grounds are very clean! They clean, wipe, wash, and sweep constantly. Food! We had half board! Breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner! The prices in restaurants and on the Swedish line surprised us very unpleasantly. We arrived at the hotel at 08:00. They check in at 14:00. We checked in and waited for the check-in hour! While we were waiting, we went to breakfast (Swedish line) breakfast was paid. Breakfast cost 350 dirhams for two people. This is about 10000.00 rubles. Not cheap. But we must pay tribute to the fact that the Swedish line there in the morning and in the evening is gorgeous. There is everything!!! Please everyone! Vegetarians, athletes, vegans, raw foodists, meat eaters, sweet tooth, gluttons, etc. Absolutely everyone will be full. There are also a lot of restaurants on the territory. The average check without alcohol is 5000-6000 per person. Alcohol, guys, is a separate topic. All liquids, including water, are charged, except for the room and the pool. For example: a cup of tea - 900.00rubles. A glass of white wine - 3000,00 rubles, a bottle of champagne 375ml - 18000,00. That, right? Returning to nutrition. Opposite the hotel, across the highway, there is a small shopping center. It has two restaurants! Uzbek cuisine and fish! We did not go to the fish shop, the Uzbek restaurant is very, very tasty, the portions are huge and the average check is 2500.00 rubles per person! It would seem? I crossed the road and the prices are already more than twice cheaper! By the way, there is also a supermarket there. Nice prices and a large assortment. For those who may have an unforeseen situation with cash in local currency! Since the cards of the Russian Federation do not work there, you can contact representatives of travel agencies who are at the hotel or visit the hotel and they solve this problem in two accounts. Everything is simple. You transfer funds to a Russian card and they provide a cache at a very good rate. To sum up, I can say that we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel, but we must either take full board or be financially secure for the period of our stay at this hotel!
