I really liked the hotel, the service was excellent, the room was clean every day, the food was good, but not a lot monotonous. But the choice of products is large. Pleasant and helpful staff, speaks not much Russian and good English. Comfortable bed. Good location, not far from the metro. Excellent Wi-Fi. I liked the hotel, two receptionists speak Russian. Conveniently located, there is a restaurant and a grocery store nearby, and you can also walk to the Emirates Mall. Buses to Jumeirah Beach run on time and regularly. But here on the beach, which is located in the Deira area, the bus for us (to the beach) arrived an hour late (considering that the time of arrival on this beach is so long according to the schedule of the hotel bus) and the driver just laughed at the question where he was. I also wanted to say about the room: clean, neat (the brown wall of the toilet with a bathroom was a little annoying. The rest of the walls are beautiful, light, pleasant and only one wall is dark brown). They are cleaned very well and regularly. The food is delicious.

I can't say it's the best hotel I've seen.But judging by the price tag as a whole in the UAE, I can confidently say that the hotel is of the "value for money" type.Breakfasts , dinners are all with"edobno, but modestly, for some reason I thought that in the Emirates the tables are bursting with viands... everything is modest, restrained. Going to the beach, you should take into account that there is nowhere to take a towel and you should take care of it yourself. The bus goes to the beach itself on time, if there is not enough space on the bus, you have to wait until the first batch of people takes you and returns for you. And the numbers themselves surprised ... Opening the door when we checked into the room, we were stunned by the acrid smell of dichlophos, the refrigerator did not work, they promised to change it, so they did not change it...rooms with old furniture, dark and not very cozy... and, so, in general, a lot of impressions from the UAE, so the hotel has gone by the wayside...

We had a rest in November 2019. I liked everything very much. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it seemed to me. The room was small, but cozy enough. The food is varied. The only negative for me is that the hotel does not provide towels for the beach. I had to run around the shops in search of some kind of bedspread.

I'm shooting a star for the size of the room - well, it's sooo tight and due to the fact that the windows don't open, the vents are also not provided - there is zero fresh air in the room. And constant noise from the air conditioner from outside (apparently in the whole ventilation system)...

Convenient location, within walking distance of the metro.Because of the construction site, there is not a sidewalk everywhere, part of the way passes through a vacant lot, but cars rarely pass and you can walk this section of the way along the edge of the road. There are transfers to 3 beaches, we liked Jumeirah beach the most, because the sea is cleaner there.But for evening walks along the boardwalk we went to the beaches of Marina Beach and La Mer Beach.Transfers arrive on time, if in the morning to the beach or at lunch from the beach everyone could not leave on one bus, then the second one always arrived.There is also a transfer to the mall of the Emirates,there is no transfer back, but you can walk or take 1 metro station to Sharaf DG station.Cosmetic cleaning is carried out daily in the room, water, tea, coffee are brought.Initially, there was 1 set of towels in the room, but after contacting the reception, the second set was immediately brought to us.For all questions that arose, we addressed the hotel staff, if there was no Russian-speaking employee at the reception, then the Ayoub employee always helped us out, tried to understand that we speak Russian or "broken English", for which we thank him very much!

Nice hotel. Many thanks to Sarah from Cafe chill. Thanks to Irina, too, with the resolution. The number of rooms is rather poor. In the cafe, as well as everywhere, it's the same every day. The maid boys seemed to go to work on the first day, after cleaning the room they forgot something all the time, then leave a clean towel, then tea bags, then something else...A big plus of the hotel is a transfer to the beaches of Jumeirah, la Mer and Marina beach. We only went to the lamer. The transfer was also convenient because this hotel was the very first where the bus stopped empty, so there were plenty of places.

