Just got back from the hotel. The impression is the best. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel, they gave me a real holiday on Dr!!!! Special thanks to Miss Goar, who helps Russian-speaking tourists, a wonderful professional, and a wonderful person!!! From the hotel there are free transfers to Cat Beach and Marina Beach, which is very convenient! I lived in 171 rooms, everything is fine. The hotel fully meets the stated stars. There are reviews on YouTube for this hotel. Upon arrival, the room was a little dusty. It looks like the room was not cleaned before check-in, soap and shampoo were not poured, and there was a little left from the previous guests. However, garbage is cleaned in the room daily, water is brought (1 liter for the kettle). If you need to add soap or shampoo, you need to contact the reception. All questions are solved quickly!
For information, the bus goes to the beach daily at 9.00, back from the beach at 13.00.To travel, you need to make an appointment at the reception in advance, since the number of seats is limited (by room number and number of people). The breakfasts are monotonous, but you can't stay hungry.

They will always find a common language if they are bad with the language. And + there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception and a guide.

They gave me a room on the 5th floor. The hotel itself is excellent, a large lobby with places to sit and rest in phones, there is a bar on the 1st floor, we had good breakfasts included, you can have breakfast. A great terrace on the street. Room: 5th floor, view from the window to the private sector. The room is nice, stylish, small, has everything you need. Air conditioning refrigerator safe hair dryer. Everything you need for comfort. Location: Mashrek metro station is a 10-minute walk through wasteland and roads. The metro has a 24-hour supermarket West Zone where you can buy groceries. Also, the metro has a Golden Tasty restaurant, they cook very tasty and inexpensive. There are always a lot of people sitting there, in the evening there are no empty seats at all. And if you go deep into the buildings, relative to the highway, there are also a lot of cafes there. The Sheikh Zayed Highway, on which the hotel and the metro area stand, is very noisy, insanely. The SHZ highway is noisy just 24 hours a day, the subway is rumbling. What will you do‑megapolis. The hotel is located in a good area, not close to the metro, 1.2 km, please note, plus there is no path part of the way, you have to walk on sand. There is no washing kit in the shower, our bath leaked and the first day flooded up to the room, there is no place to dry things, so take more things for the sea. The food is excellent. There are Russian-speaking staff, which is a plus.but it's definitely not worth changing the day at the hotel, the course is not the best.

The rooms on the 2nd floor are just terrible, I don't know why they put people there. We were first settled on the 2nd floor, the next day we paid 61 dirhams per day for a double room and we were moved to the 5th floor in a renovated room. We rested on 10.05.23. We arrived at 9 am, left our suitcases near the reception and went for a walk around the city, did not want to waste time waiting for check-in after 14.00. Beautiful lobby, very comfortable armchairs and sofas. We were lucky, they gave us an improved room without extra charge, just like that. The room is small, there is a door to the neighbors, it is closed, but if your neighbors are early birds, then you can hear them well. Windows do not open, swimsuits will not dry overnight, towels are also slightly damp. The room is clean, there are no smells. An extra towel can be requested from the room cleaners in the morning. We only took breakfast. Standard breakfasts: scrambled eggs, porridges, cucumbers, tomatoes, sausages every other day, juices, watermelons, melons, oranges, yoghurts, delicious coffee, croissants. There was one Russian-speaking girl at the reception, but even with minimal knowledge of English, it won't be a problem to explain yourself to others, everyone is very friendly and ready to wait until you remember how it is in English :) It is located 12 minutes from the metro, in some places there are no sidewalks. Transfer from the hotel to the Kite beach at 9.00, on the way we stopped at a couple of hotels, drove for about half an hour. The beach is good, sand, there are shells, the entrance to the water is gentle, there are fountains with drinking water, showers, showers for feet, wi-fi, sun beds and umbrellas for a fee.

Nothing is missing, also a special thanks. Metro min.10 walk. You can go to the beach by bus, by signing up in the evening or in the morning by taxi to Marina Beach, it costs 25 dirhams. We went 2 pairs, divided the amount in half. Taxi is cheap. The tour took only the desert, the rest with their own feet. We went to the expo, you can see it. There were 52.5 derham per person on the frame. We went to the sail and ran through the vine. It's nearby. And so I liked everything, thanks a lot to everyone!

