This place is very beautiful, the atmosphere is very pleasant, there's a lot to see and to do. You'll enjoy the sunrise and the sunset, you'll love tasty Armenian cuisine, and enjoy laying on the under the sun after swimming in the open air pool or in the actual lake. There's some cools things such as airplane, tank and heavy duty military vehicle on cite to see. Kids can run around, play at a kids playground and parents can rest at many places inside the location. This place is gated and surrounded with security. Safety wise, there are no issues, in my opinion. My main and only problem with them is their service, it's slow and it feels like the staff is not very welcoming to their customers. Once those are fixed, this places truly deserves a 5 star.

A great resort on the shore of Sevan. We were there for one day, the entrance to the territory costs a token amount of money. Beaches and pools, sun beds, and changing rooms are available to guests. Gazebos, unfortunately, are only for guests who rent a house for a day or more. There are two restaurants on site, one European and one Armenian. We had lunch at the Armenian restaurant: all the traditional food is very tasty, the prices do not differ from other places, the service is fast and friendly. I recommend it for a beach holiday on the shore of Sevan.

A wonderful place, recently vacationed with the children. It is beautiful and clean, both on the territory and in the rooms of the hotel. The staff is polite and welcoming. The food is very tasty and varied. You won't have time to get hungry between breakfast and dinner. Salads, snacks, dishes, pastries, fruits, not to mention everything, local whitefish is also served, very tasty! The beaches are clean, the water is clear but cool because the lake is mountainous.

Large, well-maintained territory, beauty and tranquility. Delicious breakfasts, buffet. Good service, pleasant staff. There are two restaurants with Armenian and European cuisine on site. We tried both, everything is delicious. The houses are wonderful, a little worn out, but we're thrilled anyway. Cons: there is almost nothing to do on the territory. There is a sauna, but it is paid. It's cold to swim in Sevan, but there is a heated pool, although it's also cold. You can make kebabs. That's all about entertainment. Conclusion: come in the summer, when it is unbearably hot in Yerevan, it will be wonderful here. And in August, you may even be able to swim in Sevan.

Beautiful large territory, nice to walk around, houses overlooking the lake, there is a heated swimming pool. Delicious buffet food! We were in the red house in early May, and it was cool in the evening and at night, even cold in the house. There are no batteries, there is one heater, but it does not really cope with the entire territory. It got very cold at night, so I had to turn on the heater and sleep with it.

On the shore of the beautiful Sevan. Breathtaking views. It's unforgettable. Friendly and caring staff. We conducted a campaign in a cottage and a hotel room. Clean, tidy, cozy. There are nuances, but they did not interfere with the rest. The food is buffet style. Delicious, satisfying, but monotonous. I would like to mention the sauna separately. I strongly advise you to use it. A gorgeous sauna with a panoramic window from the steam room to Sevan. One of the disadvantages is the restaurant, which does not formally belong to the hotel. Unreasonably expensive. Otherwise, everything is great.

We had a rest in early October 2024. In general, the house is not bad, I liked the breakfasts and dinners. But I think the price is too high, because the season is closed. It seems that the weather is not bad, but the seats on the shore have all been removed, playgrounds have been rolled up, one restaurant is closed, the pool is not working. There is nothing to do except your house and walking around the territory. There is a huge cobblestone pavement everywhere on the territory, which is not very convenient to walk with children, strollers, suitcases....

Unfortunately, the hotel does not know how to help customers and work with negativity. We literally faced an invasion of mosquitoes in the cabin when we returned to it after dinner. The call to the reception didn't help: they decided that a Raptor would help us, which, however, the receptionist didn't have anyway. After my swearing (and my nerves were on edge, because it was 21+ on the clock, my daughter was hysterical from the number of insects, and we had a complete misunderstanding of what to do), the administrator suggested moving to a neighboring house where there were as many mosquitoes After an hour and a half of our direct participation, a house was found where there were no insects (but literally we had to drive around the hotel with an employee in a golf cart and enter the proposed houses ourselves to check), where we eventually moved. There were no apologies or offers to make up for the wasted evening. As a result, instead of relaxing with friends, we got an evening evacuation, got angry and tired. All the administrators said was that you wanted a house with a door to the lake, the mosquito season, and a fumigator would not help you. Well, thank you. I do not recommend it if you are not a fan of sleeping in the company of hundreds of insects.

A fireplace was lit in the bungalow. We tried to keep warm and almost got burned. There are no heaters. It's just cold in June. The shower is broken. The window is broken on the second floor. It won't close. There's a quiet sound on the TV - you can't hear the movie. They promised to fix it and in the end no one came. I recommend that the owners of the establishment think about who runs it.

