The hotel is gorgeous in every sense of the word, the cleanliness is perfect, the service is excellent, the staff is well-trained, the food is very varied and delicious. There are always places by the sea and by the pools, there is also a full service for the kids. The staff is Russian-speaking, responsive, always with a smile, ready to rush to fulfill any request, at the same time not intrusive, no one stands over the soul. The rooms are clean, spacious, and cleaned every day. We didn't find a single flaw, surprisingly. Everything is perfect, starting with the incredibly beautiful well-groomed territory, ending with the service. Thank you very much, I will never forget this birthday

We were at a dinner for $100 per person. The hotel itself is very beautiful, as well as the territory. Dinner is definitely not worth the money. Food is like food: rubber lobsters, two tiny pieces of beef were put on the rib, I had to insist with an unambiguous look what should be added. Drinks are naturally not included in the price.

Nearby is the Atlantis Palm Hotel, just a chic Arabic style, it has an aquarium 15 meters deep. There are even three-meter sharks swimming there. It's a disgusting hotel for the money. I rarely write reviews, but there is no limit to my indignation. Everything is very long, there is no service, the concierge constantly confuses everything. The service staff can't handle it, and the answer to everything is "no" or "impossible." Terrible air freshener everywhere that is impossible to breathe. We decided to try something other than jumeirah once and were left in shock. It's especially terrible with children, there aren't even any sand toys on the beach, and it's impossible to buy them anywhere in the hotel. The rest is ruined. Just show-offs. The food is impossibly sour, salty, and peppery.

I'll start with breakfast.I have visited a lot of hotels in 50 countries around the world.They're the best here.Room service is on top!Cleaning twice a day.The highlight of the hotel is the infinity pool on the 22nd floor.A lot of Russian-speaking staff.I advise you to pay extra for the entrance to the Royal Lounge.They feed and pour there all day.They pour not just anything, but 12-year-olds Glenlivet, Glenmoran and Macalan.
