This is a wonderful hotel that is suitable for families with and without children. The staff is very helpful. I don't eat meat, the waiter brought fish at my request. I think it's cool. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, high-quality linen. I advise you to visit!

We were from 03.04.23 to 13.04.23.
The hotel is super!
Everything is green, the eye is happy, despite the fact that there are sands-sands-sands not far from here.
The rooms are large and comfortable.
The hotel is big and new. Nothing is broken.
One of the children's pools is covered with awnings and there is always shade there.
There is white sand on the beach. The beach is closed by breakwaters from 2 sides, so it will not be very stormy for any reason.
The water is clean.
The food is plentiful and delicious and varied. Emphasis on meat, poultry and vegetables. There are not many fish and seafood, but it happens.
There are seasonal fruits and sweets.
There are disadvantages-shortcomings:
1. There are no changing rooms on the beach or by the pools. It is necessary either to dry on yourself or to 'pervert' with dressing up
2. There is only one toilet (2 cabins) for the entire beach and for all pools. Due to the fact that there are no changing rooms, there are almost always queues.
3. There is only one shower room with two watering cans on the beach. There is another one, but it is at the far end of the beach, where there are no umbrellas.
4. The food for breakfast does not change from day to day. For dinner, it changes in percentages of 10-20. I.e., it is diverse, but stable and someone may get bored in a week.
5. If you go with a child, then with a large sofa room, there is no place where the child would sleep. You can either pay extra.money to order an "extra-bed", or to drag a huge round nest-bed from the balcony for the night. He has a round mattress with a diameter of as much as 1.4 m. That is, you can find a way out :-))))))

We were extremely delighted with our stay!
The hotel is new, and, of course, it is felt in every square meter of space. The staff is helpful, always rushing to help with any questions, trying to anticipate all possible wishes of the guests. The room stock is stylish, the rooms are beautiful and spacious even in the most basic category. The food is sooo delicious and varied, the a la carte restaurants never reached, as the main restaurant was quite enough. The hotel is above the average price category, respectively, all additional services (including bars, cakes in cafes, etc.) cost quite a bit. Construction is underway in the neighborhood, the hotel continues to upset further, but don't let it bother you at all, you can't hear the technology from the word "at all", visually it doesn't bother either. In general, it was very, very cool! 💓

We were at the hotel from 25.10.22 to 04.11.22 family - 2 adults, 3 children -2-7-9 years.
The hotel is beautiful, compact, new, everything is comfortable in the room except for the sliding door to the bathroom (they couldn't open it several times, they got on the fingers of both adults and children a couple of times) the beach is cozy, beautiful white sand, there were always enough sun beds with umbrellas. The service is on top, all the comments were quickly eliminated. The trouble is in the food of this hotel! we lived with ALL-IN nutrition. the main restaurant has a very sad menu for lunch and dinner, grilled poultry and fried fish every day, the meat was baked several times but tough and not chewable, the side dishes are mainly rice potatoes corn. There is a lot of spicy and Indian cuisine. There are pasta every day the same offers with white sauce. No cutlets, kebabs, lamb, steaks, etc. do not wait and do not look for them here, only in the restaurant, but it is all-in, not a la carte, it's just PAID! for two families of 8 people, we had dinner for 750 Dirhams, while 4 are children! The All-In itself is also funny beer two types of back and Budweiser rum bacardi only for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, on the beach and in the pool from strong only cheap jim beam bourbon, brut champagne pour (not bad) sangria, milkshakes for children, wine, and three or four cocktails from the menu. ice cream for children is paid, normal alco is paid for example black label 30ml -40 Dirhams, crown extra bottle-40 Dirhams🙈 in 11 days I left for different types of surcharges (alco, coffee, ice cream, pie, coconut, mahito, 2 times were in remtoran) 3500 Dirhams. in Turkey, it would all be free! Nice, new rooms. Cosmetics in the room are of good quality. Slippers, bathrobes + .Big TV, Bluetooth soundbar. Spacious enough. In the room there is a kettle, a coffee machine, an iron + a board, a safe, a dressing area, a work desk, a coffee table. On the balcony there is a round sofa-lounger. In addition to the shower, there is a separate bath in the room.
The territory is compact, green, the beach is imported sand, soft white.
The food is good, not much, but varied and delicious. Unripe fruits-.

