The second star is for the atmosphere and design of the restaurant, the third for the smiling waiters. We had lunch here from the Fairmont Hotel on the HB catering system. I attach the menu in the photo, everything is standard: appetizer, hot and dessert, water is paid. We tried caesar as an appetizer, crab cutlets and soup, hot salmon, fish and chips and chicken breast. Caesar is not bad, the crab patties are incomprehensible, only the shade of crab plus a strong fried crust, the soup is like diluted from a sachet. Salmon for hot, it seems to me, it's not salmon, but some other red fish, tasteless and bitter. Fish and chips with local white fish, if you like it, it's fine. The chicken breast is not bad, stuffed with something, the side dish is the most delicious (potatoes, carrot puree). The dessert is delicious honey, the caramel parfait is just putty, I didn't eat it. In general, of course, a cook should learn how to cook. We ate here simply because the food was on and there was nothing else. The service is good, everyone is very smiling, but the dishes were prepared for a long time.
