We had a rest in May 2023.
The hotel has fresh rooms, a good beach, decent food. There is a small assortment of dishes, but everything is delicious. We rested on an all-inclusive system, in fact it is a full board. Good hotel, good location and infrastructure, but there are a lot of BUTS.

2. Sand is a very important part of any holiday, here the sand is very bad. Yes, it's white, but it's more cement, not sand.
The sea - Jellyfish is a problem. The pool is dirty and too warm.

There are many families with young children, and nothing is provided for them except for one swimming pool. Everything is clean, the staff is mostly friendly, but there is more attention to foreigners than to Russians. The beach is small, but there is enough space not to walk over the heads of vacationers. There are not enough sunbeds in the season, people take up some things early in the morning and, often, no longer appear during the day. The food is without frills, standard .., as in any, average, Turkish hotel. The menu hasn't changed in a week. There is nothing in the area, no shops, no place for hiking. And in principle, this emirate is only for a beach holiday. I underestimated the rating due to an unpleasant incident during check-in. The room was provided not according to the parameters that we had discussed with tour operators. The dialogue with both sides for several hours did not lead to anything. They shifted it on top of each other, they didn't find the last one. The result: the children slept just on the mattress, on the floor. Unpleasant! The first and last trip to this hotel and, most likely, with the operator "Fly.ru"

Nice, small hotel. The rooms are large, all with sea views, they did not understand the point of paying extra to the "terrace" room. They are located on the first three floors with an enlarged balcony (it is both large in standard and with a sunbed). In the rooms, you can connect the phone to the TV (downloaded movies from Kinopoisk could not be connected, only online, but the Internet pulls normally). It was not possible to connect to a remote desk on a laptop in Russia via the hotel's Wi-Fi. But in general, the Internet works well. One shared restaurant, two Ala cards. American - delicious, good atmosphere. Turkish - specific, who loves real Turkish cuisine- will come in.
A strange (after Turkey, Egypt) all-inclusive system. The bar opens from 9, alcoholic drinks from 11, the bar closes at 01:00- the last free order is at 22:00. you can go to a meal only once under the number record (there may be a traffic jam until the number is recorded and escorted to the table). If you want something else to eat, they will be against it. Fundamentally.
The food is delicious, the menu is quite different every day, but the choice is very limited. Those who want a "million" offers will be upset. There were crabs, sushi, poke, steaks.
There is no entertainment at all. Animation, shows, etc.- by (who cares). There is also a construction site nearby (from the moment of publication, 6 months will definitely go). It doesn't bother much, but it spoils the view. Sunset side, very beautiful in the evening.
In July, there were very hot days - just a sauna sauna (if someone thinks that there is no heat like in Turkey. I would not advise people of the older generation to go. On the second or third day you get used to it, but for adults (60+)such heat can be dangerous), the sea is a great Jacuzzi, who hopes to swim in it in July - be prepared 32/35+. We went only at 7 am and at sunset.
There is a children's pool, there are a lot of children, but in fact - they have nothing to do here. They swim either in the general or in the children's pool, so if it is important for you to have a pool without children, then these are only club rooms (a separate Pool for the club room).
Cocktails are mediocre, alcohol is normal, drinks: Italian prosecco, Jim beam, Gordons, fresh for breakfast (watermelon, orange, pineapple, carrot).
In general, the quality, expectations, staff - did not regret it.

