The hotel is new, the rooms are different. My friend and I were in a small room, and our fellow travelers from the group randomly got a gorgeous room. There is a swimming pool, but outside. The breakfasts are normal. One of the disadvantages is that there is no elevator, but the hotel staff helps to bring in and take out suitcases. There is a grocery store very close to the hotel

A cozy hotel, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Wi-fi is available throughout the property. Breakfast was included, standard, European style, it is quite possible to have a hearty meal. There is also a courtyard, but I was in December and it was closed, I can't say anything about it. I think there's an outdoor pool there. The staff is polite, they speak Russian. I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

I went to the reception and was told that this was the water pump of the entire hotel.

The group, which consisted of 60 percent female pensioners, lifted their luggage to the second floor without the help of staff. The beds are very narrow. The mattress is hard, like for yogis. At registration, the passports were taken away for 2 hours. In my opinion, this should not be done at all.

Very clean and cozy hotel, excellent service, polite and friendly staff, change of towels and room cleaning every day, sound insulation for four. The hotel is located in a quiet area, the Windows overlook the courtyard, so the noise of cars is not audible. Breakfast, though simple, is enough to eat. Of the minuses, at a temperature outside of about 5 degrees, it is very cold in the dining room. The iron is not brought to the room, they take it to the laundry on site and the hotel and wait on the sidelines while you iron everything. The water is hot, but you need to wait from 2 to 5 minutes for it to heat up. Slippers, shampoo and soap are available. The bathroom has a warm floor and bright lighting, the lighting in the room is weak: one chandelier and a pair of night lights. Our room had one huge bed and a euro size blanket, it was enough. For those who like to sleep under different blankets, it is worth mentioning this when booking a room; the mattress is hard, as we like, pillows of sufficient density. Everything is clean, no stains were found. Each bed has a bedside table and an outlet, there is also an outlet for the TV and a chest of drawers with a mirror. A large spacious wardrobe with shelves and a hanger, a coffee table and two armchairs. We liked everything and were satisfied.