Excellent baths, good service, well-equipped refrigerators. You don't need to bring anything with you: they give you slippers, sheets, towels, and bathrobes. A gorgeous place! A large enclosed area, very well maintained and beautiful. We lived in a house overlooking the lake, there was a large open balcony and huge panoramic windows on the ground floor, sitting on a sofa in front of which we enjoyed the view of Sevan. The house has everything you need, a huge plus for us was underfloor heating, so after walking in the cold, it was nice to walk barefoot on warm floors. The beds are comfortable, good bedding, we had a great night's sleep. The staff is very friendly, everything was fine from check-in to breakfast. Breakfast was included, it was served as a mini buffet only for our company, everything was fresh and delicious, there was a lot of food, we didn't eat half of it

We had a rest with a family of 4 people from 07/14/25 to 07/17/25, in 33 cottages, we liked everything, the territory is clean, the water in the lake is crystal clear, the food is very tasty, there is a swimming pool on the territory, it saves when the lake is cold, but in 40% heat and they will not plunge into the lake. Friendly staff, there is a covered parking for cars, we were taken to the cottage with our belongings in a shuttle and taken to the car at the exit. I really liked the view from the terrace in the cottage. It's very beautiful. We will definitely come again.

They called in advance to clarify that it was possible to come for a day - just to spend time on the beach; they answered something like "it's possible, but undesirable, well, if you come, we'll let you in for money." Okay, we arrive on the only day off with the child, at the reception: "Who are you, where is the reservation, no, we won't let you in, who told you such nonsense on the phone." As a result, they let us in with difficulty, persuasion and for our money. It wasn't bad inside. Unfortunately, this is typical for the region: a beautiful place and a complete lack of service on the verge of rudeness.

We had a rest in 2023 from August 6 to August 10. We lived in a 2-room room on the 2nd floor. Among the advantages: a fairly large hotel area, a heated swimming pool, a buffet restaurant (breakfast and dinner were included in the payment) and a pool bar (for a fee), 3 beaches by the lake with sun beds, room cleaning daily. Of the cons: our room did not have a balcony and there was nothing in the room to hang bathing accessories on. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We are ready to come here again!

We rested in June for 5 days. Amazing place 10/10. Attentive and helpful staff. Delicious food. Magnificent, colorful views, gorgeous mountain air. Well-maintained large territory. Our family liked everything very much. Territory. There is a heated swimming pool on the territory, there were always free sun beds. There are three beaches, small, medium, large with swings in the water. There is enough space for everyone :) There is a sauna, which is very cool on days when it was cool in the evenings. There is a mini zoo on the territory for children, a playground nearby and a place with hammocks for parents to relax :) there are swings with a campfire throughout the territory, it was very pleasant to sit around the campfire in the evening (on request, you could take blankets at the reception) Dining room/food. We had breakfast/dinner included - this is a huge plus, since there are no shops and cafes in the vicinity of the territory. The food is not very diverse, but there was always something to eat and it was very tasty. Special thanks to all the staff and of course to Emma, who helped everyone like a bee and greeted us every morning and evening with a smile. Houses. We had room 35. Everything in the house was cozy and had a nice design. The only thing for convenience is to take a sponge and a dish cloth. Everything else, on request, can be asked from the guys at the reception. Reception. Very nice and helpful guys, great fellows! They always helped with everything! As a result, I recommend this hotel to everyone! Don't even doubt it, it's worth it and we will definitely come here again :) P.S. Yandex taxi does not work well there, cars are canceled. Therefore, I will fix the business card of a local resident - Alik. Alik is a wonderful person, an attentive driver and very much in love with his city. He will be happy to tell you about it along the way. The price is also very acceptable!

The park hotel is not bad. You can stop. But I'm afraid it won't be very good with children. If we consider hotel rooms, they have been in need of repair for a long time. If we consider the houses, then in 90% of these houses you will not be able to sleep properly at night during a storm. The wind blows whistling from the windows. The buffet kitchen is fresh but sparse (there is little choice). Meat like mutton happens about once a week. The views there are certainly good. The sauna cools down quickly if you do not constantly add water. But constantly adding water is also not recommended, since this is a sauna, not a sauna. For example, we did not have time to collect water in the font, although we agreed in the evening to rent a sauna from 12 to 14. The territory is well maintained in principle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Noy Land Resort. I recommend.

We were at this place on April 12, 2024. We rented a small sauna and a house #32. There are no complaints about the sauna. In general, everything works, everything is convenient. By house #32. That's horrible. It's not exactly warm at night in Sevan right now. After the sauna at 19:00 we returned to the house. At around 20:00, we realized that it was cold in the house. And when the faucet was turned on, there was no hot water at all! We called the reception, the receptionist came running to us and set up the boiler, said everything would work at night, etc. In the morning it was just a mess!! Nothing worked. They called the reception in the morning, they told us everything would be working in an hour. As a result, nothing worked!!! I set up the boiler myself, and only after that there was hot water to at least wash my face. It turned out that the pressure simply evaporated, as the pipes flow, that in the battery by the toilet, that in the boiler itself. We swore at the reception, but in the end we didn't hear any discounts or apologies. I do not recommend it.