Currently we are resting in this hotel and I decided to write a review right away while there is time. This is our first time in the UAE and to be honest, we love seal holidays, we needed a nice beach and a quiet hotel and an Intercontinental is just what we need. We flew by Aeroflot, I love this carrier, but in comfort, since the flight lasts 5 hours. The flight is OK, we were met by an employee who helps us quickly pass the airport and customs and this is a separate service, the transfer is individual, we drove 1.5, traffic jams when leaving Dubai. We arrived after three, so our room was ready, we took a large one with a living room and a bedroom, everything is fine, everything is new, the smart home system is cool! The beach is great, there are a lot of sunbeds, the water is warm and clear. The all-inclusive restaurant is pleasant, the service is very decent, they escort you to the table, no long waits, as they wrote in the reviews, a maximum of 5 minutes. A very cool cafe next to the lobby, but it is paid, they serve a lot of tea and coffee, as well as confectionery. The food is good for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a large selection, and so they wrote that the meat is tough and not tasty, do not believe it, everything is wonderful and of course, it does not compare with Turkey, a completely different service. The staff is polite, everyone is ready to help and make our stay even better. Yes, a hotel is being built nearby, you can hear it, but not so much and in the morning and evening they do not interfere. This area is now being actively built up, well, what can I do. We have just returned from this "wonderful" hotel. (02/25/24) This is a grid and they position themselves as a premium, above-average hotel! We paid like for All Inclusive! (in fact, it is not there!) In this hotel it is 3 meals a day (and certain alcohol at certain hours!) I'll start in order:
1. Unrealistic queues at the restaurant (you come, they ask you to wait, and there's another queue of the same poor devils in front of you) 15-25 minutes! It's bullying, a lot of kids!
2. The food is normal for the first 2 days, then on the decline! There is no children's menu (there is a table, like with a children's one, but there are nuggets, spicy and everything is in spices, just like for adults!)
3. At the pool bar (if you are on the pool side), wait for an order, from 10 to 20 minutes! Such a pleasure in the water!
4. There are NO changing rooms either by the pool or on the beach! Before lunch, if you're wet, change clothes only go to the room!
5. There are only 2 showers on the pool and beach, and those without a foot tap! If you want to wash your feet from the sand, you will bathe all over! It seems like a small thing, but it's unpleasant, especially when you overpay for service and small things.
6 Then the most interesting thing: there is 1 bar inside, we were told, and given a piece of paper where it says that it works from 19:00 to 22:00, BUT! The bartender finishes serving al inclusiv visitors at 21:30! And it's impossible to prove anything, they all don't understand anything at once, even at the reception. It's idiotic, there are a lot of people outraged and swearing.
7. After these tricks, we stopped drinking alcohol in this bar, just took ice and cups there and drank our good Whiskey (from duty free) But, and here we did not please again, we were forbidden to drink our alcohol, they were standing over us, it was very unpleasant! The service is at the highest level! 8.
And, the cherry on the cake was one incident - it's generally terrible! Our friends had a small child (the hotel positions itself as a family! There are a lot of children, almost all with children! But, there are no children's rooms, slides, toys, NOTHING!) So, the child had a doctor, turned 1 year old (by the way, they didn't even congratulate!), because there was nowhere to go, we hung out in the lobby in the evenings, and took turns babysitting, and here the child touches the statuette with his hand (a piece of marble with a hole on a thin leg, 15 cm high, cheap crap, sorry), she falls, I try to catch her (which is why I have a bruise of 8 cm on the floor of my hand from this block!) and, of course, breaks. And the show begins, as a result, we are forced to pay 1000 derham If a child of 2-3 years old had touched her, it would have been a concussion! But it's generally interesting to them that nothing is fixed, that stands on the edge of the table, a 3 kg lump on a thin curved leg, etc ... that's not all... I just don't have the strength to write anymore, I don't recommend this hotel under any circumstances! There is absolutely no customer orientation, comfort, and you go to such grids precisely for comfort and convenience and are ready to overpay for it. A good beach and the novelty of the hotel will not save you when there are so many disadvantages and disregard for guests!

There are much more disadvantages ... when we bought a tour to this hotel, we were told that there is a construction site, but it is invisible and where there are no construction sites, they are everywhere, but we absolutely did not expect to see 3 huge buildings under construction, almost adjacent to the hotel territory, a fenced beach. Work is constantly underway, construction dust flies towards the pool and onto the sun beds with vacationers. Another huge disadvantage is the level of service at this hotel. This is especially true for the dining room. You can't exactly call it a restaurant. It all starts with the fact that there is a queue waiting for you at the entrance. The receptionist records your number and distributes tables. You have to wait for 15 minutes. As a result, they very often lead to a table that has not yet been canned, and they carry appliances and drinks for a very long time. Sometimes they forget about us altogether, we have to go find the dishes ourselves and pour ourselves coffee and tea. The room itself, given over to the dining room, is very small, everything is cramped. People are bumping into each other. The cleaning in the rooms is normal, there are complaints only that they put face towels every other time. The hotel is planned in cascades. There are a lot of stairs, quite steep, which you need to go to the beach and to the pools. I think that the price is not justified and does not correspond to the quality of the services provided. For us, this is the worst hotel we've been to.

