We visited this restaurant on April 5th! Our flight was delayed in Yerevan instead of 19:45 and was postponed to 4:50 on April 6! We were 3, me and two 14-year-old children! There are 8 hours left before departure , what to do .....We decided to go have a snack in the center! We found a good place on yandex.Maps according to reviews, it was a 30-minute taxi ride! We arrived at the restaurant at the beginning of the tenth! I would like to mention right away that we were very hospitably welcomed in Russian and escorted to a table! The place turned out to be quite cozy on the sofa next to the outlets, which was important for us, so we were going to sit for quite a long time! The waiter practically came up to us right away, a very nice young man, it's a pity I didn't remember his name!!! The professional in his field was well received, ordered and recommended the dishes! The serving and timing of the dishes were respected! I ordered chicken soup and borate with tomatoes and peppers, I was invited to order homemade bread, I didn't regret it, it's delicious! We ordered a jug of lemonade and sea buckthorn tea for everyone! Fly ordered dumplings, Lula was asked to make a special curbery for us, and they made it for us! Everything was delicious! I would also like to mention the excellent modern interior in the restaurant, pleasant atmosphere and very cozy, and most importantly, clean and especially in the toilets! We ate in about an hour and there were still a couple of hours left before closing, since we were in no hurry, we sat until closing, no one said a word to us Again, thanks a lot to the waiter and the whole team! Finally, we ordered delicious cappuccino coffee! So I recommend everything!

Excellent Arkady Novikov restaurant in Yerevan! One of the best restaurants in Yerevan at a decent level among competitors! Food – 10/10 We ordered a lean menu – I didn't try it myself, but they said it was delicious. We also took two different pizzas – both turned out to be excellent, I definitely recommend it! The pinocchio salad was not bad, but it seemed too simple to taste – there was not enough salt and spices, and the price was slightly too high. But ham pizza is a separate love, incredibly delicious! The prices for desserts are very high, however, one piece of San Sebastian costs 4400 thousand drams, which is really a lot for such a place!) Service – 10/8.5 Service is generally good and calm, but there is not enough attention and care for the guests. The staff should be a little more proactive – approach, clarify if they liked everything, if there is anything they can do to help. It ruined the overall impression a bit, and it's definitely worth working on. Atmosphere/Location – 10/10 One of the best locations in the city center! The veranda is very comfortable and peaceful – the perfect place to sit and enjoy dinner. The design and cozy atmosphere are a separate plus for the restaurant. The result is 10/9 I recommend this restaurant to everyone, both locals and those who come to Armenia. This is a great high-level establishment in the heart of the city! The bill per person is approximately AMD 12,000.

We have been coming to Yerevan for 2 years now and every time we return to the Cheese Factory. The most delicious borscht, delicious pastas, pizza and incredibly delicious salads. We tried all the menus and were delighted with every dish. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, professional. The waiter Anna won us over with her smile and mood! We've been to different Cheese Factories, but Yerevan has the most delicious dishes and the coolest team. It feels like they were waiting for us. You feel like you're visiting close friends.

I have always believed that the Cheese Factory restaurant is a win-win option in any city. Unfortunately, the local Cheese Factory is a complete disappointment, and the aftertaste in every sense leaves much to be desired. An indistinct shrimp salad is definitely not on the restaurant level. Sea bass with sauerkraut is just a gastronomic failure (when I told the waiter about it, the manager came out trying to persuade me that this was probably not the case, because I had eaten almost everything))) Gentlemen, better watch the contents of your pots and pans, maybe it will turn out better. In short, I do not recommend it. There are many places around where it tastes a hundred times better.

I will put 4- for a generally organized open kitchen, interior, pleasant music, a heated gazebo and kitchen and serving. There is an electronic menu with photos. A compliment with a bag of bread looks nice, but in fact the waiter rustles next to the guests. The tea was delicious, but a small mug is a little weak. Asking for feedback and rounding up tips in your favor is not serious for establishments of the cheese factory level.

I was in this cheese factory in October 2024. The menu is the same as you of the whole network – thoughtful, hearty and delicious. Prices are higher than in similar restaurants in Yerevan, but this is expected for a Cheese factory. I can't say that the staff here is very friendly, I would like to see more attentive staff. In particular, I think it is important to clarify before serving the dishes in what order to take them out. I liked the food, I recommend going in, there is good European cuisine here. The salad with tomato strachatella turned out to be very large, it pleased me😄 The lasagna is also delicious, the portion is large, except for it you can not take anything — you will definitely eat)

Great place! It's a network. I visited my hometown of Rostov-on-Don. And I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the establishments that it was still the same network. Review about the delivery from here, everything is better live, although there are also a lot of unsuccessful dishes I do not know how, but you were able to ruin the bolognese - the pasta was thin, featureless and not salty at all. There was absolutely no tomato sauce. It was difficult to eat focaccia with your hands because it was covered in flour. The papardelle dried up with the cheese into one lump so that it had to be cut like a pie. The other two dishes were just normal.Although the turkey patties were a bit salty. As a result, it was a complete disappointment, you would not expect such a level of cuisine from a Novikov restaurant.
