Very nice hotel! We lived on the 64th floor! The main thing when checking in is to ask at the Reception to give the number as high as possible! Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were super - there was enough variety in the food! And everything is very tasty! The room was cleaned every day, if something was not reported (towels, water, etc.), then just talk about it at the reception and everything is solved in 10-20 minutes! We booked a corner room for 2 adults and 2 children, they gave it on the 50th floor. ,beautiful view,large room, brought a bed for the eldest, the youngest slept with us on a huge double bed.The room has everything, creams, gels,hair dryer,bathrobes,iron,TV. Upon departure, they were allowed to stay free of charge until 14 o'clock. The pool is on the 4th floor, refreshing, there are no sun beds closer to 10-12, there is a hammam and a Jacuzzi, a gym. We didn't take breakfast, it's expensive,there are a lot of cafes nearby,I work in the morning,you can eat,and supermarkets 24 hours,Burj Khalifa on foot or 1 stop,near the museum of the future,near the shopping center,it has a Carrefour store. Upon arrival at the hotel, they charge 15 Dirhams, the Gazprom Union Pay card works wherever I paid, The hotel is interesting, I would come back again.

The building has 65 floors and it's all a hotel, there are only 5 small elevators, as a result, we always went down the stairs with the child.

It turns out 3 hours on the beach. In the heat, it's a lot. From the beach to the hotel by taxi about 22-30 dirhams. Russian-speaking girls work at the hotel. You can ask them everything. We had an apartment room with a kitchen, microwave, washing machine and a large refrigerator. There are no dishes for the kitchen at all. There is a hood, but no stove))). Plates, forks, knives, etc. need to be asked. I brought dishwashing detergent, a sponge and table cloths with me. I used the washing machine only for rinsing and drying swimsuits and my towels, because there is nowhere to dry the laundry. You can't even hang them on chairs, because they are upholstered with textiles. Breakfast is normal, you can choose what to eat. Even my children ate. There was no hair dryer in the room! But I took it with me. The sockets are all Arabic. In the bathroom there is one for a European razor, but it is weak for some kind of tension, my hair dryer did not pull. One disadvantage in the hotel is the smelly towels in the pool. They stink of rotten rags. They are probably just dried. They lie wet at first, and then they are either simply dried or very poorly washed. They really stink. Then the body also stinks if you get out of them. Upon arrival, you need to pay a tourist tax. The tour operator didn't tell me about it... We had 105 or 115 dirhams for three of us.. I forgot the exact amount. You can pay in dollars, but the rate is not profitable. Among the skyscrapers, we could see even the most important attraction of Dubai, the Burj Khalifa Tower. Every evening, they turned the chairs around the coffee table to the window to admire the lights of the surrounding skyscrapers. Only after admiring the view from the window, we began to consider the room. There was absolutely everything. Kitchen area: countertop, microwave, extractor hood, sink, refrigerator and freezer. Fresh bottled water, packaged teas and coffee, sugar and sugar substitute were brought every day. Two separate beds, a TV (one channel was broadcasting in Russian). A huge number of all kinds of lockers, nightstands. Iron, ironing board, telephone. In the bathroom there is a bidet, shampoo, shower gel, air conditioner and even another phone. Naturally, there were white robes and slippers. Towels were changed constantly. Bed linen, I didn't pay attention. It has always been in perfect condition The food in the restaurant is wonderful (we booked half board: breakfast and dinner) according to the "buffet" system. It's amazing that in such a hotel in a restaurant we have never encountered a huge number of people. The restaurant was practically half empty. I really liked the hotel's pool because of its location. It was located on 4 floors. But it seemed that he was on the roof, because of the surrounding skyscrapers. One thing can be said about the service staff: everything is perfect, excellent! We arrived ahead of the check-in time. But I had to wait a little. As soon as the room was ready, we were given the keys and in 5 minutes the suitcases were delivered to the room. A huge advantage of the hotel was the availability of a free shuttle service. And even though sometimes there were only four of us in this air-conditioned bus, the bus never broke the work schedule! The schedule of the free shuttle is given out at the reception. I would like to add that the room that we received around 17:00 on the first day of arrival turned out to be completely different from what we had booked. After lengthy claims and negotiations with the participation of our tour company, we were offered new settlements, but the next day. I would like to express my special gratitude to the employee of the hotel Maria. Thanks to her, we got the desired booked rooms. And in general, she tried very hard to help us. Today I put a couple of extra stars to Maria for settling and resolving an incomprehensible situation with the numbers. I also want to note that the rooms are really cleaned well. And if the cleaning staff is asked to give something extra, for example, a bathrobe, bed linen, they do not refuse and are always happy to help.
