We stayed at this hotel in February, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is polite and understands English well. We had breakfast included, as I remember now, it was gorgeous! The location is very convenient, you can easily get wherever you want. There are many cafes/pastry shops nearby, as well as a currency exchange and a regular supermarket. I recommend it!

It's a very nice hotel. It is easy and comfortable to get from New Istanbul Airport (IST). Take the M11 train from the airport, reach the terminal, transfer to the M2 branch, drive to Yenikapi, then take the Marmaray train, pass 1 stop, and the bb is a minute away from the hotel. It was clean, cleaned every day. There is water around the clock (not everywhere in the old area). Attractions are within walking distance. The staff is very polite and helpful. They were talking in English at the reception. I booked and paid in rubles through the Yandex Travel app. Everything is fine. The room is very comfortable, clean and cozy. There was a buffet for breakfast, but we allowed the child to take with him, they gave him a plate, and we filled her with her favorite bagels)) in general, I definitely recommend it. I will definitely come back again. The only drawback: Yandex maps shows the address of Ankara street 25 incorrectly, you need to go forward a little bit and look at the other side of the street.

The hotel was very disappointing! We rented a triple room for one night, while we were given only two (towels, slippers, bottles of water). There was a torn sheet on the bed, the decorative pillows were spit on, and there were stains on the curtains. The plumbing needs to be repaired. At the reception, they tried to sell us additional services and SIM cards. The staff begs for tips. The breakfast was poor, the coffee was disgusting. One of the advantages I can highlight is the convenient location and fresh vegetables for breakfast. I do not recommend it!

Disgusting breakfasts. Rotten tomatoes come across. I ate only eggs, cucumbers and drank freshly squeezed fresh, $ 2. The rooms are small, it's noisy outside. The air conditioner works well. The cleaning is average, there was dirt from the floor on my feet all the time. Very nice guys at the reception. They will tell you everything, tell you, help you. There was a coffee shop nearby. She always drank coffee in it in the morning, ate a granule and a croissant when she refused a light breakfast.