My husband and I decided to go to the Emirates in August. They scared us with hot weather and stuffiness. Therefore, we were looking for a beach holiday, with a nice beach and the sea. Emirates are more suitable for beach holidays: Fujairah and Ras al Khaimah. Fujairah, due to its too remote location from Dubai Airport (where we arrived), immediately fell off and that's why I was looking for a hotel in Ras al Khaimah.
All inclusive, we didn't need animations, we chose hotels with the concept of a quiet, relaxing beach holiday and half-board meals. Also, the criterion of choice was the aesthetics of the hotel itself, novelty, the beach and, of course, positive reviews.
All my requests were satisfied by the Intercontinental Hotel, so the choice was made!
It takes about an hour and a half to drive from Dubai Airport. We arrived at the hotel after 22.00, we were immediately checked in and we went to bed because we were very tired from the road. The hotel certainly impressed right away - the eco-style design looks very expensive and aesthetically pleasing. Literally every corner is thought out and does not stand out from the overall picture. Very beautiful illumination of the territory in the dark. The room also impressed us - it's huge! Dressing room, bathroom with freestanding bathtub, shower and toilet. All cosmetics in dispensers from BYREDO with the smell of African ball.
Toothbrushes with tiny tubes of toothpaste were brought every day, but it's better to take your own paste, because the prices for personal hygiene items are crazy: 500-700-for a tube of paste of the most common brands, Colgate, Sensodyne, a small tube of Marvis - 700 plus ₽
There is glass between the bedroom and the bathroom, which gives the space even more "air"
On the TV there was a welcome message with my name, nice)
A large balcony with a round couch and a table.
Also in the room there is a desk with a chair, a small dining area with a table and two armchairs, and a bed…
A huge and soft bed, cool pillows - we slept like on a cloud)

The cleaning was always perfect, bed linen and towels were changed daily. And we've never seen the cleaners, they're just invisible)
There is also an iron and ironing board in the room!
There is almost always the same choice of food for breakfast. I took an egg Benedict with Hollandaise sauce, or an omelet that is prepared with any filling, there are some sausages, beans in tomato paste, cheeses, including brie, herbs, vegetables, yoghurts, red fish was several times, fruits (watermelon, papaya or melon, passion fruit) freshly squeezed juices orange, pineapple, carrot, watermelon. Insanely delicious pancakes and waffles!
Pastries, croissants, cupcakes, various types of cereals.
Their system is such that you come to a restaurant and approach the hostesses who ask for your room number and the number of people. He hands you over to the waiter, who puts you at a table and takes an order for drinks. We ordered coffee, cappuccino, Americano and went to the buffet. We were returning, and our coffee was already on the table.
I won't describe the dinners - nothing special to be honest, I only remembered once: there were rolls, all sorts of mussels in the wings and, perhaps, crabs, but we came late and took what was left. In general, the rolls were vegetable, and with crab sticks (just a failure) and seafood is absolutely tasteless (
In general, there are no frills in terms of food, simple food, delicious, but without enthusiasm.
The only thing that impressed me was the dinner at the American restaurant Hoho. An appetizer of crispy squid with some unreal sauces.
Especially salmon steak - perfectly fried, juicy and very tasty. We couldn't handle the Brownie dessert and took it with us to the room and in the morning with coffee it was perfect!
Beach.
The beach is stunning, wide, with clean white sand and turquoise sea. We were lucky and there was almost always a high tide. One day we came, and the sea was gone for almost 10 m! exposing the bottom, strewn with shells. The rest of the days the sea was full with cool waves.
The water temperature is really equal to the body temperature - you can't feel it with your skin, it's so warm! I have never bathed in such a warm sea!))
When you get very hot, which does not save the sea, we moved to the pool - there the water is beautiful, cool, as it should be!
Directly from the pool, you can swim up to the bar and order any cocktail from the all menu. These are classics: mojito, cuba libre, Margarita, etc. Relaxing by the pool is a separate kind of pleasure)
You can get out of the pool and order a hookah. The hookah maker is Russian-speaking, works here until closing, until 18.00. Then you can order a hookah in a Turkish restaurant on the shore. You can go there on foot, walking around the territory, or take a buggy ride.
We also had dinner in a Turkish restaurant, but we didn't really like it. Rice porridge was brought for dessert, which is called pudding) do not order this position.
It seems to have described everything.. I liked the hotel, no special comments were revealed, except for the construction site nearby. No one wrote anything about her in the reviews. But this construction did not interfere in any way, except for spoiling the view in the photos…
Otherwise, I recommend a hotel for a beach holiday!

