The room is comfortable, beautiful view from the window, all amenities are functioning, large bathroom, equipped with coffee maker and kettle, drinking water in sufficient quantity. There are plenty of accessories, slippers, an iron with a board, drawers and shelves for things, hangers. The service is of high quality, the staff is friendly, attentive, friendly. The food, breakfast, is not fancy, but delicious, well-cooked and plentiful, cheeses are in a limited range, but they are quite good for non-gourmets. The restaurants are good, the choice is sufficient for my taste, the price is three times higher than in the city. The territory is beautiful, there are many sun beds and pools for children. Jim is good, tennis courts. Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with our stay.

A cozy and pleasant hotel. A large room with a huge loggia. The room had absolutely everything you need (coffee machine, kettle, dishes, ironing board, iron included). Good varied breakfasts. There are several good restaurants on site, I especially liked the pan-Asian one, I recommend it. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach, no matter what time you come, you will find a place for yourself. For us, the sea was a nuance. We usually rested in Jumeirah, where the Persian Gulf is open with waves and crabs. You won't see any waves on the Palm Tree, it's a complete feeling of an artificial reservoir, albeit a large one.

The best arrival in Dubai in 3 years of travel. We managed to upgrade the room at no extra charge. The emotions from the service are simply a delight! Not every hotel thinks about room service to the point that at the end of the day, before going to bed, they put water next to your bed and put a remote control and hand cream on the bedside table, prepare slippers and a towel by the bed, and also prepare chamomile tea. The service is 100% the best. The child is also happy, he was given a branded soft toy) The temperature in the pool is ideal, they give out a vest for children (by the way, it's very comfortable and at the age of 3.5 I started swimming in it myself without help) The sun cream is immediately on the racks where you take beach towels (more + for the service) The food is delicious and varied. At the reception, after a very long delay, the surcharge for the "sea view" was announced at 1700 dirhams for 3 nights. This is clearly overkill. I was very surprised at dinner when it turned out that you need to pay 42 dirhams for water, you shouldn't even talk about alcohol, of course it's paid, but water!!!? Moreover, when I asked to write down a check for the room, they told me to go to the room for the money and pay for this water immediately. This greatly overshadowed the good impression of the hotel. In the main restaurant, the cuisine is very spicy for dinner. The spa is chargeable and costs from 1000 dirhams. There is no animation for children, we were kicked out of the gym saying that the child was under 16, and my daughter was bored. The hotel is nice, but I don't want to come back here anymore.

There is a rental of foils/boats/saps. There are many restaurants, but the prices bite, the quality is not impressive, half board with a buffet can be dispensed with, the only disadvantage is that there is no diet food for young children, everything with sauces and spices, including in restaurants. There is a minimarket, the assortment is depressing. Club rooms have access to the lounge, where snacks are served during the day, and cocktails, beer and wine are also poured closer to dinner. We chose between a 2-bedroom apartment and an Opera room, settled on the latter and did not regret the overpayment, beautiful rooms with a magnificent view of the palm tree. It is 40 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Dubai Mall, and 15 minutes by taxi to the nearest large shopping center Nakhil Mall.

On the first day, they brought a compliment - a box of chocolates. Every day, when cleaning, they left a small chocolate bar, constantly replenished the water. Breakfast is a Buffet style. If you compare with other hotels where I have been (and not only Dubai), they are very good. A large selection. Although the food was the same almost every day, I didn't get tired of it due to the variety :) There are no lunches as such in the hotel, you can have a snack in a cafe on the beach. Dinner must be booked in advance. But frankly, it's not cheap. For example, if you take a restaurant where breakfast is served - $ 50 per person for a buffet and plus $ 10 for a drink (whether it's a bottle of water or a glass of juice). If you decide to visit a steak restaurant, then be prepared to pay $100 for 1 steak. It's delicious, but still.. The beach is clean, the water is clear. If you sail away, where your feet don't reach the bottom, you can see the bottom, it's so clean. But at this time of the year it was hot and the water, too, could not cool down)) There are plenty of sun beds. There were days when I was alone on the beach. The best restaurant is Porter House, it cooks delicious, there is a good waiter Horace in it, speaks Russian, will help you choose the right dish. Moana SeaFood restaurant is not very good, the rolls don't even know how to cook and cook rice. Oliver's is a cafe, the rice is all stuck together, the pizza is more or less. We were not waiting for a taxi, but we have to wait at least 30 minutes for it to leave the city from Palma. The price/quality ratio raises questions. The cleaning quality and the condition of the rooms require improvement. On the balcony, the cushions on the chairs are either burnt with cigarettes or stained with bird feces. They don't clean it up. The robe was the same for four people, and it disappeared in the middle of the stay. A sofa was spread out to accommodate the eldest child. It is absolutely impossible to sleep on it. The frame is very noticeable. The doors to the bathroom were not closed. It took a whole day to get them fixed and issue a key. I had to ask three times. The beach and pools are great. The restaurants are just as good. But, I repeat, in my opinion it's a bit expensive.

We arrived late in the evening, while we were making out, we drank coffee and in 5 minutes we were already in room 2202. Cleaning, change of towels, daily. There are Russian-speaking employees at the reception and in restaurants. The food in the restaurants is excellent. You can choose any of the 6 restaurants, we had breakfast and dinner, but dinner, if necessary, can be moved to lunch. In the Manava restaurant, all-inclusive meals are served.
