I was on three excursions with the Aladdin company: the Dubai City Tour, a trip to Abu Dhabi and the Royal Safari. Everything was great: comfortable and modern buses with air conditioning, excellent guides who I wanted to listen to, who talked about the trip in a very interesting way and who provided attention to each traveler as needed. Each guide is just a treasure trove and a storehouse of interesting information!
The transport arrived on time, and information about the time and place of the meeting was sent the day before.
On the royal safari, we jumped by car through the desert dunes, rode camels, and had a delicious dinner. Our guide took us a lot of beautiful sunset photos.
I am very pleased with our trips and I will be happy to use the services of Aladdin company when I come back to the United Arab Emirates!💛

I recently visited the UAE: Burj Khalifa, the Museum of the Future, the Golden Frame, the Palm Embankment, the royal safari and I want to share my impressions. This museum is a true marvel of modern architecture and technology. It was not only interesting, but also very informative. I also liked the Palm Beach promenade. Her landscapes are simply amazing. Each of them was implemented on 10 out of 10! A wonderful time! All the most iconic places were laid. All the guides who accompanied us all this time are erudite, deeply intelligent people, rhythm, presentation of information, organization and sense of humor are at their best. There was enough time to walk around the interesting locations by ourselves. We learned a lot about the culture, history, customs and traditions of the local population.
There was a friendly, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable, professional driving on safari and a comfortable bus with air conditioning and water. Prompt solution of all your questions!

In September 2024, she visited a jeep safari. It was very cool 🙌 drifting on the sand, snowboarding, cool photos at sunset , after we went to the village ( I don't remember the name) there was an entertainment program, dancing, fireshow, buffet, there was a lot of food for every taste, traditional sweets, there was also a hookah (and all this is included in the price of this trip) The guys were all very friendly and friendly. And the price is pleasant (do not take excursions from hotels, they are 2 times more expensive).

The rest period is December 2024. We arranged 3 excursions for 4 people at once while still in Novosibirsk. We made
a small discount, but it was nice too). Since the accommodation was in Sharjah, we took a sightseeing tour of Dubai with the capture of the evening fountains at the Burj Khalifa. Taking into account the daytime traffic jams and the fact that tourists were collected from hotels in Sharjah, the duration was more than 8 hours, but we looked at many locations.
The second tour to Abu Dhabi was even longer, from morning to almost 23 hours. We are very impressed with the capital, comparison with Dubai is often not in favor of the latter, but this does not mean that it is bad. Abu Dhabi is more spacious, greener, more leisurely...
The last trip was to the Indian Ocean or the Arabian Sea, and the trip involved crossing the desert, lunch and rest at a coastal hotel. That's how it was. Wonderful lunch and swimming in the ocean and pool, but there was a small "but"). Despite the slippers issued, the bottom surface in a particular area is not for the faint of heart, it is very uneven both in base and level (sand and something like slabs or large stones with sharp changes in level). But they saw sea turtles in the sea, this is their patrimony. There is a nice swimming pool, a hammam and a Jacuzzi.
I would like to mention the guides separately: Dinara, Alexander and Sergey. I even find it difficult to single out any of them. Prior to their information about the OEA, they probably didn't know anything about this region. Super! Thank them very much.

We came to Dubai for the first time for a few days and decided to take a sightseeing tour. I looked at different agencies, decided to choose Aladin and did not regret it. A rare situation is a perfectly organized group tour of Musandam\Dibba Rock. All stated timings are respected, all activities are clearly spoken out. The guide is one of the best of all my trips, surpasses the expectations of the "group tour from the hotel" format - jokes, a lot of information, solves questions, clearly gives instructions to the staff on the boat. There is an excellent balance of activities on the boat - if you want to swim on a sap, if you want to snorkel, if you want to ride a banana or just jump overboard and enjoy the coolness (relative to Dubai).
Of the minuses, snorkeling is rather dubious at the 1st point. Food is for people who are very unpretentious and hungry for water activities, but this is a taste. Additional shrimp 5 pieces for 35 dirhams - you can skip (however, I note that everything is honestly told before ordering).
My wife and I were afraid that it would be uncomfortable on the boat - it turned out that, taking into account the activities, people are distributed, you can lie in the shade and go fishing. A very decent tour

