Friends, do not come here for nothing when the facility at this location is being renovated as of 24/05/26. We went with my wife. Opposite us was a ghostly facility where cats and dogs were lying in front of the reception desk starving. We couldn't reach anyone at their contact numbers. Everywhere in the huge facility seemed to be deserted. There was no guest, no employee. We couldn't reach anyone from the numbers they gave on Maps and Agoda. We had opened a random bungalow with a key lying on the reception desk with our own means and settled down, which we learned the facts thanks to a staff friend who came to feed cats and dogs to this desolation with his car. It turns out this facility has been renovated. All guests were accommodated at another property called World Dreams Forest, 5 km away. Since Agoda did not share the customer's contact number with the facility owner, they could not contact us either. Future friends should not come here without getting the right location and contacting the reception. I will write the other facility experience to the other location.
