A great hotel to stay in! Located in the city center, everything is within walking distance, metro, shops, exhibitions. The staff and their attitude towards the residents are not comparable to other resorts, they are always polite and responsible. The rooms are cleaned every day, the staff at the reception will always help if you have any questions, the food in the restaurant is just a delight. Unless of course you have a dai-in package (ultra all inclusive). And most importantly, there are no such people who pile mountains of food on a plate and fill up all the tables with everything they can. A gym where you can stay, saunas, a Jacuzzi. The pool is a little small, as people are not willing to go to the sea. There were days when you come to the pool and people like in Turkey throw towels on three sun beds and they sit at tables and drink.... And the sunbeds are idle. Or seals lie down , they leave for lunch for a couple of hours , then return and go back to the sunbeds . The rooms have a washing machine, ironing board, this is a plus! The room has a kitchen with a breakfast bar where you can sit at home. The view from all the windows is just super , the windows are clean. Turkey and Egypt are on vacation. Drunk and ill-mannered people were not met in the hotel and on the streets during the holidays . Thanks to the sales manager who works at the hotel! The staff knows their job. The management of the hotel did well.

A 4* hotel with an excellent location. The Financial Center metro station is a one-minute walk away. The room on the 63rd floor offers stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and the city. The room has a large bed with a good mattress, a bathtub with a bidet, there is a kitchen, but without kitchen utensils (we separately asked for utensils and fruit plates). The hotel is not completely new, but everything you need is there. There is a small outdoor pool with sun beds on the 4th floor, but they are all occupied during the day and the water warms up a lot.

A nice hotel with an ideal location. There is a subway nearby. They settled quickly, ignorance of the language did not become an obstacle (a couple of basic words and everything is clear). The staff is friendly. We got a room on the 46th floor. The view is amazing. The room was clean and cozy. We took breakfast, there are no complaints, it's standard, you won't stay hungry. There is a swimming pool on the 4th floor. If you cling to it, we had only slippers for two guests, we said this on the second day, but they were never brought :)But for us it's a small thing. I'll be happy to come back again.

Of the advantages:
1) Good location, close to the metro station, as well as within walking distance from the Museum of the Future, Burj Khalifa Tower and Think Mall.
2) Friendly staff throughout the hotel, starting from the receptionists at the reception, and ending with waiters, cleaners and security guards. Some even understand and speak Russian.
3) Gorgeous views from the rooms, especially from higher floors.
4) The rooms are nice, clean, with a kitchen, comfortable beds and all the necessary little things.
Of the cons:
The main and only thing is that the food in restaurants is monotonous, repetitive from day to day, the choice of dishes is very small and very primitive (potatoes, rice, pasta, one type of fish and meat each). The score is lowered precisely because of nutrition.

Probably the best hotel I've ever visited. I liked absolutely everything here, initially I thought that there was no Russian-speaking staff, but it turned out that there was a Russian-speaking girl Victoria at the reception, thank you very much. There are two excellent restaurants with different concepts, I advise you to visit both, they are included in the all inclusive price. There is a swimming pool with a lovely bar. I lived on the 63rd floor, the view is magnificent. There are many elevators, so there are no problems with going up. There is a Financial centre metro station near the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also many shops nearby, including the brands Sketchers, CAT and various other cafes, although the prices there, if converted into rubles, are quite high. Only from the hotel. Everything is fine. The location is in the center of everything. The metro is nearby, shops are 24 hours away, the main attractions are very close on foot or by metro. The breakfasts are the same, but generally delicious, coffee and tea are poured for free. Find something to eat. There is a swimming pool and a sauna with a hammam. We took a spacious family room - a bedroom + a living room with a sofa bed. View of the Burj Khalifa. The windows are dirty only. The room has a microwave, a refrigerator (all in the kitchen), a dressing room and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin.

A great hotel with a swimming pool, in the pool the staff sometimes feed fruit. Well-organized breakfasts and generally delicious quality food.
Within walking distance of supermarkets, metro, shopping center with food court, Museum of the future.
The location is such that all transfers (airport, tours) were among the first to come to us.
It doesn't hurt to take adapters for triple Arabic sockets with you, the hotel has them, but they may not be enough.
Everyone around speaks English (the official language).
It should be understood that the hotel is located in the financial center, so the prices for all food are like in Moscow City. But gorgeous views from the windows and from the pool.

