Шикарный отель, я в него влюблена с первого взгляда, живя на 49 этаже с прекрасным видом на центр Дубая. Все достопримечательности рядом, все продумано до мелочей. Вернемся еще!!! A chic hotel, I'm in love with it at first sight, living on the 49th floor with great views of Dubai city centre. All sights are nearby, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Back again!!!

We are resting in January 2025. Great city hotel, everything is nearby, everything is fine, everything is beautiful. Nice rooms, if the floor is high, then a beautiful view from the window, you sit on an armchair and enjoy. Excellent cafe and restaurant, very tasty food. There are a lot of shops near the hotel, and there are also small supermarkets with price tags for the goods. There are metro and bus stops nearby. It takes 40 minutes to reach Burj Khalifa at a steady pace using the 2gis navigator. The service at the hotel is great, they will always help and tell you in broken English or with gestures))))😂. Rooms are cleaned daily, everything is fine! We recommend it!!! The perfect hotel. But there is one thing...... AFTER BREAKFAST WITH ELEVATORS, OF COURSE, IT'S A COMPLETE DISASTER!!! Very polite staff. The rooms are clean. Beautiful birthday compliments from the hotel and from the staff, namely Bishnu and Kamrul. The guys in the restaurant are very polite, attentive, always smiling, responsive, Emad always ran up to us, smiling, positive, nimble) I really liked this hotel. The room had a view of the Bursh Khalifa, it was booked in advance. There is also a swimming pool, sauna, and gym on the 4th floor.

A wonderful hotel!!! I really liked it. It's a great room. Cleaning every day. Friendly staff. We had breakfast and dinner. Everything is very tasty. Even more than delicious. The pool is on the fourth floor. We were there once. We went to the sea mostly. The sea is gorgeous. It takes about 40 minutes to drive. But this did not overshadow our vacation. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is convenient. The metro is just a stone's throw away. The Museum of the Future is next to the hotel.

A great hotel to stay in! Located in the city center, everything is within walking distance, metro, shops, exhibitions. The staff and their attitude towards the residents are not comparable to other resorts, they are always polite and responsible. The rooms are cleaned every day, the staff at the reception will always help if you have any questions, the food in the restaurant is just a delight. Unless of course you have a dai-in package (ultra all inclusive). And most importantly, there are no such people who pile mountains of food on a plate and fill up all the tables with everything they can. A gym where you can stay, saunas, a Jacuzzi. The pool is a little small, as people are not willing to go to the sea. There were days when you come to the pool and people like in Turkey throw towels on three sun beds and they sit at tables and drink.... And the sunbeds are idle. Or seals lie down , they leave for lunch for a couple of hours , then return and go back to the sunbeds . The rooms have a washing machine, ironing board, this is a plus! The room has a kitchen with a breakfast bar where you can sit at home. The view from all the windows is just super , the windows are clean. Turkey and Egypt are on vacation. Drunk and ill-mannered people were not met in the hotel and on the streets during the holidays . Thanks to the sales manager who works at the hotel! The staff knows their job. The management of the hotel did well.

One of the best hotels in Dubai for price and quality. Near the metro station of the red line. Mall Dubai is one station away. 66 floors. Beautiful views. There are rooms with a view of the Burj Khalifa. A varied diet. Sauna, swimming pool, hammam. There is a bus service from the hotel to Kite Beach. In general, I recommend it.

The hotel can be seen from a great distance, as the building is listed in the Guinness Book of Records. The rooms are clean, and cleaning was done every day. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and provided extra water upon request. I took a shuttle to kite beach 4 times a day. The breakfasts are nutritious, the choice is not very large, you will not stay hungry, you were individually seated at the table, so there was no pandemonium. This is not the first time in Dubai, so we deliberately chose a location closer to the center and the metro. I recommend.

Great hotel. November 2024 - I am here. Good breakfasts, dinners. The metro is within walking distance - it takes half an hour to get to the Marina. Pharmacies, cheap shops and lots of cafes. Near the Museum of the Future, near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. But there is one thing - transfers to the beach. When booking, it is better to double-check. On weekends, the return transfer can take you to another location. It is better to ask drivers about the changes. Special thanks to Victoria and Aigun, the girls from the reception.

It's a great hotel, especially with an all-inclusive system. Some rooms really show the Burj Khalifa, while others show the Museum of the Future. There is also a sunset view. The restaurants liked the food on the second floor the most, and the atmosphere on the sixth floor was more intimate.

Nice hotel. The price/quality is appropriate. A somewhat tired repair, but overall very acceptable. A large room. There was even enough space for an extra bed for a child. There is a kitchenette and a breakfast bar. Iron, hair dryer, bathtub, spacious wardrobe.The cleaning is impeccable. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are acceptable. This is a very cool hotel. We stopped by at night and were given a room with a view of the wall of the house, but after a couple of days we changed it without any problems with a view of the Burj Khalifa. The girls at the reception, Russians, Victoria and Marina, are responsive, always help, will answer all questions. The food was sometimes monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. It was delicious to me. Transfer to Kate Beach, Emirates Mall. Metro station is a minute walk away. The Museum of the Future is a 10-minute walk away. It takes half an hour to walk to Bourzhik or one metro station. Shops are nearby. I will definitely come back and recommend it.

