Terrible service from the hotel, the linen was changed 1 time in 2 weeks, in the main restaurant the cooks in the cold shop, and mostly they do not know the language except Turkish, they are not friendly.The medical center is not equipped with any equipment at all, there is no doctor like that. We had a precedent, we had to urgently go to the hospital with a child. The main managers are not ready to solve any issues at all, they pretend. They are superficial. The staff is constantly begging for tips (waiters, luggage delivery), photographers are persuaded to take a photo, honey is in their ears. As soon as we bought a photo shoot (10 photos - for 70 Euros). The next day, they pretended that they didn't know us and kicked off a child who wanted to chat. He did not understand why they stuck to us with the service for 10 days, and then suddenly they did not even greet us. Over 20 years of my travels (Europe, Egypt, Turkey, Scandinavia, islands in the Black Sea, Belarus) this is the worst quality of service, neglect, begging.

You won't see any human relations. The room is cleaned normally every other time, despite the fact that we left tips every day. In the kitchen, everything is monotonous and uninteresting, in this regard there are many cheaper hotels and a better kitchen. In the shops on the territory, everything is 10 times more expensive than in any other place, they do not go for a discount, again, in other hotels it is not as expensive as here, and you can also bargain. There is a dietary supplement. You can eat at any time and in different places. From the hotel itself, to the beach. The ice cream was free. Any alcohol. Overall, it's not bad. The coffee in the machines is different everywhere. From not tasty (diluted) to acceptable. There are two water parks for adults and children. Swimming pools, children-free zone. Of the cons, we were settled in front of the Saturn hotel. And there, bottles and other garbage are almost always thrown out very loudly. Therefore, change the number immediately (which we did). It is really far from the place of food distribution to the tables. Drinks (tea, coffee and alcohol) are brought by the waiters. Which is not always convenient, you have to wait. Overall, the hotel is good. You can recommend it, but it's not perfect.

The hotel was accommodated immediately. Rooms on the ground floor (left side towards the sea) with sea view. I recommend you to remember, for those who are going to relax in the summer - the entire left side of the building has a magnificent view of the sea, BUT you will get noise from the pool (music, animation all day) and evening smoke from the grill, because right under the balconies there is a hood from the grill and distribution. Add to this the summer heat. Our rooms are 910,912,913. The rooms inside are very large. The whole corridor of the first floor smells piquantly of cats. Winter holidays are very different from summer ones, because the main party takes place inside the building. I would like to note that every day there were evening entertainments, from cover bands to DJ parties on the street! Animation was working. There were show programs. Most of the people hung out in the Lobby bars at the reception and in the lower bar. Alcohol is only locally produced. From a decent one, we liked the cognac, although it can be called brandy with a stretch. There is a hammam, sauna, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool. An outdoor swimming pool is 50 metres away on site. This year the weather was great on NG and many people hung out by the pool and by the sea during the day. The food is excellent and varied, as we understood, it all depends on the change of chefs. There were days when most of the grilled dishes were spoiled. Overcooked meat, wooden fish, over-dried chicken are poison. Fortunately, it was like this for two days, then the dishes became gorgeous. An interesting moment is on the 6th of January, the Turks stopped by the hotel. Only men. The workers of the village, who received an award for good and hard work in the fields! This is a complete kick-ass. The first day, they showed all their relatives on video what a gorgeous place they were in, then they plastered all the counters at the bar and drank liters of tea looking at our ladies in evening attire. I saw how many of our ladies found resort happiness :). The Finalim hotel is good, the service is decent, but the word "Elite" can be removed from the name, at least for the winter concept.

We are currently staying at the hotel. The rest is wonderful. Room 4118 faces the road, but there is not much noise. In addition, you can close the loggia, the insulation is good. The room is spacious, the cleaning is regular and thorough. They asked to clean up before 13.00, and they did so. Towels and bed linen are changed daily. The room has everything you need, and even more. It is quite possible to accommodate three people. I won't even write about nutrition. There is everything for every taste. Very courteous waiters. The drinks were fine with us. However, our men were upset that Chivas whiskey was available in bars for an additional fee. There are plenty of bars on site where you can eat. It seems that Adalia decided to fatten the tourists. The animation for children is excellent. What is not there. There is also a lot of entertainment for adult tourists. For those who are interested in shopping, I can assure you that if you are not looking for super branded items, then you can buy a lot not so far from the hotel and at affordable prices. I can recommend Ibrahim's shop. It is located near the beach towel dispenser. He has a fairly large assortment and the prices are very affordable. I'm leaving soon, but I don't want to...