We were on 3 excursions- sightseeing + Burj Khalifa, Abu Dhabi, and the Indian Ocean + 5 emirates. I liked everything very much. 1. On the sightseeing tour, we came across a magnificent guide Dinara. She told me everything, showed me, explained. A real guide. They were picked up from the hotel by car, brought to the tour bus. All places to visit according to the plan. We also took the climb to the Burj Khalifa. A little superfluous. We were already tired, but we had to queue for a long time at the tower, almost an hour, although they let us through a little earlier than the appointed time, then again the queue for the elevators down. And also to get to the hotel on your own. Those who took just a tour, they were given time for an hour or an hour and a half (I won't say for sure) to walk around the Dubai Mall, and then they were taken to hotels. That's better.
2. Abu Dhabi. We went with Ruslan in his car, 6 people. He answered all the questions and talked about the Emirates. A good driver. You definitely need to go, the views are amazing! I distributed abayas and shawls for the mosque. If you have something with long sleeves and trousers that cover your ankles, then you do not need abai. We had lunch at the shopping center near the mosque, who chose where (we stopped at McDonald's), lunch is not included in the price of the tour. We visited the Emirate Palace Hotel. Extraordinary!
3. 5 emirates. The guide Ihtiyar picked up from the hotel in his car, and in Sharjah they took a tour bus. The bus is so-so, an elongated groove. But the air conditioners were working. On the way, Ikhtiyar talked a lot and interestingly, you can see and compare the emirates. An excursion to get an idea of the country. We stayed at the Sandy beach Hotel in Fujairah. Towels and masks were given out, and everything on site could be used at the hotel. There is a shower on the beach and changing rooms. Lunch is also there. The food is not very good, but you will not stay hungry. The beach is free, there is a lot of space, in early April the Gulf of Oman blooms, but not like in Anapa. It's just slightly muddy water, but the bottom is visible in the mask. The climate is different from Dubai, humid and stuffy. The sand is completely different, loose and brownish. We drove there through Sharjah, then turned onto the road through the mountains to Fujairah. We stopped at an ancient mosque of the 15th century, at an artificial fountain, a mini "colosseum". We drove back through Dibba, Ras al Khaimah, and in a straight line. In Sharjah, they switched to a car again. Ihtiyar took everyone to the hotels. Everyone parted in a good mood and in a friendly way.
In general, I liked all the excursions, they are all different, I did not regret any of them. I would like to take another tour, safari by car, but for now I'm thinking. Aladdin is good in terms of price and quality. The questions were answered in WhatsApp immediately, you can pay by transfer online from Russian bank cards in rubles. It is possible in dollars, in dirhams in cash on the spot. I recommend.

We saw such beauty, rode along the dunes in jeeps, with very experienced drivers! We went for a ride on a sandboard, on camels! We watched the sunset, and then the show program with the artists of the Fire show, had a delicious dinner!

We ordered an excursion to Abu Dhabi from Aladdin because we read a lot of positive reviews. But it was an incredible disappointment. 😭
We were told that they have the opportunity to take us by car at the cost of a bus tour. And we fell for it. I would like to note that we were not even offered a bus tour at the same price. Finally:
— The "GUIDE" and the driver are one person, it's hard to hear. He DIDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING, he just stated, "this is a palace, this is a mosque, a bridge." It's like a friend who lives in the city, but doesn't know its history, decided to take you for a ride around the sights.
— the car is a large 7-seater infiniti, only 3 people are riding in the trunk (we are both tall and to say that our legs were numb because they were on our ears, to say nothing) + a seat belt somewhere around our neck. And the view from the car is worse than from a tall bus.
— but the most important thing is THAT WE DID NOT VISIT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL RESIDENCE OF AL WATAN!!! The driver said that the entrance is paid and it is not included in the tour, but the bus tour is different... THERE WAS NO LIMIT TO OUR DISAPPOINTMENT. Because we were offered a bus tour by another company, where these tickets were already included. Instead, the driver took us through the free villages of Bidouin and the date markets...
— The departure back was at 6 p.m. And at this time, it only gets dark and the backlight starts to turn on, i.e. WE DID NOT SEE THE MOSQUE IN THE BLUE BACKLIGHT.
— We did not visit the Ferari Park, but these are small things against the background of the rest.
— We were driving a car without any markings, it felt like it was just a private trader.
— And another interesting fact: the family who was traveling with us said that they were promised an individual tour, and then they hooked us up 2 :)
I, like another girl from the car, was on the same tour 2 years ago. And I remember how informative it can be. The trip to Abu Dhabi is the most interesting and informative excursion, we also had an expensive transfer.
P.S. I reviewed the correspondence and did not find fault with it, it seems that they threw off the real program, but it is very easy to confuse "Emirates Palace (go inside)" with Al Watan... That's what they're counting on(