We stayed at the hotel from June 02, 2023 to June 16, 2023. We were in the UAE for the first time, very glad that we chose this hotel.
Now about everything in order.
1. Number of rooms.
Since the hotel is brand new, the rooms look fresh and tidy. But, there are defects. The sockets were shaking, an electrician was called, he fixed everything. In the mini-bar cabinet, the lamps were on, with no shutdown mode when it is closed. I had to ask to turn it off, as it interfered with sleep. There was a bad drain in the shower, we washed in the bathroom.
The beds are comfortable, the mattresses and pillows are good.
2. The beach.
This is the property of the hotel. Wide, with white sand, nice comfortable sun beds, beautiful. The entrance to the sea is convenient. The water in the sea is clean, transparent and warm. There are small fish that you can watch with pleasure.
There are no changing booths, this is a minus. It's inconvenient to run to the toilet at the bar every time.
Showers at the exit from the beach, far from the sunbeds, but not critical. There is no separate foot tap, it is not very convenient.
3. Nutrition.
We were on the "AI" system.
The breakfasts are very good, there is red fish available. The fruits for breakfast were watermelons, bananas, melon, pears, apples.
For lunch and dinner, I liked the food less than breakfast.
Of the minuses, there were few fruits for lunch and dinner, often there was undercooked meat and fish that was white on the outside and pink on the inside.
For me, the disadvantage is that tea and coffee cannot be poured by themselves, as in many hotels in Turkey.
4. Service.
The staff is very responsive, polite, instantly respond to requests. Everyone is working clearly, smoothly.
5. Territory.
Beautiful, with palm trees, sofas on the lawns.
Feature - the hotel is built in cascades, many stairs.

We rested at this hotel from 16.01.2023 to 21.01.2023. I really liked the service at the hotel, the staff is very attentive, the rooms are new and clean. I was very pleased with the warm pool ! I didn't want to leave it for hours!) (27-30 degrees, in winter, this is very important). The food is excellent and varied, we took breakfast and dinner, dinners can be changed to lunches. You can have dinner in any of the three restaurants, I really liked the Turkish restaurant on the seashore, huge portions (three-course dinner for each person and dessert). Even a cute photographer is on site, who unobtrusively offers you his services. Without problems and free of charge, we were provided with a late check-out from the hotel. The hotel is new and it feels like everyone is trying very hard to like it.

Rest 2 + 1. Reading reviews of a hotel, you always subconsciously choose those that have a rating other than 5. Reading reviews of this hotel, you think "no, it's people who are overeager." No. People are not telling this yet. In general, it is disgusting, terrible. It's funny that this hotel has an Intercontinental tag. I don't know what to praise, but there is something to scold unequivocally, so that the price is not quite low and, as expected, you think that the price corresponds to the quality.
Everything is included in your al inclusive concept, but nothing is included. For coffee in the coffee shop at the reception they ask for 27 aed, for a croissant 40 aed!!! That's 1200 rubles for an empty croissant!!! I find it funny and sad at the same time that I bought the cover. And then in order, but that's not all.
1. BYREDO.
Many people write about byredo cosmetics used in the hotel. If it was disposable, I would have believed it was her. But in fact, you just have reusable tubes of WB with the inscription byredo, in which God has something poured. But judging by all other aspects, it becomes clear that there is something the cheapest filled in, which is confirmed very funny: going into the shared toilet in a restaurant, there is a tube with the cheapest soap from the supermarket with exactly the same smell.
2. Room cleaning - what do you mean?
Yes, room cleaning here consists of making the bed. All. To remove the dirty plate?- no. The disposable cup after coffee stood for three days. Do you need to refill your expired disposable pasta?- no. Slippers? - No. And everything else is not there either, for which do not touch.
3. The new luxury hotel is only on Instagram.
The hotel only screams about its luxury on Instagram, because, fortunately, word of mouth is working against it. If I hadn't been told that the hotel is only a couple of years old, I would have thought that its age is close to ten. Everything was done poorly from the beginning. There is no repair at all. The light bulbs on the territory are only half working!!! The rest don't even change. It's not even worth talking about the rest if they don't change the light bulbs, well, it's funny really.
4. Restaurant?!
No. Just not. Everything that's in it. It's funny when the intercontinental hotel says “fresh juice” and it's poured from a pack of the cheapest juice. It's funny when it says "fish and crabs", you ask where the crabs are and they smile at you and say they're not here, there's only fish here. It's funny when the intercontinental hotel puts 20 bananas in a box as fruit, they are disassembled and no longer replenished. It's funny when there are no napkins on the tables (there have never been any during the whole vacation), you ask and they bring you one!!! It's funny when the intercontinental hotel in the emirates has ice cream for money. A lot of money! Sometimes, as an indulgence, they can bring you lunch if you ask well.
5. Service.
Well, how to say service. The reception staff is not very friendly.

