I would like to leave an honest review about my experience with this clinic. During my previous visit, I was unhappy with the specialist’s work, so when booking my next appointment, I repeatedly asked to be assigned to a different specialist. I mentioned this multiple times in messages in advance, so the clinic was fully aware of my request. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was assigned to the exact same specialist I specifically asked not to see. This already left a negative impression. Unfortunately, I was once again dissatisfied with the result of the service. I would also like to mention the attitude from the reception staff, which was not very welcoming. In addition, when I politely asked about the pricing because the cost seemed higher than before, I was repeatedly told that the price had “always been the same” and that I was mistaken. I clearly explained several times that I was completely fine paying the new amount and only wanted clarification on whether the pricing had changed. Instead of simply answering the question, I felt like I was being argued with and dismissed. Overall, the experience left a very unpleasant impression — not because of the price itself, but because of the way I was treated and because my requests as a client were ignored.
