A little more people than we would like at breakfast (over crowded), but you can come at 11.25 and have breakfast lazily at least until one o'clock in the afternoon

Not without drawbacks, but still, in aggregate, you can safely put 5 stars. One of the disadvantages is the operation of elevators. In our case, there were 3 elevators in our tower, one of which is permanently reserved for the event, only one panel for applying cards worked in one of the remaining ones, and in general you need to try hard to get into the elevator before closing. The second disadvantage is that no one really shows or explains anything (it didn't matter to us, but many complained at breakfast). In the rooftop pool, guests are entitled to a free sunbed, but they are not popular. Everyone is trying to choose a paid tent for 3000 dirhams per day. Prices in restaurants, etc. on the territory are not much higher than in the city, but you need to book in advance. The fountain show is very large-scale and colorful, especially considering that it belongs to one hotel. When leaving, the bill included a visit to a restaurant for 550 dirhams, where we did not go. After a short trial, this line was removed. And there was a discount of 800 dirhams, which no one warned about when checking in. This is a big plus and motivates you to use the paid services of the hotel, as well as to come again.

The elevators in the lobby do not have a scoreboard, it is unclear which one will come, and the doors close quickly. Every morning, instead of a quest breakfast, the buffet is not arranged in order, but like a maze with a bunch of nooks and distribution areas. And there are tables next to the distribution. As a result, people are rushing around the halls with plates in front of your table. Made like a cheap food court. I didn't expect to see a 5-star food court. There are no bananas on the display, you need to ask the waiter or cook to give them. I posted the photo. No potatoes, just pancakes. Ling Ling restaurant is about nothing. The light is dim, the photo does not make the menu meager, some snacks / sushi and rolls. The room - in the shower after taking a shower, it smells like sewage, next to the bathroom the metal decor is sharp as a blade, you can cut yourself, I cut my hand until it bled. The service is slow. Cloud 22, a paid, very small pool is a font and not a pool, and they also charge big money for it. There are shops on the first two floors. I had the feeling that I was living in a mall at Dubai airport and not in a hotel on the coast. From a good one. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. Noby pool. And there are a lot of Frangipani on the territory. There is tea, coffee, iron in the room, adapters for American sockets are needed, there is a type-c, USB charging output.
