We came in for the first time just to drink tea. We were offered baklava for tea and that's it, we were lost! Yes, it is more expensive than in other places, but it is also 4 times more! And how delicious it is! Before serving, it is heated, just a little. We went to dinner today, it's great too! Bright, delicious! The service is fast. Tips are immediately included in the bill.

One of the advantages is an early start to work, you can have breakfast with the usual food, scrambled eggs, porridge. And of course the location. Interesting national interior. Of the cons, everything is tired, for example, a broken button on the toilet drain. Instead of coffee, it's some kind of barley drink. There is black tea on the menu, but they still bring green tea. Well, it was the only place in Samarkand where the flatbread was not brought for free.

We came here based on the reviews, but the reality was disappointing. We ordered shish kebab, shurpa, fried lagman, dumplings and Caesar salad. There was no one else in the hall, but we had to wait a long time. After 30 minutes, the Caesar arrived: mayonnaise, ordinary Russian cheese, and — the cherry on the cake — unpeeled boiled chicken eggs! After the dispute, the salad was removed from the bill. The fried lagman turned out to be too greasy and peppered. The rest of the dishes are edible, but no more. Bottom line: the most expensive and at the same time the most tasteless lunch of all time in Uzbekistan. I don't recommend it.

We visited the Registan restaurant in Samarkand and were satisfied! A cozy atmosphere, a beautifully decorated room, there are both ordinary tables and traditional trestles. The location is very convenient — right next to Registan Square, it can be combined with a walk through the sights. The cuisine is delicious and varied: pilaf, kebabs, samsa, manti, soups and Uzbek dishes are cooked perfectly. I especially liked the Karakhan pilaf and meat. The service is at a good level — the staff is polite, attentive and ready to help with the selection of dishes. The prices are average and correspond to the quality. In the evening, there is live music and a show program, which creates a festive atmosphere. The restaurant is suitable for tourists and for family dinners.

What is bad for a Russian is normal for an Uzbek. This cafe is a very vivid confirmation of this. The bright interior, rich chests of drawers with dishes and gold trim, fried eggs covered with a lid during cooking, cappuccino sweet and tasteless coffee, a waiter pulling out a newly empty plate from under his arm.. In short, everything is not as usual for the Russian soul.

A great place to sit quietly and eat delicious food. The interior is not particularly oriental, but it's nice to sit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu is not large, but the national dishes are very tasty. We had lunch every day, we waited no more than 20 minutes for the order. The prices are average and fully justified. Compared to other restaurants and cafes, the most delicious place in Registan.

The square is amazing, no matter when you come, in the evening, when it is illuminated by lights, or during the day, when in natural light you can see all the colors of the paintings and mosaics. In the evenings, light shows are held here, a lot of people gather, and a festive atmosphere is created

- The coffee arrived in a poured glass, although it could have been wiped clean. - The pancakes with meat are over-salted, which was mentioned to the waiter, but he did not react. Pancakes with chocolate - a drop of chocolate per pancake. - Very expensive for this level. - The service is automatically included in the receipt. - There is no card payment, although the establishment is expensive.

It's a great place, the restoration is well done and the cleanliness is being monitored. The shops inside try to interest tourists, but without imposing. Entrance to the territory is paid, you do not have to pay for photos with your phone. There are several shops on the territory, prices are reasonable, you can buy drinks and ice cream without worrying about prices.

A must-visit square. At the same time, it's closer to evening when the lights are turned on. Unbelievable. In the Ulugbek minaret, you can climb the spiral staircase and drink freshly brewed coffee overlooking the courtyard.

We recommend it. Very very tasty. The staff greets you kindly👍🏻 the meat is the most tender. Prices + are the same as all other cafes in the area. We used to come here every day! We have been to other cafes and restaurants, but it is here that you will be greeted with local good-natured hospitality and the most delicious national food.

It's a terrible place. It's not a restaurant, it's a diner. We ordered manta rays and lagman. The cops are all flattened, you can see that they were prepared in advance and just reheated. Lagman is tasteless, there was not a single good piece of meat, solid fat. The tall tortilla was generally finished off. There doesn't seem to be a shortage, and they brought an old flatbread. The place itself is a mess: there are waiters, but the food was brought to us by a woman in flip-flops and a dirty apron. The impressions are terrible. It's strange how they stay in a place like this. Most likely, everyone eats there once, only tourists who do not know this place, buying into the fact that the name "Registan"

It's sooo beautiful, you should read a little bit about the history of this place before visiting, then it will be clearer what you are staring at..and you won't whisper that the towers are crooked... the architecture is very impressive and very different from any other... One of the madrasas has a wonderful little coffee shop on the second floor, where you can sit, drink coffee, and look at everything from above...for all entertainment services (bicycles and other transport for the pedestrian street), it is better that a local friend asks for prices (for tourists, the price is 2-3 times more expensive automatically)

It's a great place. Quiet, they cook at home. I highly recommend the lamb kebab. It differs from other places in that on the skewer pieces of mutton (without fat) are interspersed with pieces of fat. Therefore, the kebab is juicy, and those who do not eat fat can remove pieces of fat and eat only meat. The staff is polite and helpful, they cook and bring it quickly.

I do not recommend this establishment. The manti are warmed up and boiled, and you won't find any meat in lagman at all. And the worst part is that we paid in cash, but they gave us the change with money that had gone out of circulation!!! We're tourists, and of course we didn't notice it. The woman is impudent at the entrance, and she gave the change. It's just a shame! The hospitality is excellent, of course. Avoid this place!

Overall, I liked everything - the cuisine, the service, and the wine. Prices are somewhat inflated, for individual dishes, for example, "karakhan", and in general at times. But, again, in general, the dinner did not ruin: 500,000 UZS (about 40 EUR).

It is a very beautiful place, especially in the evening, near the main square of Samarkand, the fleur of the east is in the air, there is a lot of greenery. The restaurant itself is good, pleasant cuisine, beautiful interior, the price tag corresponds to the place and location, the level of service is a little weak - this is not the strongest part in this country. in general, I recommend it.

Disgusting. Shurpa is a barely warm broth with poorly peeled half-cooked vegetables and tough "rubbery" beef. I told the waiter that it was impossible to eat, he just silently took the plate away, did not cross it off the bill. The manti are also slightly warm, the filling is tasteless, there are a lot of onions and fat. The place itself is a bit dirty, and the waiters bring the appliances in late. I give 1 star for the tea, it was brought quickly and fresh tea leaves were put in, and 1 star for the baklava. Baklava is delicious.

It's clean, pleasant, and looks more like a European restaurant than an oriental one. Everything is delicious, the waiters are just super caring and friendly. The prices for Samarkand are higher than usual, which is understandable, the restaurant is located right next to Registan Square.

We went to this place according to the rating, but the place does not correspond to 5 stars at all. We arrived in the afternoon, there was no one in the establishment. Lots of flies. Manta rays are not very much - a lot of onions, little meat. On the plus side, there is a beautiful entourage inside, the chicken kebab is excellent, but for some reason only ketchup is used from sauces. For some reason, they didn't let me pay with a card, they said I needed cash. They write about the view of the square, but there is a road and trees, maybe you can see the illumination in the evening. In general, we do not recommend it, we would not come a second time, there are places, in our opinion, tastier and more pleasant. And they didn't give me the full change.
