A great hotel for a family vacation. It's not too big a territory, like in Atlantis, for example, but there are places to walk, including in the heat.
We were in December, the load is about 80%, all the hotel's systems are coping perfectly, there are a lot of sun beds, the sea is decent, the water is clean, there are a lot of fish, starfish and crabs at low tide. There is a rental of foils/boats/saps.
There are many restaurants, but the prices bite, the quality is not impressive, half board with a buffet can be dispensed with, the only disadvantage is that there is no diet food for young children, everything with sauces and spices, including in restaurants. There is a minimarket, the assortment is depressing.
Club rooms have access to the lounge, where snacks are served during the day, and cocktails, beer and wine are also poured closer to dinner.
We chose between a 2-bedroom apartment and an Opera room, settled on the latter and did not regret the overpayment, beautiful rooms with a magnificent view of the palm tree.
It is 40 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Dubai Mall, and 15 minutes by taxi to the nearest large shopping center Nakhil Mall.

A great hotel in Palma. The service is at a high level. The pool was nice, the sea was cold, but the beach was comfortable. A varied breakfast buffet. The only thing I didn't like was that the balcony overlooked the compressor room and it was very noisy.

I have just returned from the beautiful Sofitel Resort & Spa.
The hotel has excellent service, room cleaning 2 times a day. On the first day, they brought a compliment - a box of chocolates. Every day, when cleaning, they left a small chocolate bar, constantly replenished the water.
Breakfast is a Buffet style. If you compare with other hotels where I have been (and not only Dubai), they are very good. A large selection. Although the food was the same almost every day, I didn't get tired of it due to the variety :)
There are no lunches as such in the hotel, you can have a snack in a cafe on the beach.
Dinner must be booked in advance. But frankly, it's not cheap.
For example, if you take a restaurant where breakfast is served - $ 50 per person for a buffet and plus $ 10 for a drink (whether it's a bottle of water or a glass of juice).
If you decide to visit a steak restaurant, then be prepared to pay $100 for 1 steak. It's delicious, but still..
The beach is clean, the water is clear. If you sail away, where your feet don't reach the bottom, you can see the bottom, it's so clean. But at this time of the year it was hot and the water, too, could not cool down))
There are plenty of sun beds. There were days when I was alone on the beach. The rest seemed to be in the pool))
Lifeguards are on duty on the beach and by the pool.
The general impression of a 5+ vacation, but it's better to have dinner in the city, it will be 2 times cheaper))

I liked the hotel in general. The flows of tourists are competently divorced, they mostly live in apartments with small children, they have their own pool and beach. The rest of the vacationers swim in the large main pool and on the beach opposite. There are plenty of sun beds. You can order food and drinks on the beach. We didn't have time to visit all the restaurants. The food is generally normal, but not the highest cuisine. I didn't like the sea Moana at all, they don't know how to make rolls, desserts are not tasty. But maybe it's purely for our taste. In general, I liked everything about the quality of service, the beach, and the rooms. We would have come back again.

A wonderful beach for little kids. We had our own car and the free parking was nice from the hotel. We were not waiting for a taxi, but we have to wait at least 30 minutes for it to leave the city from Palma. In general, I really liked the hotel, although the food is certainly not Turkish Luhari, simpler. In general, it is an excellent choice for children. It was quiet. We had a 3-room room with 4 bathrooms and a washing machine, it helped out for our number of children)))

The hotel is 5 stars, but it does not pull 5. The air conditioner is constantly working, it is impossible to turn it off, because of this it is very cold. There is no hair dryer, washing machine, safe does not work, mini-bar for a fee. They clean daily, change towels, bed linen, renew drinking water, soap, toilet paper. There are many restaurants, the breakfast buffet is good. The best restaurant is Porter House, it cooks delicious, there is a good waiter Horace in it, speaks Russian, will help you choose the right dish. Moana SeaFood restaurant is not very good, the rolls don't even know how to cook and cook rice. Oliver's is a cafe, the rice is all stuck together, the pizza is more or less. Plus, there is a private beach with sun loungers, there is a swimming pool. The beach closes at 7 p.m.

