A majestic symbol of the country and a great place for walking The main National flag on Peoples' Friendship Square is a place that evokes a sincere sense of pride and admiration. The huge banner, fluttering at a great height against the sky, looks incredibly large and majestic. What is remarkable: The scale and atmosphere: The height of the flagpole and the size of the flag itself are really impressive. It is especially beautiful here in clear windy weather, as well as in the evening, when the city lights turn on. Location: Peoples' Friendship Square itself is a spacious, well—maintained and iconic space in the very center of Tashkent. It's nice to take a walk here, take beautiful panoramic photos, or just watch the rhythm of the city. Landscaping: The area is always clean, the territory is well maintained, and important cultural and modern facilities of the capital, including a park and a concert hall, are nearby. Bottom line: This is not just a dot on the map, but the real heart of the capital, symbolizing the independence and beauty of Uzbekistan. A must-see place for both tourists and residents of the city for hiking

A huge flag on a flagpole. Unfortunately, the fountains did not work in April. The monument itself on the square is admirable, it is dedicated to the evacuation of Russians to Uzbekistan during the war, a very necessary monument, it is a pity that they forgot to put one in the middle of Moscow! Be sure to show his children how Uzbek children take Russian children under their care.

they used to see fireworks here, right on the grass, right under the fireworks, the trash started after they were shot... you couldn't go to the subway, you couldn't catch a taxi, people were walking like cockroaches... but it was beautiful