Some even understand and speak Russian. 3) Gorgeous views from the rooms, especially from higher floors. 4) The rooms are nice, clean, with a kitchen, comfortable beds and all the necessary little things. Of the cons: The main and only thing is that the food in restaurants is monotonous, repetitive from day to day, the choice of dishes is very small and very primitive (potatoes, rice, pasta, one type of fish and meat each). The score is lowered precisely because of nutrition.

Firstly, there are Russian girls who helped me change the room from the standard one to an order of magnitude higher, from the 16th floor I was moved to the 43rd floor, of course, for an additional fee of $ 135, all this is official. On my birthday, I received a greeting card, a cake and a bonus from the hotel: I was given the opportunity to vacate the room not at 12.00, but at 13.00 before leaving. So everything went great, no rush! Russian Russian girl Victoria is especially grateful, although the girl also took care of my comfort, but her name is not Russian, unfortunately, I did not ask, but thanks a lot to her too. Excellent location of the hotel. The metro station is 2 minutes away, the Dubai Mall is about 20 minutes away and the Museum of the Future is about 10 minutes away, all on foot. In the standard rooms, in the kitchen, as it turned out, there is NO HOB, there is only a protrusion in the countertop, giving the impression in the photo that it is there. Why then the hood is present is unclear... The hotel's answer is that the hob was not provided. Yes, there is a microwave. But there are no plates on what to eat, as well as forks, spoons, and there was nothing to heat up in the microwave. Otherwise, everything is fine. We cleaned every day, and the water was changed. I would have come again, but I would have already taken breakfast + dinner.

A 4* hotel with an excellent location. The Financial Center metro station is a one-minute walk away. The room on the 63rd floor offers stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and the city. The room has a large bed with a good mattress, a bathtub with a bidet, there is a kitchen, but without kitchen utensils (we separately asked for utensils and fruit plates). The hotel is not completely new, but everything you need is there. There is a small outdoor pool with sun beds on the 4th floor, but they are all occupied during the day and the water warms up a lot.

I liked absolutely everything here, initially I thought that there was no Russian-speaking staff, but it turned out that there was a Russian-speaking girl Victoria at the reception, thank you very much. There are two excellent restaurants with different concepts, I advise you to visit both, they are included in the all inclusive price. There is a swimming pool with a lovely bar. I lived on the 63rd floor, the view is magnificent. There are many elevators, so there are no problems with going up. There is a Financial centre metro station near the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also many shops nearby, including the brands Sketchers, CAT and various other cafes, although the prices there, if converted into rubles, are quite high. We lived in this hotel about 10 years ago.it is conveniently located near the metro.there are rooms for smokers and non-smokers.the breakfasts are excellent, the dinner is so-so for an amateur.water is supplied to the rooms every day....I advise you to take only beige taxis!!!!Uber dear!to the palm tree to the Atlantis hotel by city taxi 70-80 dirhams .Burj Khalifa is a 25-minute walk away.The Museum of the Future is a 10-minute walk away.Everything is close.buses take you from the hotel to Kite Beach - in my opinion, this is the best and cleanest, sparsely populated beach.

An amazing hotel! We arrived early, but we were checked in immediately, at 9 o'clock. Corner room on the 50th floor with a view of the city and the bay. The room is spacious, a large bed, a bathroom and even a kitchen. (However, there were only mugs and spoons from the dishes) We had breakfast and dinner included. To be honest, I was worried if we vegetarians would be able to find anything in the restaurant. But my fears were in vain. The buffet always had fruits and vegetables, rice, beans, delicious hummus, soy milk for cereals, olives or olives. We definitely weren't hungry! The staff was always helpful. They offered help, carried suitcases, cleaned the room and brought drinking water. My husband had a birthday during the rest period. In the evening, when we came to the room, we found a cake and a hand-signed postcard. It was very pleasant! On the 4th floor there is a swimming pool with different depths: suitable for both children and those who cannot swim. Most recently, this hotel was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the tallest hotel in the world. If we go to Dubai again, I would love to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is amazing. The location is very convenient, near the metro, near the Museum of the future and the Dubai Mall. They do not require a deposit upon check-in, they paid quickly. I liked the hotel. Convenient location. The view from the window is impressive, for an additional fee we were accommodated on the 52nd floor. The breakfasts are ordinary. The staff is polite. Outdoor pool on the 4th floor with sauna and Jacuzzi. There are various cafes, restaurants for every taste, supermarkets near the hotel. We had lunch and dinner in the city, including near the hotel. Metro is within walking distance, 1 stop to Burj Khalifa. You can also drive to the popular Marina area. We were in winter, we were not interested in beach holidays, but the hotel has its own beach and a free shuttle service to it. They also offered a transfer for shopping.

There are Russian employees at the reception, as well as Russian-speaking managers. They asked for a room on a higher floor, changed it immediately without additional charge. Swimming pool in the hotel with beautiful views of the city. A free shuttle to a good public beach is 10 minutes away. Fantastic view from the room with panoramic windows on Sheikh Zayed Street and Burj Khalifa and the Persian Gulf. We definitely recommend it! * the metro is 200 meters away and there are cafes and shops nearby. Carrefour Supermarket is 500 meters away.
