My friend and I visited from Australia today and the service was terrific! The atmosphere is beautiful, cultural music, not too noisy. The food is authentic Uzbek food, is super tasty and is served fast (around 10-15mins for us). Some of the food is quite expensive, even for us aussies but we were ok with that because the service was great!!

Well, I must admit that Caravan is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to, luckily during my first visit to Tashkent. The staff were very pleased to serve us speaking in English and they were always curious to see if we were enjoying the food. The food, especially plov was delicious. They even offered to take some plov with me at the hotel! Tasty food plates were landing on the table one after the other. Uzbek cheese, salads, sliced tomatoes with thin onion pieces and so many others. We also had tea and a platter of fresh fruit. It's a must that if you ever visitTashkent to have lunch at Caravan. Good luck!

I have been exploring restaurants with national theme and this one has been the worst so far. I don’t usually leave feedbacks but the service was so slow and didn’t know what to do while waiting for my food for an hour which was promised to be brought in 30 mins and here I am writing this feedback. I am guessing it was that (male) waiter’s fault who served us, and the other two dishes we ordered were dry. When I complained they brought us baklava on the house(Victoria was the one who did that) She was nice and took care of us well after that loooongest wait. Atmosphere was good with live music but hey I mean you go to a restaurant to EAT to begin with and if the food is not served well the rest is pointless for hungry stomach right?

Great stuff with ethnic atmosphere, live music every evening, generally food is ok, they serve national cuisine, taste is subjective measure, for me it was just regular, nothing special.

Nothing special. Dishes are a bit over salted and quite overpriced. One plate of the Soup price is around 80000 sum. Chicken kebab - 70000, which is too much for 1 dish from my perspective.

Very nice restaurant, the food is excellent. The prices are reasonable - two-course meal with drinks, for two persons, are around 30€. My recommendation!

Great food. It is expensive. Perfect place for business lunch or dinner. Interior is a mixture of local and soviet designs. Service needs improvement, such an attitude of doing a huge favor, despite the fact of hefty service charge in the bill.

Well actually there is nothing much to say about that place. Once very popular place to dine out became pricy local cafe. Ordinary milliy taomlar has more delicious options than Caravan.

I celebrated my birthday with my friends in this restaurant!complete delight!delicious cuisine and wine!such delicious manti, samsu, I have never eaten meat anywhere before!And yet!The atmosphere of the place is incredible!I am very grateful to Timur, the owner of the restaurant, for his attention to detail, the interior immerses in Uzbek culture, and the "soul" of the restaurant is felt! Usually, when traveling, we try to go to different cafes, but once we went to the Caravan, the rest of the days we went only here. The choice of dishes is huge, it takes more than one day to try everything. Delicious samsa, chebureks, which now can only be dreamed of, I have never eaten such delicious chebureks anywhere. Of the many dishes that we tried without much impression, only eel kebab turned out to be. If we ever find ourselves in Tashkent again, we will definitely return.

A good restaurant with Uzbek cuisine and more. It's big, there are different locations - one in a kind of antique style, on the second floor there is a more modern atmosphere, live music is played in the evenings. There is also a patio and a summer terrace on the second floor, but it was cool to explore them. I recommend trying the Anoretto pomegranate wine, there are no complaints about the food, everything is fine.

We visited this wonderful restaurant in January 2026. It is a historical place and breathes the culture of Uzbekistan . We noticed that many distinguished guests visited it . It has been operating since 2000 . Of course, we ordered pilaf, manti and salads, we liked everything. We are very glad that we visited you and had a great time. Thanks ❤

A great place, choose a quiet room for non-smokers) The waiter is excellent, advises that it is better to take according to preferences, answered all questions, conducted a tour of the restaurant, we were at 7.01 in the evening. The dishes are all just bombastic!!! We had salad with eggplant, tomatoes with onions, manti with lamb and pumpkin. Samsu))) I ate something similar to beshparmak only in the Uzbek way) desserts, lemon, tea are bombastic. The white wine was local, very tasty

We are tourists from Moscow, we work as managers in the restaurant sector. This is the establishment of the owner of the "Pilaf Museum". One of the visits here was not very successful, but the attitude of the management staff completely negated this incident. I have never seen such feedback, service, quality and love for my institution from the owner and managers. Everything is delicious, the service is top-notch, and the entourage of the establishment is wonderful. I recommend you to visit the same way as the Pilaf Museum. I was a guest on 15.12.25 The place is good, everything is very beautiful! She plunged into the national culture. The waiters are caring and attentive, special thanks to them! But the kitchen is a bit lame (the lula is not juicy, the horsemeat and carrot curlicues are cold and inedible, the lamb dish is fried, served boiled. The prices are above average! Thanks for the atmosphere and the attentive waiters.
