The service at Bella Napoli was incredibly slow. We waited a long time for everything, and when the food finally arrived, it was nothing special. The staff seemed indifferent and disorganized. In order, a friend who came to Tashkent from afar suggested that we meet at the Bon cafe, not far from the hotel where she was staying. On Sunday afternoon, Bon was packed, which did not encourage a heart-to-heart meeting. Remembering the nearby Bella Napoli, we quickly moved on to my favorite pizzeria. And here 4 hours flew by in a cozy, warm atmosphere. The kitchen is consistently on top. A wish from my guest: to include coffee with alternative milk in the menu. My favorite dessert, San Sebastian, is delicious and tender, but it doesn't seem to have stabilized properly. I would also like to emphasize the professional work of the wonderful girl who served our table, Nargiza. Helpful, tactful, friendly and with empathy, which is important when working with clients. Her service added warmth. Great job recruiting staff. The prices are appropriate.

Pizza is normal. It's a good dough, but I didn't like the balance of it with the filling. I haven't eaten anything yet, but 4 cheeses is some kind of porridge without the taste of cheese. Cappuccino is just awful. It's like something out of a regular home coffee machine. If you are a well-known Italian institution, buy a coffee machine normally.
