Here, every detail from the interior and scents to the room's care products is imbued with taste, attention and sophistication. Special thanks to the team of butlers Ruslan, Dana and Amal for their professionalism and sincere care; Alexey from the finance department for clarity and understanding; Ayaulim from the restaurant for the warm attention and pleasant compliments for the children. Special thanks to Sandira from Iridium Spa for her responsiveness, the ability to gently smooth out situations and for that sincere sweet compliment, which left a very warm aftertaste. The St. Regis is a place where you want to return. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this experience.

One of the best hotels in Kazakhstan. Service, customer orientation and attention to heights. The rooms are large and spacious. Upon checking into the room, you will be greeted by compliments from the hotel in the form of a variety of chocolates, fresh flowers and drinks. And in the evening, the staff will prepare your sleeping area for bed. The spa area is not large, but it is sufficient. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, unlimited water. For breakfast, do not refuse a glass of brut. In the evening, there is live music or a DJ in the restaurants. I will be happy to visit this hotel many more times.

This is one of the best hotels in Kazakhstan! I like the entrance group; the statues of 3 horses under the dome of the yurt, as well as the main lobby with high ceilings! There is a wellness drink. The staff is emphatically polite and positive - at the reception, the Riviera restaurant, and housecleaning. Especially, the level of service is noticeable in the restaurant; without noise, shouting and fuss. Everything is done fairly quickly and amicably. We understand that the whole level is based on professional managers; Fariza, Peter (F&B director). Food; for us there was a super salad, manti (low-fat), samsa and beshbarmak. All these dishes are more adapted, not as very fatty as at home. The rooms are large, bright and spacious with a seating and sleeping area. I would love to stop again.

The staff is unobtrusive, courteous, and genuinely attentive. We are always ready to help with any question, with a smile and respect — it is felt. A special treat is the breakfasts and the menu in general. There is a large selection, everything is satisfying, refined, delicious, with a love of detail. Every morning is like a little celebration. Everything here is fabulous, calm and very beautiful. This is the place where you really want to come back again. Sand Riggers is a hotel that has left fond memories and a desire to return more than once. 🤍

This is my favorite hotel! It's incredibly beautiful there! The room is spacious, bath, water pressure, room service, view from the window, everything is just great! The food in the restaurant, the breakfasts, everything is simply beyond praise. Royal eggs with truffle are delicious. I asked for a stronger coffee- the staff took everything into account, well done! The staff is very pleasant. We stopped by on Friday, and there was a celebration on the terrace with music and fireworks. In general, thanks to the hotel and the staff, I felt a real holiday and relaxation! We ordered room service in the evening, dinner: delicious ravioli, pizza, tea. It arrived quickly. The six of us had dinner at the restaurant, everything was top notch. The cherry on the cake is the wonderful live piano music in the evening in the lobby.

We were with our family in St.Regis Astana, we rented a Jacuzzi and paid 122000, as a result, we were completely disappointed in the jacuzzi, the water was boiling, the shower did not work, the hammam also did not work, but of course they did not tell us about it, as a result we stayed there for 4 hours, of which our son was bathed for only 30 minutes, as the engineers went back and forth, we only liked the 30-minute massage, the rest was just terrible, and when we left, we were told that the administrator would contact us, but there was silence in response. What I want to say is, don't waste your money, nerves and time on a spa at St.Regis, it's not worth it, you don't even have one star.