The hotel is of a very high level. Everything is at the highest level. Very friendly staff, ready to come to the rescue every time you need it.
The rooms are modern, equipped with a kitchen, a full-fledged refrigerator.
We had a pitchfork on the Burj Khalifa.
The reception offered such a room without any additional charges.
The food was also very pleasant, everything is delicious, varied.
The location of the hotel is very advantageous - near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, a lively center with high-rises, metro 2 minutes from the hotel. There is a carrefur supermarket nearby, as well as a bunch of small grocery stores.
There is a cafe for all tastes.
Shuttles to the beach and shopping centers are organized from the hotel.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.

An amazing hotel! We arrived early, but we were checked in immediately, at 9 o'clock. Corner room on the 50th floor with a view of the city and the bay. The room is spacious, a large bed, a bathroom and even a kitchen. (However, there were only mugs and spoons from the dishes)
We had breakfast and dinner included. To be honest, I was worried if we vegetarians would be able to find anything in the restaurant. But my fears were in vain. The buffet always had fruits and vegetables, rice, beans, delicious hummus, soy milk for cereals, olives or olives. We definitely weren't hungry!
The staff was always helpful. They offered help, carried suitcases, cleaned the room and brought drinking water.
My husband had a birthday during the rest period. In the evening, when we came to the room, we found a cake and a hand-signed postcard. It was very pleasant!
On the 4th floor there is a swimming pool with different depths: suitable for both children and those who cannot swim.
Most recently, this hotel was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the tallest hotel in the world.
If we go to Dubai again, I would love to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is amazing. The location is very convenient, near the metro, near the Museum of the future and the Dubai Mall. They do not require a deposit upon check-in, they paid quickly. At the request to place, if possible, on a higher floor, the room category with a view of the Burj Khalifa was upgraded for free! My fiance and I were delighted. We took half board - the food is very tasty and varied according to the buffet system + for dinner you can choose a glass of wine or beer as an addition. There is a transfer to the beach, he always arrived on time and there were seats on the bus. Cool pool on the roof of the 4th floor with a view of the skyscrapers. In general, I recommend the hotel! I liked the hotel. Convenient location. The view from the window is impressive, for an additional fee we were accommodated on the 52nd floor. The breakfasts are ordinary. The staff is polite. Outdoor pool on the 4th floor with sauna and Jacuzzi. There are various cafes, restaurants for every taste, supermarkets near the hotel. We had lunch and dinner in the city, including near the hotel. Metro is within walking distance, 1 stop to Burj Khalifa. You can also drive to the popular Marina area. We were in winter, we were not interested in beach holidays, but the hotel has its own beach and a free shuttle service to it. They also offered a transfer for shopping.

Of the cons: they only let you into the gym from the age of 11 or 12 (I didn't remember exactly), it's important for us, because we go with the child together, in another 5* hotel (sofitel in Abudabi), they let you in. The buffet is more festive, child (6 years old) I ate, for the most part, only vegetables and fruits.
The hot water is heating up, you need to wait.
There is a microwave, but there are no dishes to warm up the purchased food for the child (see above - in a separate restaurant he cannot choose food for himself), it is strange, but a fact)))

Great hotel. We lived on the 56th floor . There are 65 floors in total, judging by the buttons in the elevator. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are great. There is a large grocery store in the business center across the street. The Museum of the Future is a 7-minute walk away. Dubai Mall is a 26-minute walk away.