We bought into the positive reviews compared to other hotels and I'm completely sure that all the reviews are just either bought or written by people who just weren't there…
The hotel itself is not a bad architectural composition, but the approach to people ... it's just a surprise ...according to the all-inclusive system ... nothing is included except breakfast, lunch, dinner, in all other cafes everything is for an additional fee ... even ice cream for a child for an additional fee ... not to mention what to drink coffee in the lobby bar... it's something new for me. So get ready to pay for every step... and that's the truth.
The room just stupidly lacks a mini bar!!!! Maybe it's for Russians, of course, or maybe it's the principle of the hotel manager... but there are wine glasses, but there is no wine, although I honestly don't need this wine, but the fact itself is already annoying ... especially when everything is included.
But most of all, I was killed by the fact that children under 16 years old cannot practice in the gym, it's just tin... it turns out that sitting in a bar and watching adults drink alcohol is normal, but doing sports is bad!!!! Tin!!!
The most terrible place in the world I've been in my life!! The reviews are bought!!! I do not recommend this hotel from the word at all!!!!

The rest in the hotel is above expectations. I would especially like to mention the client-oriented staff. Check-in at the hotel from 15 o'clock, we were settled until 12. Before that, coffee was offered. The room is large, bath with an open window,. The room has an iron, ironing board, safe, refrigerator (not to list everything). A large balcony, though it's hot to be on it. The bed is clean, the fabric is expensive (my wife appreciated it). The restaurant is a separate story. The dishes are well cooked, there is meat, fish, porridge, eggs, a lot of salads, fruits, sweets. For every taste. The pool is cooled, the sun beds near the pool should be occupied in the morning, then there may not be any nearby, although I have not seen vacationers without a sunbed. A pool bar with drinks from water and juices to various spirits. A nice children's pool, closed from the open sun by a canopy. The sea is a hot bath.

I want to write my review on this hotel, because there is something to say!
We stayed at the hotel for 10 days with a girl on an all-inclusive system, the hotel seemed very stylish, seasoned, though premium. At the entrance, it smells of perfume, but unobtrusively, in general, it is pleasant.
The hotel has a coffee shop with desserts and coffee, it is paid. But this is the only thing that will be paid
There is a bar on the beach and at the pool, the choice for all-inclusive is quite good, but, as if it would seem different to everyone's taste. Amarbar is a bar at the hotel, which was also included in the all-inclusive system and opened in the evening (drinks are the same as on the beach and the bar), there are also paid positions in all bars, but there were enough free ones.
The food here is really at an excellent level, there are three restaurants: a buffet and two Ala Cards, and according to the all-inclusive system, you can sign up for Ala Cards at least every evening for free, getting a dish from each category one at a time: snacks, main, dessert and 4 drinks per person. Alternatively, you can choose a deposit of 120 dirhams per person (if you exceed this deposit, then you simply pay the difference, and also for free), but I advise you to choose the first option, it is more profitable.
Very tasty, varied, at lunch and at dinner you can order several different alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, although you can get drunk with everything that your heart desires. I also want to mention desserts in the main restaurant, because usually in many hotels, even premium ones are piled up with desserts, but there is really nothing to choose. Here, most of the desserts were very tasty and tender.
The rooms in the hotel are something you can't find fault with: bathroom + rain shower, cosmetics and shower accessories from Bayredo, coffee machine, kettle, all this in an ordinary room
You can absolutely see the sea from every room, yes it's true. The room itself is unrealistically spacious and cozy.
Minuses:
To be objective enough-yes! They are: the all-inclusive system is inferior to Turkish hotels with a similar level, because after 22:00 drinks in the all-inclusive bar are CLOSED. This, of course, is a shame. There are no, for example, Snacks that you can eat all day and ice cream, which was so necessary especially in summer. It was paid, as we understood, but maybe we just didn't find it.
There is no entertainment at all, after 22:00 the hotel becomes dead. For us, this did not become a minus, because we scored excursions and were already tired in the evening, which I advise everyone if you choose this hotel. Or if you are traveling with a large company, it is much easier to have fun.
This hotel is not a youth hotel at all, there are a lot of children, but it didn't bother us at all. Perhaps these are all the disadvantages that I have identified for myself.
Notes: there is a club for children in the hotel, or for everyone with the latest XBOX, PlayStation 5, 3 computers, if you need to work, table tennis and a couple more buns.
The following about the check-in: we arrived early in the morning around 9, the check-in on paper was at 15:00, but after the check-out at 12:00 of the other rooms, we were immediately settled in a free room, not forced to wait or pay.
We cleaned every day and updated the entire counter with coffee, tea and water.
Also a small drawback: if you book a regular standard room, you will not get above the third floor) It's strange for me, it would be possible not to profit from this, but the view from the third floor was not bad.
A residential complex is also being built nearby, but it does not interfere with rest in any way. The territory is very beautiful and straight instagrammed, good music is playing on the territory. To sum up, the hotel is beautiful, of course, with its drawbacks, but in my opinion, the pros overlap the cons that they are not even visible)

