I am very disappointed with Drive Dubai I believe to be an unfair refund process and lack of transparency at the time of registration. I enrolled in a driving package 6128 AED and paid a total of 3625 AED. During enrollment, I was not clearly informed about the cancellation or refund policy. The process was rushed, and my file was opened without a proper explanation of the terms and conditions. I didn’t receive any emails while registering about terms and conditions I didn’t sign any term and conditions agreement or contract I only attended online classes and completed one theory test, which I did not pass. I did not attend any practical driving lessons. The online training did not provide me with any real benefit, I failed the test. Due to the current situation in the Middle East, I lost my job and my visa is now being cancelled. As a result, I had no choice but to cancel my course. I also provided my termination letter as proof. Despite this, I was informed that I would receive only 1702 AED as a refund. This means that 1923 AED has been deducted for minimal services, which I believe is excessive and unjustified. I am currently facing serious financial hardship. I am unemployed, preparing to leave the country, and this situation has caused me significant emotional and financial distress. The refund amount does not fairly reflect the services I used and adds further burden during an already very difficult time. I respectfully request your assistance in reviewing this matter, taking my circumstances into consideration, and ensuring a fair and reasonable refund. I believe you should consider the current situation I didn’t just cancelled with out any reason. Thank you for your understanding and support

Drive Dubai is welcoming, but like any other business, they have their bad side. The process to get a driver's license that would have taken you two months, at drive Dubai you endure almost seven (7) months to attain a license.