Well, finally got around to writing a review! We are currently vacationing in Dubai at the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, we checked in on my birthday and the whole day the hotel created a festive atmosphere, with all the ensuing congratulations from the staff in the lobby of the hotel and the pleasantness in the room in the form of a towel decoration, for this special thanks.... and fresh flowers , and of course a delicious cake and coffee ! Cleaning every day, as much water as necessary, the kitchen is varied, we have breakfast + lunch/dinner included. Fresh fruits by the pool in the form of kebabs! We stayed at the hotel in April 2023. Great hotel and location. Within walking distance of the metro and Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall. The staff is one of the best. There are Russian employees at the reception, as well as Russian-speaking managers. They asked for a room on a higher floor, changed it immediately without additional charge. Swimming pool in the hotel with beautiful views of the city. A free shuttle to a good public beach is 10 minutes away. Fantastic view from the room with panoramic windows on Sheikh Zayed Street and Burj Khalifa and the Persian Gulf. Nice hotel, great location. Near the metro, small supermarkets, cafes, the Museum of the Future. Burj Khalifa is one metro stop away. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach, but you need to sign up for the day and go back from the beach also according to the hotel schedule, which is written opposite the departure time. I.e. if you go to the beach at 8:15, then back at 12:00. At other times you will be able to leave on this bus if there are empty seats. The schedule is given out on a piece of paper in Russian. It turns out 3 hours on the beach. In the heat, it's a lot. From the beach to the hotel by taxi about 22-30 dirhams. Russian-speaking girls work at the hotel. You can ask them everything. We had an apartment room with a kitchen, microwave, washing machine and a large refrigerator. There are no dishes for the kitchen at all. There is a hood, but no stove))). Plates, forks, knives, etc. need to be asked. I brought dishwashing detergent, a sponge and table cloths with me. I used the washing machine only for rinsing and drying swimsuits and my towels, because there is nowhere to dry the laundry. You can't even hang them on chairs, because they are upholstered with textiles. Breakfast is normal, you can choose what to eat. Even my children ate. There was no hair dryer in the room! But I took it with me. The sockets are all Arabic. In the bathroom there is one for a European razor, but it is weak for some kind of tension, my hair dryer did not pull. One disadvantage in the hotel is the smelly towels in the pool. They stink of rotten rags. They are probably just dried. They lie wet at first, and then they are either simply dried or very poorly washed. They really stink. Then the body also stinks if you get out of them. Upon arrival, you need to pay a tourist tax. The tour operator didn't tell me about it... We had 105 or 115 dirhams for three of us.. I forgot the exact amount. You can pay in dollars, but the rate is not profitable. It is better to buy dirhams in Russia. In general, I liked everything! We will definitely come again! I recommend it!

Good time of day. I really liked the hotel as a whole! Good location, you can walk to the main attractions! Plus the metro is right next to you! The view from the 25th floor was magnificent, overlooking the bay. We had a room with a kitchen, which is a plus or minus that there are no dishes and cutlery! Only 2 mugs and 2 teaspoons. Cleaning is sloppy and not every day, unfortunately. But the staff in the dining room is friendly and contact, they will always help and go to a meeting!!! A big plus! I liked the hotel. We checked into the room at 10:30 (although check-in is usually only from 14:00), we offered a choice of several rooms on different floors. Clean, cozy, friendly and helpful staff.
It is better to come to breakfast before 9:00, later there is a long queue.

Location is, it seems, the most important of the advantages. 25 minutes walking distance to Burj Khalifa and fountains, 15 minutes to the Museum of the future, 1 minute to the metro. The rooms are spacious, with a bathroom, we had on the 56th floor with a view of the Burj Khalifa - a delightful view that lifted the mood from the very morning. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the 4th floor, small, but there is also a sauna, Jacuzzi and gym.

Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were super - there was enough variety in the food! And everything is very tasty! The room was cleaned every day, if something was not reported (towels, water, etc.), then just talk about it at the reception and everything is solved in 10-20 minutes! - Everything is neat and smells nice. Rooms are cleaned almost every day. Towels and linen are always clean. Additionally, you can ask for toothpaste and a brush, a shaving kit, napkins, etc.

All the hotel staff are kind, always trying to help. Many people know Russian.
- Transfers.
From the hotel you can go to the beach and to the outlet for shopping for free.
- Swimming pool and sauna.
On the roof of the neighboring building, you can relax in the pool with a view of the skyscrapers. There is a Jacuzzi area and a hammam, Russian.
Minuses:
- Food.
I would like a more varied menu. It's practically the same thing every day.

Maybe we just happened to live on the 14th floor, but for 7 days of our stay we were never able to go down to the restaurant for breakfast on the elevator. The building has 65 floors and it's all a hotel, there are only 5 small elevators, as a result, we always went down the stairs with the child.

The view from the room is fantastic! The food is delicious, full board + (fb+), and you will have two glasses of alcohol for lunch and dinner. The pool and bar are on the fourth floor, there is a bus to the beach, and the city bus to the shops. The metro is very close, burj halifa with fountains within walking distance, you can walk. We were going to take a special break from the children, so the fact that there is nothing in the hotel for the little ones played into our hands and we had a great rest without our own and other people's children.
