An old hotel that needs renovation inside. The room fund with old shabby walls, broken furniture. There are not enough Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The food is not bad. Room cleaning is not very convenient: they may forget to put water on, change towels, etc.

Good afternoon.we returned from Dubai on 12/25/2021. I did not like the hotel, I do not recommend it. Everything is far away and the bay and the metro .there is no transfer. There is no Russian-speaking staff, as there probably is no English-speaking staff, or they did not want to understand us. The hotel is tired. Dirty. We lived in a room of 4 people all brought water tea coffee towels for two. Towels were not given only bath towels for the face, they were asked to bring 4, but every day they still gave only two🙄 good breakfasts could be found that there was a problem with seating, there were not enough tables and appliances too. The elevator worked only according to the room cards , no one explained anything to us . In 2019, we lived in a two-star hotel, it is much better than an ibis with three stars. I don't recommend it.‼️‼️‼️

The hotel is good, I will not say that it is within walking distance from the sea, but if you get used to it, you can easily get to the sea by bus in 4 days.

Good 3 stars, no frills, but everything you need is there -a kettle, a safe, large rooms, good cleaning, an in-house pool, which is convenient in the heat. The staff is responsive - they picked up the rooms and extended the check out. It is also important - excellent location , prestigious area, there are several good and inexpensive restaurants nearby (kebab special among them), 2 km from the excellent la mer beach and Laguna Aqua Park -you can walk there on foot (there was no shuttle from the hotel), near the city center and Burj Khalifa - ~3 km by taxi or bus 10-15 minutes, as well as nearby the etihad Museum and Dubai frame - both highly recommended for those who are a little interested in culture and history.

Hotel - baldezh. They asked us to change the room twice - they changed it for us, everyone is very well-mannered and friendly. It's a 15-minute walk to the sea somewhere, but it doesn't matter. There are a lot of cool places and restaurants around. The Trade Center metro station is about a 20-25 minute walk away. But of course, dear administration, dinners could be made a little cheaper, otherwise 45 aed is something expensive. But overall, the hotel is cool, I recommend it

Strange standards of service: not a single hand/face towel is allowed for two people. There are no bathrobes. That is, after a shower, I dried myself with a bath towel, turned around with it (due to the lack of bathrobes), and then wiped my face with it. At the reception they answered that such standards of the hotel. The country of luxury saves on hygiene!

The hotel is wonderful: very spacious room, cleaning every day, free safe, refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee, cream and sugar are replenished every day. Especially pleased with the panoramic full-length window with a view of Burjhalif, We had a rest from the TV - there are no channels in Russian, the city beach of La Mer is a 20-minute quiet walk from the hotel, clean, well-groomed with all the necessary infrastructure. Special thanks to the chefs of the hotel, they cook great. Every lunch there was fish, beef, and chicken, but every time everything was cooked differently and with great imagination! Pampered with red fish and king prawns - super! There were even slippers in the room, for this separate "mercy", not every 5-ke has them! The staff is responsive, friendly! Thank you for a decent rest!!!

La Mer beach is half an hour on foot. You can't get to the city, you have to call a taxi. The metro is also accessible by taxi, there is simply no pedestrian road. If I were going to Dubai again, I would choose something closer to the subway. But if you need the sea, then La mer seemed to me the most pleasant beach of all.