6. The territory.
There is not much of it at the hotel, but nothing outside the territory. It's just dark and there's a construction site. There's nowhere to go. There are no shops nearby. There is nothing nearby.

The hotel is new, beautiful and compact, the advantages end there. The staff is very weak, the work has not yet been built, there is trouble with restaurants, the choice is not great, there is always a queue at the entrance in the main restaurant, this is the merit of unprofessional management. You can't buy All inclusive on the spot, they said they couldn't cope. The beach is large, but not cozy, sun beds and umbrellas of different types, instead of a bar there is a tent of far from aesthetic appearance, there is 1 shower for the entire beach and not a single shower for feet, where you can wash off the sand. There is white sand on the beach. The beach is closed by breakwaters from 2 sides, so it will not be very stormy for any reason.
The water is clean.
The food is plentiful and delicious and varied. Emphasis on meat, poultry and vegetables. There are not many fish and seafood, but it happens.
There are seasonal fruits and sweets.
There are disadvantages-shortcomings:
1. There are no changing rooms on the beach or by the pools. It is necessary either to dry on yourself or to 'pervert' with dressing up
2. There is only one toilet (2 cabins) for the entire beach and for all pools. Due to the fact that there are no changing rooms, there are almost always queues.
3. There is only one shower room with two watering cans on the beach. There is another one, but it is at the far end of the beach, where there are no umbrellas.
4. The food for breakfast does not change from day to day. For dinner, it changes in percentages of 10-20. I.e., it is diverse, but stable and someone may get bored in a week.
5. If you go with a child, then with a large sofa room, there is no place where the child would sleep. You can either pay extra.money to order an "extra-bed", or to drag a huge round nest-bed from the balcony for the night. He has a round mattress with a diameter of as much as 1.4 m. That is, you can find a way out :-))))))

Delight, very cool territory and food, the sea is just good, unlike the palm trees. Minus only in the evening there is no entertainment from the word at all, so I do not recommend it for a very long time, even with a child it becomes boring in the evening.

We were extremely delighted with our stay!
The hotel is new, and, of course, it is felt in every square meter of space. The staff is helpful, always rushing to help with any questions, trying to anticipate all possible wishes of the guests. The room stock is stylish, the rooms are beautiful and spacious even in the most basic category. The food is sooo delicious and varied, the a la carte restaurants never reached, as the main restaurant was quite enough. The hotel is above the average price category, respectively, all additional services (including bars, cakes in cafes, etc.) cost quite a bit. Construction is underway in the neighborhood, the hotel continues to upset further, but don't let it bother you at all, you can't hear the technology from the word "at all", visually it doesn't bother either. In general, it was very, very cool! 💓

We had a family vacation. A new hotel. The staff is at a high level of service. Beach with white sand, hammocks, soft deck chairs. The sea is clear. The restaurants are great, the rooms are luxurious, all with sea views!

A great hotel, after two consecutive "five-star" hotels in Turkey, which eventually got on my personal blacklist, this hotel is really on top. Excellent and varied cuisine, I love crabs and octopuses - they didn't let me down here. Different food, I didn't get bored in a week, a good beach without jellyfish and stingrays (these bastards ruined the last vacation in another UAE hotel), cleaning for 5, the rooms are a little tired, but this negates everything else. I definitely recommend it!

