The hotel is nice, expensive, and the room is beautiful, despite the fact that we took the Classic Room. But the impressions are mixed. At the reception, after a very long delay, the surcharge for the "sea view" was announced at 1700 dirhams for 3 nights. This is clearly overkill. I was very surprised at dinner when it turned out that you need to pay 42 dirhams for water, you shouldn't even talk about alcohol, of course it's paid, but water!!!? Moreover, when I asked to write down a check for the room, they told me to go to the room for the money and pay for this water immediately. This greatly overshadowed the good impression of the hotel. In the main restaurant, the cuisine is very spicy for dinner. The spa is chargeable and costs from 1000 dirhams. There is no animation for children, we were kicked out of the gym saying that the child was under 16, and my daughter was bored. The hotel is nice, but I don't want to come back here anymore.

They'll take the suitcase and park the car and bring something to the room, but at some point I seriously started to worry that the maid was sitting somewhere in the closet of the room to offer you something or cover you with a blanket if you accidentally open up at night. We went for a walk in the evening, and when we returned, they put cups of tea on us, put slippers on the bed, pulled back the blanket and closed the curtains! Both pleasant and scary! But I was even upset that in the morning, when I woke up, no one opened the curtains, I had to do it myself.… But it wasn't annoying or intrusive, everyone was nice and caring. There are a lot of things at breakfast, you can't even list them. The rooms are large and have a large loggia and are quite pleasant, but they already require a little renovation. And there is also a stereo system for the iPod, you can turn on the radio, there is a DVD (grab the discs if you suddenly have them) There are 5 swimming pools and a beach inside the territory. There are several good restaurants on site, I especially liked the pan-Asian one, I recommend it. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach, no matter what time you come, you will find a place for yourself. For us, the sea was a nuance. We usually rested in Jumeirah, where the Persian Gulf is open with waves and crabs. You won't see any waves on the Palm Tree, it's a complete feeling of an artificial reservoir, albeit a large one.

The best arrival in Dubai in 3 years of travel. We managed to upgrade the room at no extra charge. The emotions from the service are simply a delight! Minuses: - due to the availability of large apartments, the hotel's contingent is mainly families with a large number of children, mostly born in Pakistan and India; - the half-board offered does not even include a glass of water, a bottle of drinking water for dinner will cost 10€, 3 cokes at 20€, suddenly, if you decide to come with your water for the child, the waiters from the countries mentioned above will take it away from you, up to escorting you out of the restaurant; there is also water in the rooms Also no, filtered tap water is offered.; - the described children's room is a room without toys, probably the owners expected that they should come with their own, although they treat their drinks aggressively in the restaurant)) - the room stock is sooo tired, but by the way, this is not the biggest disappointment; - there is no sea, from the word at all, a narrow pen, waist deep. A great hotel for a family vacation. It's not too big a territory, like in Atlantis, for example, but there are places to walk, including in the heat. We were in December, the load is about 80%, all the hotel's systems are coping perfectly, there are a lot of sun beds, the sea is decent, the water is clean, there are a lot of fish, starfish and crabs at low tide. There is a rental of foils/boats/saps. There are many restaurants, but the prices bite, the quality is not impressive, half board with a buffet can be dispensed with, the only disadvantage is that there is no diet food for young children, everything with sauces and spices, including in restaurants. There is a minimarket, the assortment is depressing. Club rooms have access to the lounge, where snacks are served during the day, and cocktails, beer and wine are also poured closer to dinner. We chose between a 2-bedroom apartment and an Opera room, settled on the latter and did not regret the overpayment, beautiful rooms with a magnificent view of the palm tree. It is 40 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Dubai Mall, and 15 minutes by taxi to the nearest large shopping center Nakhil Mall.

If you compare with other hotels where I have been (and not only Dubai), they are very good. A large selection. Although the food was the same almost every day, I didn't get tired of it due to the variety :) There are no lunches as such in the hotel, you can have a snack in a cafe on the beach. Dinner must be booked in advance. But frankly, it's not cheap. For example, if you take a restaurant where breakfast is served - $ 50 per person for a buffet and plus $ 10 for a drink (whether it's a bottle of water or a glass of juice). If you decide to visit a steak restaurant, then be prepared to pay $100 for 1 steak. It's delicious, but still.. The beach is clean, the water is clear. If you sail away, where your feet don't reach the bottom, you can see the bottom, it's so clean. But at this time of the year it was hot and the water, too, could not cool down)) There are plenty of sun beds. There were days when I was alone on the beach. There are many restaurants, the breakfast buffet is good. The best restaurant is Porter House, it cooks delicious, there is a good waiter Horace in it, speaks Russian, will help you choose the right dish. Moana SeaFood restaurant is not very good, the rolls don't even know how to cook and cook rice. Oliver's is a cafe, the rice is all stuck together, the pizza is more or less. The price/quality ratio raises questions. The cleaning quality and the condition of the rooms require improvement. On the balcony, the cushions on the chairs are either burnt with cigarettes or stained with bird feces. They don't clean it up. The robe was the same for four people, and it disappeared in the middle of the stay. A sofa was spread out to accommodate the eldest child. It is absolutely impossible to sleep on it. The frame is very noticeable. The doors to the bathroom were not closed. It took a whole day to get them fixed and issue a key. I had to ask three times. The beach and pools are great. The restaurants are just as good. But, I repeat, in my opinion it's a bit expensive.

We were not waiting for a taxi, but we have to wait at least 30 minutes for it to leave the city from Palma. The hotel is more for a family holiday where there are a lot of kids. No frills food. There's a lot of choice, you won't stay hungry. But most of the dishes are in the Arabic direction with lots of spices. My children ate almost nothing from the food offered in the restaurant and had to cook pasta with sausages in the room. For dinner, you can choose a specific restaurant instead of the main one with a buffet. To do this, you need to book a table at a special counter the day before. There is practically no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel. But everyone is polite and always ready to help. We lived in a family apartment on the ground floor with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a terrace. It's perfect for a big family. The room is cleaned daily, tea, coffee and water are replenished regularly. The kitchen was hardly used. There are shops nearby. One in an overpriced area. I advise you to go to another one in a neighboring apartment complex with adequate prices and a large selection. But prices are high everywhere. Beer in the hotel, for example, 65 dirhams(1500₽) per bottle of 0.33. In March, the beach is sparsely populated. There are few swimmers. The temperature is like in Russia in summer. There is no entertainment in the hotel. All activities are in the city itself. The closest one is the Atlantis Water Park. We traveled around the city by taxi. Expensive but convenient. There seems to be a transfer from the hotel to the Emirates Mall. Overall, the hotel is good and I can recommend it.