Let's start with the fact that we took a sightseeing tour of Dubai, I do not recommend this tour to anyone, we stop at the market and the guide Albina specifically breeds people for money, of course for her own percentage, be careful, learn from our mistakes. By the way, we were taken to one stall, as it is highly recommended, so we paid 18,000 rubles for 200 grams of tea and 2 chocolates. It's clear that Dubai is an expensive Emirates, but when you are specially bred like this, it speaks to the moral morality of the Guide. We have vacationed in many countries, a lot depends on a good guide.
We also took an excursion to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque with the guide Alexander, there was no such thing. No one took me anywhere on purpose. Don't be fooled, they're pure scammers.

Thank you very much!!! I really enjoyed the safari. They were picked up from the hotel in a jeep. There were only six passengers in the car. We reached the desert comfortably. We made several stops. The first is buggy riding and camel riding. The second is riding jeeps on the dunes, that's something! I had previously been on a similar excursion in the Sahara, where we rode in the desert for 15 minutes, and here for at least half an hour. The red sands are fascinating, a string of jeeps rushing through the desert one after another is a very beautiful sight! Riding a board on the sands (sandboarding). The photos are just bombastic. Everything that was stated in the price list has been completed, there are no pitfalls and additional payments. Russian russians are Russian tourists, and we had all Russians in the car. The only thing we would like to focus on is that if you are assembling a car with Russian-speaking tourists (and we had all Russians in the car), then we would like to have a driver who speaks at least a little Russian. There was communication and understanding in the other cars, we had Sam. He drives a car very "hard" even on flat terrain, is sullen, taciturn, and was constantly on the phone.But I repeat once again, the tour as a whole is definitely recommended, I will also use the services of this particular company myself

I recommend the excellent company Aladdin Tourism. We took a private Safari tour. We were completely satisfied. Pleasant communication with the manager, explained everything, clarified the answers to our questions. I told you everything as it is, which I think is very important. As a result, we realized that we wanted to go individually, not with a group. So you can plan the time yourself and not expect other participants of the tour.
The guide is the driver Yunos, an attentive, polite and generally pleasant person to talk to. He doesn't speak Russian, but we spoke simple English easily. He tried to make the trip as fun and comfortable as possible for us. I rode with the wind through the dunes. He took pictures of us and filmed us. Not much, but he talked about the desert and the region in an interesting way.

A trip to Musandam.
I really enjoyed the trip. It is colorful, interesting for everyone, both children and adults, the organization is at a high level. Super fast, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.

We would like to express our deep gratitude to the entire Aladdin team for a wonderful vacation. With you, it turned out to be full of unforgettable impressions!!! We were in the UAE for the first time with my mother for only 6 days, but with your excursions and wonderful guides, it turned out to be very eventful. The road to Oman with Cyril's guide flew too fast and was very interesting. He introduced us to the history and traditions of all 7 Emirates. We swam, swam with masks, banal on sapa, fished. We were fed a delicious dinner, freshly caught langoustines were cooked on request. And bring them to the hotel late in the evening full of emotions and wonderful impressions.
2. Tour of Dubai. We toured the sights of Dubai in a comfortable bus: the old town, the market, the Palm Island, and the Dubai Mall with dancing fantanes. It was impressive.
3. Desert Safari :

This was an undoubted advantage, because there was no need to go around the city collecting a lot of people on the bus, wasting time! We stopped at the location with cars from the movie "Mad Max", visited the "Bedouin Village", the Sheikh Zayed Palace Hotel and the mosque built in his honor, visited the expositions of the Louvre Museum branch, took pictures on the embankment. The program was intense - we left at 10 a.m., and returned to the hotel after 20 p.m. We visited all the locations on our own, but before visiting our driver-guide Hamlet gave us interesting information about them and escorted us to the entrance. The whole company bought delicious yellow mangoes and dates at the market. We got a lot of positive impressions! We definitely did not have time to explore so many iconic sights on our own in a short period of stay. It is very convenient that the payment could be given directly to the guide.
