There are too many 5 stars for this hotel. A maximum of four. The first hotel where we were charged a tourist fee. It was very inconvenient to travel by elevator, because to get to the right floor, you need to attach a magnetic key. Also, when you take the elevator, you collect everyone along the way who pressed the elevator call. The room is very gloomy. Dim lights on the wall. There are no ceiling lights. Inside the shower stall, there was a cotton tub with a small faucet and a watering can that sprayed in all directions. The four of them checked into the room, but there were only two supplies. There was an ashtray in the room, i.e. a smoking room, but the window does not open, there is no balcony, there is no extractor hood in the room. The attitude of the reception staff is not very friendly to tourists. I don't recommend it.

A good hotel, but for 5 * as they say in Booking.com It doesn't pull in any way. Four - yes. Of the disadvantages, they did not ask which room was needed and settled into a smoking room by default. They gave me another room without any problems, promised to help me move my things, but no one came. Otherwise, everything is fine, there is a beautiful small pool, a gym. The breakfast is also good. Super + is a close metro and a close airport. The result is 4 stars.

Convenient location - close to the airport and metro station (which is extremely important for Dubai). A free shuttle service from the hotel is available. One of the disadvantages. A very meager and monotonous breakfast, more than 2 stars does not pull.

I liked everything, it was clean and very beautiful, the room has everything, including a kettle (tea, coffee), a capsule coffee machine with capsules, a refrigerator, a bathrobe, a hair dryer, even wireless charging for the phone. Water, tea, coffee, and bath accessories are added every day. I liked the pool, when we came to swim, they brought us a bottle of water and dried fruits. Another very convenient location is 10-15 minutes by taxi to the airport and very close to the metro, no more than 10 minutes on foot. I recommend this hotel. I supplement the review, I forgot the most important thing, we had an early arrival, we were already at the hotel at 8 a.m. and we were immediately checked in, without requiring anything to pay extra. It was very pleasant, because we flew all night and were able to rest right away.