Not a bad hotel overall. A very contradictory impression.
There is a hall decorated in dark colors, decorated with cheap stone and wood, not marble. Poor ventilation and air conditioning, especially noticeable on the second tier. Not cozy service counters. The staff does not accompany you after registration, go look for it yourself. We had to change clothes for the beach in the toilet before we checked in!
I really liked the sweet room in the building #1. High level.
Not a bad kitchen, a large selection. The meat restaurant is on the level.

So-so to be honest. we stayed with children, we took an expensive, large room, but they gave it easier than it was paid for. Further, due to the dampness, the child began to have an allergy. Because she's allergic to mold. On the street near the pool, everything is fine with us - we come to the room, her face turns red, becomes covered with eczema and a cough begins. They asked to change the number. - we were called by a doctor at our expense - 100 euros who prescribed us allergy pills. but we came to improve her health and not to take pills... Thank you, of course... Next, we book a restaurant for the evening - this is a mandatory procedure, otherwise you will not get to have dinner. we gathered with the family for dinner- upon arrival we were told that we were not on the lists... and there are no seats either. Thank you again....
in the room they took 2 of our cards from the doors out of three. after cleaning , the door card disappeared .. the room is dusty and yes, the tile with air conditioning is cold and not pleasant... you're freezing all the time. but most of all, of course, I was outraged by the request for the health of a 7-year-old child to find us a dry and bright room where there is no mold... Let the child eat pills and everything is fine according to the hotel administration..

My family and I stayed in the apartments of this hotel this time. The choice of apartments was made exclusively according to the pictures and description on the website. In reality, it's not like that at all. According to the description, we should have had a clothes dryer, there was none. The room is damp and cold, because the floor and walls are made of stone, centralized air conditioners are constantly working. The light in the room is very dim, the TV periodically freezes and restarts closer to 12 o'clock in the morning. Whatsapp only worked on messages, call or video does not work.
According to the service: every time we forgot to leave something after cleaning, then there was not the right amount of towels, then toilet paper, then disposable glasses. And another problem is the lack of hooks for towels. I do not know, maybe it only happened to us, but first our bed was broken, then the sink flowed, then the toilet flowed.
Generally not a fountain. During my stay, I always experienced an unpleasant smell of sewage, I thought it was pulling from the toilet, later I found a manhole in the center of the kitchen on the floor between the sink and the cooking islands. That was the smell coming out of him. I had to close this hatch with what was at hand.

We were here in March 2019, a family with a child. In comparison with Atlantis, Waldorf and Rixos, all from the palm tree, we liked the sofitel the most! There is a large green area here, the food here is both varied and delicious! I especially remember ice cream, I am an adult with a sweet tooth for 33 years and I bought it several times a day, I still remember this taste! We will definitely come to sofitel again. A comfortable pool, you can swim and carefully hide in the shade and just have fun! Russian Russian children's club is also there, the downside is that there are no Russian-speaking animators, although there are a lot of Russian children as always! And the air conditioning system in the nursery is not thought out, it blows and it's cold from the air conditioner, they would put special screens and the air conditioner would blow up and cool and without snot! The location on the palm tree makes it inconvenient to leave the palm tree, but spending 10 or 20 minutes in the car does not cause much discomfort. No one was remembered separately from the staff, but there were no problems, everything was at a pleasantly decent level.

We arrived late in the evening, while we were making out, we drank coffee and in 5 minutes we were already in room 2202. Cleaning, change of towels, daily. There are Russian-speaking employees at the reception and in restaurants. The food in the restaurants is excellent. You can choose any of the 6 restaurants, we had breakfast and dinner, but dinner, if necessary, can be moved to lunch. In the Manava restaurant, all-inclusive meals are served. There are plenty of free places and towels on the beach and in the pools. We are satisfied with the work of Anex tour. Have a good holiday in the Emirates