People, terrible hotel. Lived from 8.09.2023-20.09.2023. Number 161. In order:
The room was not cleaned. Only the sheet was stretched.
Soap and shampoo ran out the next day. Asked to replace. Everyone to one place. We bought everything of our own.
The sink is clogged. The water doesn't go away. They also just shook their heads.
Coffee, tea, water also bought their own. They asked for it every day.
The towel was changed either to a small one or to none.
The breakfasts are the same. Only one of the three coffee machines worked.
The only metro station mashreq is a 20-minute walk in one direction, in the wild heat.
There is no pool.
The transfer is only from 9 am to 13. On a small bus to kite bitch. In the middle of hell.

One of the most budget hotels in this luxury world. And you shouldn't expect more from her.
From the pros - budget (it was in winter), there are breakfasts / dinners on request, dinner can be replaced with lunch, a cozy lobby, the rooms are clean, there is a free shuttle service to the beach.
Of the minuses - the rooms are small, the windows do not open in them, the interior in the rooms is also questionable (the design solution is to make everything out of the similarity of plumbing pipes), the menu is monotonous every day, there is no pool (see the first paragraph).
In any case, I was quite satisfied with everything.

Breakfast is monotonous, you won't be hungry. There is a small gym. From the metro 10 minutes, the sidewalk is not everywhere, sometimes on the way to the subway you need either on the sand or on the roadway. There is a good Hashtag cafe near the hotel.

We were waiting for check-in for a while, we booked a double room with two separate beds online, but since they didn't have any such rooms left, they had to offer us a single room, which was very disappointing. But in general, the staff is polite, they clean the room every day, the light was fixed in the shower, although we forgot to ask them about it. Only the hotel needs cosmetic repairs, the shower door is dirty in some places and rusted, closes heavily and with a creak. There is only body gel in the shower, I did not use it as a shampoo, because I was afraid of an allergic reaction. There is the same hand-washing gel near the sink. The hair dryer is just terrible, the hair does not dry and gets very hot, which burns your hands. There was a table in the room, which was dirty on the sides, with black ingrained dirt and small cockroaches inside, or ants, they were almost everywhere, but I didn't see them on the bed (well, it's good that🥲). There was almost always a strange smell and the same one blew from the conder, the windows don't open and it's very cold in the room. There are tea bags, sugar, a small refrigerator, an iron and an ironing board, bring water every day one bottle of 1.5 liters. The hotel is located 1000 meters from mashreq metro station and if you are told that it takes 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach, then this is a lie. All the beaches are very far away, not everywhere there are pedestrians in the area, I had to walk on the sand. What pleased me was that the supermarket is open 24/7, but it's also a decent walk to it, about 500 meters. The view from the window was not very pleasant, there are buildings nearby, repairs are underway around. There was no sound insulation, even people walking inside the room could be heard from the corridor. The common restrooms are clean, often washed. Inside the hotel there is no own bar and restaurant or I did not see, went once for breakfast, there was a lot of variety, but in general, not tasty. At the check-out, the room was handed over quickly.
In general, if you are planning a good holiday, then I do not recommend this hotel, I put two stars only because of the polite staff.

A great hotel for its stars. Compared to Turkish and Egyptian hotels, this hotel is 4+
There were two adults and a child in January 2020. Breakfasts and dinners are varied, there were no repetitions for a week, everything is edible and delicious, of course, in an oriental spicy way.
The location of the hotel is very good, standing next to it, you can even see the Burj el Arab. The metro is not far away, you can walk by visiting shops along the way. I advise you to look at an OUTLET called Brands for Less, branded items with a good discount. The metro station is equally remote from both Burj Khalifa Station and Dubai Marina station. so it's not far to go for walks.
The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels were changed regularly. There is a kettle, tea and coffee are replenished every day. Water is brought on call to the reception. Special thanks to the girl Katya at the reception, understood and helped in our small emergency. The child had an incident and we changed the bed linen to a new, clean one completely without questions and any surcharges.
For the price of a very affordable hotel. We will be happy to return to this hotel again as soon as the covid contacts remove these restrictions.