Why does the name say about some Nuuk Island? The hotel actually stands on the Sheikh bin Zayed Highway, the largest highway that runs through both Dubai and the Emirates. In theory, this is quite convenient with your car, although the abundance of auxiliary lanes and U-turns that need to be done to get to the central highway itself turns the route into a snake.
People usually get to the beaches by transfer from the hotel. You can even walk to the sea yourself near the sail. However, in Dubai itself, only very pretentious hotels go directly to the sea, this is not Sharjah. The metro is about 1km away.
But on the other hand, it turns out that now the al Barsha district is just like a not particularly populated area located between the marina, which is closer, and the city center (Burj Khalifa, trade center), behind which there is a poorer and cheaper Sharjah (which some associate with Hindus, but at the same time quite clean, where the budget hotels, more like Turkey, unlike areas deep into the highway, even in the center). Deira is also almost next to the airport, from which you can leave directly by metro.
So all this is scattered over decent distances and this is why an expensive taxi will turn into 700-1000 rubles if you go from the center to your ibis after the closure of the metro (23:30) and buses (?), or trams (only in the marina, up to ~12). But I myself went to hang out in the marina, which is closer, and therefore I returned adequately for 300-400 rubles, deftly calling a taxi no matter where, so as not to make a bunch of U-turns that increase the distance, and went through a couple of lanes sometimes, where I could, and called there. To do this, it is better to have your own SIM card.
In general, as for me, this is all much more important than the room and even food) although the food there is excellent. Yes, for me when there is a lot - by definition excellent!) The buffet is plentiful. The room is clean, small. There are no balconies. The Internet catches. It is better to take a charger with 3 pins with you in advance (European type like), buying from me did not work well.

We arrived on November 4 at 13:40. The entrance from the courtyard to the hotel is absolutely not embarrassing. Everything is very presentable. There were Russian-speaking staff at the reception, the check-in took about 15 minutes, they filled out a tourist questionnaire themselves, then asked to sign on a tablet and issued room cards. There is no deposit, the tourist tax is $ 18 or 60 dirhams, an A4 check is issued on request for tax payment.
The room is small, but quite cozy, snow-white linen, comfortable pillows, towels were changed mainly on request, without problems every day, liquid soap, black tea, two types of coffee, two types of sugar from accessories. There was no refrigerator in our room. Sockets, adapter is not required. Good sound insulation, no noise is heard. The windows don't open. The bathroom and shower are small. An iron is brought to the room upon request, you need to ask in English, the service staff does not understand the Russian language.
We had breakfast, they are monotonous, but you will definitely not stay hungry (watermelons, oranges, apples, cheeses, sausages, sausages, porridges, yogurt, boiled eggs, omelette, vegetable stew, pastries, juices (delicious), rice, etc. this is daily). For lunch and dinner, we bought at the supermarket, the prices are reasonable and the shops are within walking distance.
There are free transfers to 3 beaches, we liked Jumeirah beach the most, because the sea is cleaner there. (The schedule will be given at the reception). But back as luck would have it. Or you leave by taxi.
There is also a transfer to the mall of the Emirates, there is no transfer back, but you can walk, walk about 25 minutes to the hotel or you can take the subway to Sharaf DG station.
The metro stop is located on the right side in 10 minutes, Sharaf DG station. I do not advise going to the left, since there is not even a transition there. The way to the metro passes through the sand, construction is underway nearby.
Three metro stations away is the Dubai Marina area with yacht clubs, an artificial canal, a walk in the evening, very beautiful, the rest of the Damac Properties metro. In the opposite direction there are four metro stops and you are in the Dubai Mall and at the Burj Khalifa ost. Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall.
To be in Dubai and not visit Burj Khalifa means not to visit Dubai. Tickets here were bought from a guide for $ 130, a sightseeing tour of Dubai was included. The fountain show can be seen from the 124th floor. Observation deck without a roof.
You can take a taxi, but they go by taximeter.

There is no minibar in the room, as well as a refrigerator. Adapters are required for sockets. The breakfasts are sooo meager, there are a lot of people, so the food was often crowded. There are enough coffee machines. The fruits in January are apples, oranges and watermelon. To the metro 15 minutes on foot, to Emirates Moll 30 minutes. A supermarket where you can buy water and have a snack is located behind the hotel, which is very convenient. There is Wi-Fi in the hotel, the speed is not bad, but you will not be able to watch the movie. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We were settled somewhere at 13.00, and the departure from the room was at 14.00.

There are Russian-speaking girls at the reception if anyone has difficulties with English. Very friendly, friendly staff at the reception, security, in the restaurant, always ready to help. Transfers to shopping malls, to three beaches: Marina, Jumeirah and Lamer. The transfer is provided by the city, so some may not be. It is better to check with the security. It's a bit far to walk 1.2 km to the metro and you need to cross a couple of roads with quite busy traffic, especially in the evening. The hotel smokes, non-smokers will not really like the hovering aroma. The furniture is dilapidated. They write about the presence of a refrigerator, but it turns out not in all rooms, it was brought to us on the second day.
