I have no complaints about the apartment. It was quite clean. Great location! But the management is impudent! First, they kept us without internet (I have all the screenshots as proof that they sent the wrong password for WIFI, so we were without connection from morning until lunch), it is impossible to get through to the managers! They do not pick up the phone and do not answer! No one met us when we checked in, the keys were on the table! Then, when we checked out, they also did not accept the apartment from us! No one took the keys from us! Then there was another step of deception on the part of the management - they demand compensation for damage to the carpet, which we did not damage! We lived with a 5 month old child - and they say that we burned the carpet! And they say this a week after we left, so they can take money from us! This is terrible service! I do not recommend to anyone!

I booked an apartment, the money was debited 2 times, and then the booking was canceled. Now I'm figuring out with booking what's the matter, a refund within 7-12 days. It's just nonsense.
