Imagine the mesmerizing dance of water and light against the backdrop of the tallest building on the planet — this is exactly what the Dubai Fountain offers its guests. Located in the heart of Dubai City, this engineering masterpiece in the UAE is considered one of the tallest and largest singing fountains in the world. The giant structure is installed in the artificial lake Burj Khalifa Lake, the area of which is comparable to twelve football fields. This is not just a water attraction, but a complex multimedia system. The jets of water are capable of rising to an incredible height of up to 150 meters, which is equivalent to the level of a 50-storey skyscraper. The fountain is about 275 meters long, and more than 6,600 powerful light sources and dozens of color projectors are responsible for visual magic, creating thousands of different lighting combinations.

Dubai Fountain — a show that touches the soul and makes the heart beat faster These are not just fountains. This is the poetry of water, light and music, played out against the backdrop of the grandiose Burj Khalifa and the sparkling skyscrapers of Downtown Dubai. One of those rare moments in life when you freeze, forget about the fuss, about the phone in your hand, and just stare... with your mouth open and goosebumps on your skin. Each representation is unique. Classical music is playing, oriental motifs, modern pop music, and streams of water seem to dance to each melody, as if they had come to life. Sometimes they rise above 40 floors, then gently whisper below. This is hypnosis. It's magic. This is a real art created from simple things — water, fire, light and music. The evening show is especially impressive: when the city is already shrouded in soft darkness, and thousands of lights come on around. The Burj Khalifa sparkles, the music envelops, and the fountain blooms in all its might. You stand by the embankment, and it seems that you are in the center of the universe. A moment of absolute beauty I recommend it based on personal experience

There are many "architectural wonders" in Dubai, one of them is singing fountains. The Dubai Fountain is one of the tallest musical fountains in the world (275 meters long, jets reach 150 meters high), located in an artificial lake with an area of over 12 hectares at the foot of the Burj Khalifa. The scale of the fountain and the light and music show has no equal in the world! The list of musical compositions for water dancing is diverse and regularly updated. The fountain "sings" with the voices of Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman, Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston and Adele. There are also a large number of Arabic compositions, the anthem of the United Arab Emirates and many musical compositions from movies. The music doesn't repeat itself for one day. In addition, the order of the tunes changes the next day, but the show always begins with an ode dedicated to the Sheikh of Dubai, Mohammed "Sama Dubai". The Swahili song Baba Yetu, which means "Our Father", is also played daily. It's hard to believe, but the Dubai Fountain was built for a little less than a year. First, an artificial pond was created, then a water cannon mechanism was installed. Six months after the start of construction, the mechanism was successfully tested. The first fountain show in Dubai took place in the spring of 2009, and since then thousands of travelers have been happy to watch the beautiful "water dances" with bright lighting, smoke and fire effects. Around the fountain there are many shops, chic restaurants, an oriental bazaar and the majestic Dubai Mall. I recommend every tourist coming to Dubai to see this fountain show! The real magic of water and light!

We attended the fountain and drone show on January 5th, impressive, but we expected more. The music was hard to hear, the fire show on the water was visible only from one angle, the rest had to guess what was going on there.

We really enjoyed it. A lot of people. Apparently, many people like it and watch it more than once, because each show is different every half hour, with different music and the play of fountains is different. If you turn on your imagination, you see a lot of different images that water draws. I've heard a lot about this fountain. Now I've seen it. If possible, I recommend it. If you go out to watch the fountain from the Dubai Mall, go to the right, there are fewer people there

I have seen and heard singing fountains many times. It happened in different cities and countries: in Barcelona on Montjuic Mountain, in Adler Olympic Park and Sochi, in Kislovodsk and Yaroslavl, in Tashkent and Batumi, in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Moreover, the fountains there were musical in color, while in Dubai the fountain jets were monochrome, simply illuminated. But it was the Dubai performance that really caught the imagination. Here, showiness and entertainment are achieved due to high technology and technicality, dynamism and well-coordinated coherence, harmony of music and movement. The fountain show made a strong impression and caused vivid emotions. It was so aesthetically pleasing and exciting (especially against the backdrop of skyscrapers and the Burj Khalifa with evening lighting), voluminous and powerful (jets shoot up to 150 m!), elegant and organic, beautiful and refreshing. A 100% worthy sight, a must-see. Moreover, there are plenty of opportunities for this: performances are held every half hour from 6 p.m., and musical compositions are not repeated during the evening. There are plenty of places to watch and film: on the embankment, along an artificial lake; and on boats (if you have time to take seats); and on the terrace of the Dubai Mall. You can access it from the Apple store on the first level. You'll have to stand in line at the exit: a stern-looking security guard lets the audience through in portions, as they are distributed along the balcony. But those who want to eventually get in (like us, for example) and everyone enjoys the spectacle on equal terms.

