I came with a request to get a shoulder-length haircut (when I signed up, I specified the cost and went to a certain master, I didn't know the name, but I described what it looked like).On the day of recording, the master turned out to be different (they said that I myself explained it incorrectly, although there are similarities between the masters in general.)Well, the girl convinced me that she could get a haircut.Instead of a shoulder-length haircut (she asked for a ponytail) they made a square for me, and the hair stylist couldn't do it: "She said you'd wash at home and blow-dry yourself," and of course the cost turned out to be much higher than stated.When asked why such a cost, I was told that it was the same SQUARE.As a result, I was not satisfied, the master has no experience and does not know how to listen to the client.
