We had to run around looking for a new agent's number because the office number wasn't responding. As a result, they found and ordered water, relatively speaking, on Thursday. Our agent promised to bring us water on Thursday, because Friday is a holiday. As a result, it turns out that they also rest on Saturday. They only told me about it on Saturday, when I called them myself. I wrote to both agents in the chat, as water is needed at two points. Both agents respond in 3-4 hours, or even read and do not respond at all. Disgusting!!!
