1. I was thirsty and went to a cafe, but they said there was no water and I had to buy it
2. Fruits are not delicious except for watermelon, I understand it's purely so for beauty they are there
3. The juices are also either crushed, or not finished

We rested at this hotel from January 21 to January 30, 2022. Our room was located on the 6th floor.Room after renovation: modern interior, new furniture, huge TV, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, kettle, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, drinking water, coffee, tea, sugar.There are 2 telephones for communication with the reception, one of them is in the shower room.Beautiful lighting and a very, very large and comfortable bed! The room was cleaned daily, towels and bed linen were changed daily, which were always immaculate white! The hotel has 6 elevators. There is a bar in the lobby of the hotel, where there are always delicious and fresh pastries.The hall is divided into several zones: soft zones, play zones, a zone for those who want to work in a laptop, which are freely available.There is also a reception, a tour operator, where you can buy excursions for every taste and budget. Every day, the hotel's own bus takes hotel guests to and from the sea. I would like to express special gratitude to the reception employee Mohamed, who always greets guests with a smile, Caroline (restaurant), Udaya, Raymund, Sujit. More thanks to the houseeping managers who prepared the room for check-in by decorating the spotlessly snow-white bed with fresh flowers! The rest was a success! A huge thank you to everyone! We will definitely come back here again and again!!!

I liked the hotel, two receptionists speak Russian. Conveniently located, there is a restaurant and a grocery store nearby, and you can also walk to the Emirates Mall. Buses to Jumeirah Beach run on time and regularly. But here on the beach, which is located in the Deira area, the bus for us (to the beach) arrived an hour late (considering that the time of arrival on this beach is so long according to the schedule of the hotel bus) and the driver just laughed at the question where he was. I also wanted to say about the room: clean, neat (the brown wall of the toilet with a bathroom was a little annoying. The rest of the walls are beautiful, light, pleasant and only one wall is dark brown). They are cleaned very well and regularly. The food is delicious.

I can't say it's the best hotel I've seen.But judging by the price tag as a whole in the UAE, I can confidently say that the hotel is of the "value for money" type.Breakfasts , dinners are all with"edobno, but modestly, for some reason I thought that in the Emirates the tables are bursting with viands... everything is modest, restrained. Going to the beach, you should take into account that there is nowhere to take a towel and you should take care of it yourself. The bus goes to the beach itself on time, if there is not enough space on the bus, you have to wait until the first batch of people takes you and returns for you. And the numbers themselves surprised ... Opening the door when we checked into the room, we were stunned by the acrid smell of dichlophos, the refrigerator did not work, they promised to change it, so they did not change it...rooms with old furniture, dark and not very cozy... and, so, in general, a lot of impressions from the UAE, so the hotel has gone by the wayside...

We had a rest in November 2019. I liked everything very much. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it seemed to me. The room was small, but cozy enough. The food is varied. The only negative for me is that the hotel does not provide towels for the beach. I had to run around the shops in search of some kind of bedspread.

We rested from 11/23/19 to 12/3/19- we liked everything, except that the metro is a little far...everything is fine in the hotel itself, service, breakfast, friendly staff, generally 3 * corresponds to reality, I would put 4*...Emirates Mall is not far, you can walk...It is necessary to take a hotel near the metro, for example H or Novotel in this area...you can't do without a subway in Dubai...

I'm shooting a star for the size of the room - well, it's sooo tight and due to the fact that the windows don't open, the vents are also not provided - there is zero fresh air in the room. And constant noise from the air conditioner from outside (apparently in the whole ventilation system)...

In Dubai for the third time, so there is something to compare, we rested in Ibis from November 19 to 26, 2019.They brought me from the airport organized by a travel agency at 10 am, settled me and my husband half an hour later on the second floor for non-smokers, our compatriot Irochka, a very bright man, thanks a lot to her for all the consultations, two more employees speak passably in Russian and all the service staff are very friendly and helpful, respond to any request immediately(iron,ironing board, extra, set of towels).The room is not large, cozy,comfortable,everything you need is there,the furniture is arranged very rationally,the room was cleaned with the replacement of towels daily and efficiently, every day two 0.5 bottles of water were brought to the room for free, two bags of tea, coffee, cream, sugar, an electric kettle in the room constantly and a refrigerator, too, air conditioning and Internet they worked properly and for free, the window does not open, as indeed in many hotels due to the number of floors for security purposes.Take a swimsuit and swimming trunks in a double copy.they won't dry out in the room in half a day.We took half board, we had breakfast and dinner, the food was without frills, but according to our payment it corresponds to good, we had a hearty breakfast,we went to the sea on the morning flight by hotel bus,on our return we rinsed tea in the room and in the city until the evening, Independently visited Dubai-Rama, Dubai Mall.Emirate Mall,Trampoline Mall, (take the metro),Flower Garden and nearby fair from Emirate Mall bus,sightseeing tours bought from the tour guide (it is profitable to pay by card) We bought a silver card on the metro, it is replenished and works for all transport (metro,bus,tram)When I left, I sold the card to my compatriots.From Ibis metro,grocery,clothing stores within walking distance (bought mangoes, souvenirs)Cheap cafes on the way to the subway:golden fork with a menu in Russian and an Indian cafe, if anyone gets hungry, there are ready-made food in the Malls of hypermarkets.The hotel provides free bus transportation to four beaches and shopping malls, the schedule is issued upon check-in at the reception.In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel, if we are in Dubai again, we will stay in Ibis and I will recommend it to other tourists.Yes, the hotel is completely renovated.
