This hotel is for the unsophisticated. I'm never coming back here. The very first disadvantage is the lack of any sound insulation in the rooms. We lived by the alarm clocks of our neighbors, heard their conversations, endlessly whining and sleepless children.... We signed off with earplugs that were given to us on the plane. Without them, sleep would not have worked. The second disadvantage is smoking. Everywhere. On the beach, in cafes, by the sea, in pools.... I am a non-smoker and it has become a struggle for me to find a smoke-free place. I didn't always find it, I had to leave the location. Food is a separate conversation. Not everything is fresh. A constant pattern: for example, if there was minced meat with tomatoes in the evening, then the next day it was made into a flatbread, and this is already a burrito. If you haven't eaten the pasta, you'll get a casserole of the same in the morning.... There seems to be a lot of food on the tables, but 70% of it is inedible stuff. We were at an Italian restaurant. It's a laugh. They don't cook that in Italy. Everything is tasteless. And the tea!!!!! With bleach. Tap water, apparently. The gag reflex. People who write that the kitchen is excellent: they just haven't seen proper food in normal hotels. The hotel itself is old, the rooms are shabby, there are no basic things like bathrobes or an iron... You can only take it for a deposit. In general, if you are unassuming, then choose Adalia. If you want service, it's better to overpay a little. Although, isn't what I described a little expensive, for 780 thousand for two.

The hotel is gorgeous, the service is at the highest level. The food is varied, for every taste. Animators work on the territory and present their program. A 4* hotel. The rooms are clean, freshly renovated, and there is a lot of audibility in the rooms. There is a full-size bed for relaxing with children, a children's disco in the evening, and medium animation. For adults, almost everything is open until 12 at night (discos and bars), after which there is silence. The beach was not sandy as promised, the sea was dirty, they did not even bother to clean along the shore...some kind of husk and female pads were floating all the time. The food at the hotel is delicious, but monotonous, apparently the menu for the week and so on in a circle. There is not much choice (although for an amateur) for all the time there have been no soups (mostly 1-2 national ones), you will not find ordinary chicken broth for a child, it is not there. The staff at the kids' club may be rude to you. If you get a call, you should be standing on the doorstep of the club in 5 minutes. They can tell you off...They don't shy away from expressions either. The medical staff won't even give you a Band-Aid until you pay for the "activation" of insurance Ice cream is only in the coffee shop, because the rest is only on schedule (2 hours at lunch) and then it is disassembled within half an hour and no longer reported. They try to pour local alcohol all the time if you don't specify what exactly to pour. A la Carte sooo slow service. We were an Italian company, and we brought a maximum of 4 snacks per piece (there were 6 of us). I am unlikely to return to the hotel again, perhaps if only at a good price.

The hotel was fully loaded . It 's not an easy task to find an empty table in a restaurant , usually the furthest room was taken . The restaurant is very inconveniently planned . It was much more convenient to make a room with food in the middle, and then halls in different directions from it. Otherwise , it turns out that we have to go very far , we were with a small child and it added quite a lot of trouble . Dirty cups and glasses were often noticed in the restaurant , which seemed to be clean and the staff poured drinks into them . Such an outrage has not been seen anywhere! Next, there are cards for towels. Why is this system needed if there aren't enough cards for everyone? There is only one point, sometimes the cards run out and the employee writes the data in a notebook, there was confusion a couple of times because he does not understand Russian. It was problematic to take sun beds not early in the morning . They throw towels at them and probably leave , no one is watching . There are no normal playgrounds , they are primitive and already battered.. The swing is skewed , and the cable is about to break . A children's room from the age of 4, according to the rules, adults are not allowed there, but no one drives and you can play with the child. There are few interesting toys there. I recommend taking a fumigator to this hotel, we were badly bitten by mosquitoes, this is the first time in Turkey! Although there are few greenery in the hotel .. The staff is not particularly friendly. When checking in, they didn't even say hello, their nose was in the computer, they wouldn't even look into their eyes. I'm not talking about welcome drinks and so on. Well, the most unpleasant thing is that our family was poisoned at the hotel, although it may be some kind of virus, however, it's not surprising with their attitude to hygiene and washing dishes.... The service is cool, to put it mildly. You are not noticed at close range (except for adult waiters, they are great). The maid refused to pick up the laundry that was decorated for the laundry (a hotel employee accidentally pushed me and I poured a milkshake over me). I had to go and contact the guest relation, they took the ruined dress and washed it for free, thanks to the girls. The lunapark for children is open for only 2 hours, namely, when you go from