We are resting here for the second time and this time it's just a nightmare - when booking, the hotel did not warn that an Indian wedding would be held during our vacation - as a result, for 2 days workers collected decorations under the balcony, at 23.30 hammered on metal structures - we and other guests complained to the reception, the work was not immediately completed, but finished. Then there were 2 days of the wedding, during which from 8 am to evening, music with bass was hammered at several wedding venues organized throughout the hotel, mantras were recited, drums were beaten. As a result, two days without daytime sleep and rest, my head was splitting from the noise. Now, after the wedding, we wanted to sleep, but we woke up at 11 pm from the noise and smell of burning - under our open balcony, the gardener was wearing a mask with a gasoline unit and sprayed shrubs and trees with chemicals! The hotel disappointed - just blatant disrespect for the guests! And instead of 2 sets of hygiene products, only 1 was put (a toothbrush with paste, etc.) and a burnt-out hair dryer in the locker.

The food, the sea, the service, the rooms are just fire, even despite some repair flaws. Room cleaning is very lame. But the linen and towels are always clean. There are a lot of buns in the hotel, which the tour operator did not mention (God is his judge). Sauna, hot tub, gym, 3 restaurants to choose from for dinner - all this is included in the buns for "all inclusive". There are few people on the sea, and the pool is packed to the brim. My disappointment with the intercontinental network ! We were regular customers of this hotel chain, before the sad experience in Ras al Khaimah. We had a rest with my husband and son at the end of May. The hotel is new, the sea is clean and that's it. Up to 5* is very far away. The food is not bad, but monotonous, which is very annoying for 2 weeks of rest, fruits are quickly disassembled. Queues at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and on weekends locals come and they are always a priority. You order drinks, but they can either not be brought at all, or they can be carried for a very long time or from the second or third request. There is no room cleaning, my son came to the room a couple of times, and there an employee is playing on the phone, sitting in an armchair. After such a "cleaning", they will forget to put towels, then there is no shampoo, etc. Nonsense is a hair dryer, you will not be able to dry your hair in the bathroom, (according to the laws of the UAE, there is a socket for a razor, but not for a hair dryer) but this was the case in all hotels and even in the intercontinental Fujairah, everything was fine with a hairdryer, it was built-in and a dressing table in the room. But here, this hair dryer is not kept in one outlet in the room, the cord is short and at any tension the plug pops out of the socket, I was offered to dry in the hallway on the floor at the reception)
If you want any entertainment or walks, there are none here. There is no animation, there is a children's computer club and vending machines. The beach is bounded on one side by boulders on the other side by boulders and a construction site. We have been to the UAE many times and usually these are long beaches with a picturesque sea world (stars, crabs, fish, hedgehogs, rays, turtles), there is nothing here except crabs and hedgehogs at the breakwater stones. There are shells. To the shops only by taxi, there is a souvenir shop with bathing accessories and snacks on site. In conclusion, I want to add once again that this hotel is very far from 5 *, even to his brother in Fujairah, the service, and the organization limps on one leg, but in general, as a beach holiday for the not particularly pretentious, it is very suitable. Quiet, calm, many families with young children, rest in the style of ate-slept) We're definitely not coming back here.

There are disadvantages, but it's not worth taking a point for them. You just need to read about the hotel in advance so that there is no disappointment in anything.
Of the cons: although there is a lot of food, there is less delicious)) after 22:00, everything dies out, so you definitely won't be able to hang out.
In short, a hotel for a relaxing holiday. It's also very cool with the kids here.

Good hotel, good food, alcohol, everything is fine. The only 2 disadvantages are the construction site and weddings nearby.