I just have to share my emotions from visiting Dubai fountains. It was something incredible that everyone should definitely see. The show starts every night, and believe me, it's worth the wait. Music, light, water - everything merges into a single amazing dance. Fountains soar into the air to the height of a multi-storey building. Their movements are so smooth and precise that it feels like silk instead of water. The best place to watch is from the Dubai Mall. It offers a stunning view of the entire composition. I was especially impressed by how the fountains move to the beat of the music - they gently sway, then soar up with powerful jets. The atmosphere around is simply magical: in the evening, the city lights up, music creates a special mood, and there are happy faces around. This place is definitely positive and leaves an unforgettable impression. I definitely recommend including a visit to the fountains in your itinerary in Dubai.

## Review of the Dubai Fountain **Impressions of the visit** The Dubai Fountain is a truly fascinating sight that must be seen with your own eyes. Especially impressive is the combination of majestic jets of water reaching a height of 150 meters, with colorful lighting and musical accompaniment. **Show organization** Performances are held daily from 18:00, every 30 minutes. Each show is unique due to its different musical program. Fountains look especially impressive against the background of the illuminated Burj Khalifa. **Places to view** There are several viewing options: * From the embankment by the artificial lake * From the second or third floor of the Dubai Mall * From the Burj Khalifa Observation Deck (extra charge) * From pleasure boats (subject to availability) **Advantages:** * Free presentation * Amazing technical implementation * A variety of music programs * Convenient location near the main attractions * The ability to view from different angles **Disadvantages:** * Large crowds (especially on weekends) * The need to arrive in advance to get a good seat * Relatively short performances **Overall impression** Despite some drawbacks, the Dubai Fountain is a must-visit place in Dubai. The viewing experience is so vivid that it more than covers all the minor inconveniences. I especially recommend visiting the show in the evening, when the lighting creates a truly magical atmosphere. Rating: 5 out of 5 Tip: come in advance to take a convenient viewing spot, and try to see at least two or three shows in a row - each one will be different from the previous one.

Very spectacular! And in daylight, and even more so in the dark, especially against the background of the illuminated Burj Khalifa! I recommend

A very interesting show that generates to the depths of the soul. There are always a lot of people here, there are many options from where to look, but there is one that few people know about. A pontoon bridge is installed directly on the water, where there are always few people, even when there are wild crowds in the square behind the fence. The entrance ticket costs only 20 dirhams per person and gives the right of passage to the bridge for 2 sessions. For this money, you get the opportunity to watch the show in the very first row. You can move a little further away, or you can stay in the area where the jets of water reach to cool off after a sultry day.

The singing fountains in Dubai are an unforgettable sight! Every time I visit them, I am surprised at how beautiful and impressive they are. The music and dancing of the water create an incredible atmosphere, and the spectacle when the fountain raises the jets to a height of up to 150 meters is simply mesmerizing. It is especially impressive how the water "dances" to the beat of the melody — it looks like art. The fountains are located on the lake at the foot of the Burj Khalifa, and the evening illumination makes the spectacle even more magical. There are also many cozy cafes and shops around, so it's a pleasure to spend an evening here. I recommend that everyone who comes to Dubai, be sure to watch this bright and beautiful show!

The singing fountains in Dubai are the main attraction at the Burj Khalifa. Every evening, thousands of people come to the Dubai Mall to watch the 150-meter jets of water "dance" to music and lighting. The show lasts 5 minutes Fountain show schedule : Saturday–Thursday afternoon: 13:00 and 13:30; Friday: 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. In the evening every day from 18:00 to 23:00, a show every 30 minutes.

The unique structure is located near the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, in the evening, starting at 18.30, shows are held every half hour for one song, and this is repeated every half hour. Cubic meters of water soar up under pressure and rush down with a bang to the music, accompanied by music and unreal illumination. You can watch for free in the immediate vicinity, or choose the veranda of a cafe or restaurant in the Dubai Mall, bread and circuses- enjoy the dishes and watch the show without leaving the table.

Fountains? Well.... You should not go there for them, if you are there, then look, but do not build expectations. I looked at all the best places to watch them, as a result, we watched from the balcony of Time Out Market Dubai. This is an ordinary food court, where there are a lot of different establishments. You enter and walk all the way to the balcony. That's all, no one is stopped, there are no restrictions. You can see all the fountains from a height. There is also an observation deck below, but you need to go around the entire building, the view is not very good.

For me, this fountain can only be compared to the fountain in front of the Bellagio Casino in Las Vegas -) If there is a golden ratio in the "singing fountains", then it really exists - there, in Vegas and here, in Dubai. When you look at the show, sometimes it's even difficult to understand whether the music was created to match the dance of the water or vice versa; the fountains work so synchronously. Some absolutely amazing engineering and creative work. Some people like multi-colored fountains, but I prefer monochrome ones. Here, as in a black-and-white movie, no one and nothing can distract you from the beauty of art. Fountains look good during the day, but when it gets dark, light is added to the music and the water literally begins to play with different colors. The musical program of the fountains changes regularly, so you never know exactly what kind of music you will hear today. And there's a certain charm to it, too.

Of course, it is mandatory to visit, but I was upset that they are turned on exclusively every 30 minutes and the songs will always be different, and of course the number of people (as soon as the fountain stops playing, everyone will run back to the Dubai Mall) take this into account when visiting.
