In the end, they told us to come tomorrow, after we had already lost 2 hours. Employees do not understand what the word "responsibility for their words" means, there is no service from the word at all, terrible attitude towards customers, I have been a client of Infin bank since 2019, I am not going to use it anymore. In any case, employees will consider themselves right. If you like a boorish attitude and you are happy to throw away your free time and nerves, I highly recommend this bank.

Disgusting attitude towards customers. I sat in line for more than 30 minutes, then they sent me to another window, where another person was already there, and I waited another 20 minutes!!! I do not recommend this bank to anyone. With this attitude, they won't have any customers left.

Slow staff in the card service department (concerns the Samarkand branch). Basically, everyone is either busy with their own business or absent, and they talk a lot on the phone. I couldn't top up the card urgently, I've been waiting for the money to arrive for 6 hours. Everything else is fine. The Legal Persons service department works well and promptly. The department of money transfer by electronic queue (this is great). Even on Saturday it works (great). There is no one at lunchtime from 13 to 14, although they could take turns to go to lunch (in any case, no complaints)

The staff is always busy with something, they are in a hurry, they do not sit in one place. I opened a credit card at this bank, I wanted to close the loan ahead of schedule (5 months earlier). As a result, they transferred to me the same amount that they had to pay for 12 months. I ask "Why is this so?" - You can find out from the bank employee who gave you this loan. And that employee of Akmal aka miraculously quit before that time. Thus, I was unable to close my loan early, instead I paid the full interest for the entire period.