We have just returned from this "wonderful" hotel. (02/25/24) This is a grid and they position themselves as a premium, above-average hotel! We paid like for All Inclusive! (in fact, it is not there!) In this hotel it is 3 meals a day (and certain alcohol at certain hours!) I'll start in order:
1. Unrealistic queues at the restaurant (you come, they ask you to wait, and there's another queue of the same poor devils in front of you) 15-25 minutes! It's bullying, a lot of kids!
2. The food is normal for the first 2 days, then on the decline! There is no children's menu (there is a table, like with a children's one, but there are nuggets, spicy and everything is in spices, just like for adults!)
3. At the pool bar (if you are on the pool side), wait for an order, from 10 to 20 minutes! Such a pleasure in the water!
4. There are NO changing rooms either by the pool or on the beach! Before lunch, if you're wet, change clothes only go to the room!
5. There are only 2 showers on the pool and beach, and those without a foot tap! If you want to wash your feet from the sand, you will bathe all over! It seems like a small thing, but it's unpleasant, especially when you overpay for service and small things.
6 Then the most interesting thing: there is 1 bar inside, we were told, and given a piece of paper where it says that it works from 19:00 to 22:00, BUT! The bartender finishes serving al inclusiv visitors at 21:30! And it's impossible to prove anything, they all don't understand anything at once, even at the reception. It's idiotic, there are a lot of people outraged and swearing.
7. After these tricks, we stopped drinking alcohol in this bar, just took ice and cups there and drank our good Whiskey (from duty free) But, and here we did not please again, we were forbidden to drink our alcohol, they were standing over us, it was very unpleasant! The service is at the highest level! 8.
And, the cherry on the cake was one incident - it's generally terrible! Our friends had a small child (the hotel positions itself as a family! There are a lot of children, almost all with children! But, there are no children's rooms, slides, toys, NOTHING!) So, the child had a doctor, turned 1 year old (by the way, they didn't even congratulate!), because there was nowhere to go, we hung out in the lobby in the evenings, and took turns babysitting, and here the child touches the statuette with his hand (a piece of marble with a hole on a thin leg, 15 cm high, cheap crap, sorry), she falls, I try to catch her (which is why I have a bruise of 8 cm on the floor of my hand from this block!) and, of course, breaks. And the show begins, as a result, we are forced to pay 1000 derham If a child of 2-3 years old had touched her, it would have been a concussion! But it's generally interesting to them that nothing is fixed, that stands on the edge of the table, a 3 kg lump on a thin curved leg, etc ... that's not all... I just don't have the strength to write anymore, I don't recommend this hotel under any circumstances! There is absolutely no customer orientation, comfort, and you go to such grids precisely for comfort and convenience and are ready to overpay for it. A good beach and the novelty of the hotel will not save you when there are so many disadvantages and disregard for guests!

Nice, new rooms. Cosmetics in the room are of good quality. Slippers, bathrobes + .Big TV, Bluetooth soundbar. Spacious enough. In the room there is a kettle, a coffee machine, an iron + a board, a safe, a dressing area, a work desk, a coffee table. On the balcony there is a round sofa-lounger. In addition to the shower, there is a separate bath in the room.
The territory is compact, green, the beach is imported sand, soft white.
The food is good, not much, but varied and delicious. Unripe fruits-.
There is no animation, for soft recreation.

Currently we are resting in this hotel and I decided to write a review right away while there is time. This is our first time in the UAE and to be honest, we love seal holidays, we needed a nice beach and a quiet hotel and an Intercontinental is just what we need. We flew by Aeroflot, I love this carrier, but in comfort, since the flight lasts 5 hours. The flight is OK, we were met by an employee who helps us quickly pass the airport and customs and this is a separate service, the transfer is individual, we drove 1.5, traffic jams when leaving Dubai. We arrived after three, so our room was ready, we took a large one with a living room and a bedroom, everything is fine, everything is new, the smart home system is cool! The beach is great, there are a lot of sunbeds, the water is warm and clear. The all-inclusive restaurant is pleasant, the service is very decent, they escort you to the table, no long waits, as they wrote in the reviews, a maximum of 5 minutes. A very cool cafe next to the lobby, but it is paid, they serve a lot of tea and coffee, as well as confectionery. The food is good for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a large selection, and so they wrote that the meat is tough and not tasty, do not believe it, everything is wonderful and of course, it does not compare with Turkey, a completely different service. The staff is polite, everyone is ready to help and make our stay even better. Yes, a hotel is being built nearby, you can hear it, but not so much and in the morning and evening they do not interfere. This area is now being actively built up, well, what can I do. The attitude towards Russian tourists is good, we do not see any discrimination, as many wrote again. Locals come on weekends, but they don't bother anyone, they rest and that's it. We are very happy, we definitely want to come back here!
