Too keep it short and sweet id recommend any tourist to avoid this trap house of a place. This self called restaurant served dish with completely burnt onions and rubbery undercooked beef. The rice was tasted stale and had a smell. Avoid this tourist trap. They take advantage of gullible tourists by serving crap because they can getaway with it as the location is just too good.

Registan square is hilarious! It is the pearl of Timurids’ architecture embracing 15-17 centuries. Well maintained, lit at night, it is a fantastic place bringing memories of Arabian nights.

The prices are higher compared to other restaurants. Don't order anything from here.

Registan — where history breathes through every stone, and the silence of the past meets the beauty of today.

The majestic architectural ensemble Registan, translated as "sandy square". Very beautiful. In the evening, the ensemble lights up and turns into a magical oriental fairy tale. We visited Registan on 04/02/2026 in the afternoon. We had a guide to Samarkand, so we not only looked at the architecture, but also learned a lot of interesting things about this place. The ticket price for us tourists from Russia was 100,000 UZS per person. That's about 667 rubles . The guide passes for free, the main thing is to warn at the ticket office, they reflect this in the ticket. There were a lot of tourists. I recommend you to visit.

Every stone here breathes history. The atmosphere is incredible, even in summer, in the heat, there is a fresh breeze and mulberry trees embrace the coolness. Delicious coffee is brewed on the sand on the second floor. I was also lucky enough to attend a Bocelli concert on Registan. It was unforgettable.

One of the advantages is an early start to work, you can have breakfast with the usual food, scrambled eggs, porridge. And of course the location. Interesting national interior. Of the cons, everything is tired, for example, a broken button on the toilet drain. Instead of coffee, it's some kind of barley drink. There is black tea on the menu, but they still bring green tea. Well, it was the only place in Samarkand where the flatbread was not brought for free.

We came here based on the reviews, but the reality was disappointing. We ordered shish kebab, shurpa, fried lagman, dumplings and Caesar salad. There was no one else in the hall, but we had to wait a long time. After 30 minutes, the Caesar arrived: mayonnaise, ordinary Russian cheese, and — the cherry on the cake — unpeeled boiled chicken eggs! After the dispute, the salad was removed from the bill. The fried lagman turned out to be too greasy and peppered. The rest of the dishes are edible, but no more. Bottom line: the most expensive and at the same time the most tasteless lunch of all time in Uzbekistan. I don't recommend it.

An amazing ensemble. It's very beautiful, both in the afternoon and in the evening, they turn on the laser show, but I believe that they are launching there by some kind of invitation and not everyone. Speculators sell seats on the show for $ 2000 )It's not worth it at all. You can stand a meter away from those sitting and watch for free. It's a very beautiful, authentic place with its own history. Entrance is paid, for foreigners 100 thousand soums.

It is a very atmospheric place in Samarkand, you need to come here in the evening to see the fabulous lighting and definitely in the afternoon to walk around all the madrassas, go around all the shops, and take 100,500 beautiful photos!

We visited the Registan restaurant in Samarkand and were satisfied! A cozy atmosphere, a beautifully decorated room, there are both ordinary tables and traditional trestles. The location is very convenient — right next to Registan Square, it can be combined with a walk through the sights. The cuisine is delicious and varied: pilaf, kebabs, samsa, manti, soups and Uzbek dishes are cooked perfectly. I especially liked the Karakhan pilaf and meat. The service is at a good level — the staff is polite, attentive and ready to help with the selection of dishes. The prices are average and correspond to the quality. In the evening, there is live music and a show program, which creates a festive atmosphere. The restaurant is suitable for tourists and for family dinners.

What is bad for a Russian is normal for an Uzbek. This cafe is a very vivid confirmation of this. The bright interior, rich chests of drawers with dishes and gold trim, fried eggs covered with a lid during cooking, cappuccino sweet and tasteless coffee, a waiter pulling out a newly empty plate from under his arm.. In short, everything is not as usual for the Russian soul.

A gorgeous place with a rich history. Take a tour, it's better to order on the website, I took it on a satellite for $ 20, one of the objects was Registered and a few more. Every evening at 20 or 21h there is a light show, I recommend 👍
