Very poor quality of Service!! I handed the feather jacket over for cleaning and got it back in a disastrous state. The jacket is covered with stains and leak marks. In addition, on one side of the jacket all the glued seams parted — which is clearly seen in the photo as well. The jacket is practically destroyed! She lost her shape and appearance! Not a word of apology. Instead, they offered to wash it again, as if it were a trifle. If the first time they failed to do the job properly, I have no confidence that the second time will be better. At the moment I don't know if the stains will be removed at all, but the fact is that the thing is already damaged. If you care about your things — think carefully before entrusting them to this dry cleaner.
