I was here on two separate occasions. The first for myself as my Data wasn't functioning. The problem was solved after a short wait & my stumbling attempts to explain it in my poor Russian. (I am an American tourist). The second visit was for a fellow tour group member whose SIM wasn't working in a second phone he'd brought. Again, after a short wait the issue was resolved by some collaborative work on the part of the staff. Great service!

The most terrible organization I've ever seen! I bought a SIM card without a number at the grocery store so as not to waste time and not go to their office. I used the qr code to activate it and took the simplest toll-free number. But then, when choosing a package, and I chose the annual package to pay and forget, it was indicated that the number with this code was not available to that package, ok, I returned, took another number, where it was written 99,000, and crossed out, for 0 sums. Allegedly, this paid number now costs 0 soums . I choose it, I choose the annual package again, they tell me to pay. I pay.... 200 thousand. The number is not working. I'm calling their terrible support. I ask why it doesn't work, they say that they charged money for the paid number, so I don't have enough 100 thousand to activate.... I tell them that it was written in the application that this number is 0 sums, to which they reply to me, we can disable it, but the money will not be returned to you.…I get indignant, I ask why they are cheating, the operator tells me, but you should have called us first and asked everything, I mean? After all, everything is written and clickable.…OK, I'm paying another 100,000 to use the number. But the number doesn 't work again... I call again , they tell me that I need to come to the office, they will replace my SIM card for 12 thousand, that the problem is in it, And in the end, I spent half a day calling back, I threw away 300 thousand so that I just had a phone to contact , and I still need to go to them the office.... It's just a terrible organization…Don't buy SIM cards without numbers, it's a scam. You can't avoid going to the office anyway.

Disgusting support! Within two days, 238 thousand were charged for the Internet without warning or notification. The operator responds to "fuck off." Well done, they work even on Saturday, polite and attentive staff, competent specialists, I recommend, they kept my passport, which for some reason they still had when I reissued the SIM card...The only question is why they didn't call my number and tell me that they still had my passport, which is strange.But I'm still very grateful!!! The workers at Uztelekom are doing great anyway!!!

Useless categories on the site - help and chat with the operator. It is impossible to get through or get at least some kind of consultation. I changed the tariff, dropped the money off according to the old plan, and then also according to the new one. A great experience
