Today I tried to sign up for a pedicure for the first time. Clarified the possible options for a specific date. I was offered two hours. One of the windows came up to me, but I couldn't sign up. I was refused an appointment because I wanted to get a pedicure without a cover. If they sign up with coverage, come back another day without coverage. Dear Mercy Studio, aren't you confusing something? There are no such grounds for refusal. Do you have time, do you have a client, on what basis do you make refusals? Please send Administrator Alyosha to the admin courses. This is an outrageous situation.

Terrible service. Just the most terrible thing! The receptionist looks down from above, neither hello nor goodbye. I'm not talking about the master at all, it's a pity that I don't remember the girl's name. A real "boor". I've heard unethical statements in my direction, saying that my nails are not like that. At the moment, I just wanted to get up and leave. It's like she hasn't learned how to communicate with clients. It's just awful. According to her work: she did it just to finish it faster, there was a lot of material for extensions, the nails turned out to be of an incomprehensible shape, sticking up, the bottom of the nails was not sawn off. She said not to reschedule and sign up immediately in a month. I did so, but in the end there was no feedback. No one called or clarified. In addition to all this, I got a fungus on my finger. It's just awful! I don't recommend it at all!
