A normal, generally accepted service.
Breakfast only darkens the overall impression. A poor choice of dishes and instant coffee do not give the hotel the highest rating. The staff is adequate and complies with the standards adopted in civilized countries. The best location in Aktau. But the views are overshadowed by a technical superstructure. And the terrace is asking for it. I hope the owners of the hotel will take this opinion into account.