the beach to wash and eat, we never got there. The water park does not work at all (and this is in September). The hotel is tired, the towels are like blotters. The sea pleases. Well, only fish bite. The food is fine, very tasty. However, as a gift from the hotel - a "detox program" (we were poisoned, and very badly, we lay flat for a day). But they brought food to our room (chicken broth and bread, nothing else took root). As it turned out later, we were not the only ones poisoned. The cherry on the cake was the pavilion, which we booked for all days. On the penultimate day we arrived, and our pavilion was occupied. Well, that's how they turned it over to two families. Of course, we were assigned to another one, but we chose a certain one for our own reasons. But it's a very nice pastry shop. For the first time, when checking out, money was demanded from us for extending a room in such a high-level hotel (and nothing that was their fault, we lost the paid pavilion due to poisoning). Upon arrival, my upper back ached and I was tired from work. After the rest, my whole back hurts, my stomach hurts, out of 8 nights only 2 slept (something rattles in the room all the time, all night, sounds of unknown origin) and for the first time I am glad that I am finally going home. We had a similar vacation only in a 3* hotel in Djerba. In general, for this money you can find a much more comfortable and high-quality hotel in terms of service. If you are German, then everything is fine, they have a special attitude here, this was told to us by an emigrant family who has been living in Germany for 25 years. We have been vacationing in Adalia since May 8 with a family with a child of 5 liters. The territory of the hotel is compact, everything is located in a row to the sea, but it's a long way to go back and forth, we were in the neighboring Seguinus, there was a shuttle for the same distance, which is very convenient. There are good shows in the evenings, but at 21:30, they start closer to 22:00, as a result, you can't watch with the children for a long time, especially since the time is + 4 difference. We could have done it earlier at 21:00, at least the beginning, more people with children would have been able to see, the hotel is still a family hotel. The lunopark is also open from 18 to 20, when it's dinner time! Why not do it from 19 to 21! We should run as soon as possible, either before dinner or in a hurry to eat in order to ride! There are dogs running around on the beach, who relieve themselves on the sun beds and, in general, children do not run around. but she left a complaint, the city services must resolve it with them. The entrance to the sea is shallow, it is very convenient with children! But the beach is a bit dirty. They study in the children's room from morning to evening without a break, a lot of interesting things! But there was a case when the girls were minding their own business, and the boys were playing and fighting, but you can't leave children unattended! I took a child who was slightly beaten up! The room had a side view of the sea and the road, of course it was noisy, cars were going back and forth all night, it bothered me to sleep, and the audibility was sooooo good. There is no cleaning in the room, the floors are not washed, soap was not poured, we were without it for a week. Also, cotton swabs / discs, etc. were only available upon check-in, they no longer reported, they themselves asked for toothbrushes at least! They just throw out the trash and put toilet paper! The food is normal, but again there was more choice in the neighboring hotel, strawberries were served once a week, melon as well, although they always ate it in May. The fish is not very well represented, bony, thin, there was a fish day once and there was only an excellent selection. There are a lot of desserts, but not very tasty. The meat used to be delicious, the vegetables. There is a choice, but everything gets better with time. The children's table is not large (mashed potatoes, vegetables, pasta, rice / buckwheat), soups are adult and strongly salted or with spices. I can say, as a person who has spent 35 times in Turkey in 5-star hotels, that the hotel is great! The distance to the airport is 25-30 minutes. A small territory, one building, every meter is very well planned. In the same building there is a restaurant, shops, cafes where you can drink Turkish coffee and relax, a hammam. The food is excellent! European version with lots of fresh vegetables, fish, meat, desserts. A hammam is something I have not yet met in Turkey: separately for women and couples, there is a Finnish women's steam room with a temperature regime up to 70 g, and a salt cave room!!! It's just a delight for fans of this format to relax and unwind! There is a room for late arrivals: with a toilet, sofa, shower, hairdryer and clean towels. It's very convenient! The beach is clean, sand, comfortable sun beds, wide awnings. There are bars nearby with a decent selection of drinks, burgers, tortillas, waffles with ice cream are immediately made closer to lunch. Everything is delicious! A large selection of sports events. Several children's pools, a children's club. The cleaning was only pleasing, the rooms are large and comfortable. The only drawback is that some of the rooms overlook the neighboring hotel, this partially obscures the sea view and there are those.a part for maintenance (unloading towels, etc.), but it does not bother much, because there is no noise. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, you can get to the shopping center by public transport.
