Our stay at Raffles The Palm Dubai was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for in every way. A huge thank you to Karina, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She not only arranged a complimentary room upgrade but also swiftly resolved all our requests, including early check-in and dining arrangements. Her professionalism and genuine kindness truly stood out! The dining options were fantastic-the food was delicious, especially burgers room services menu and poll bar ! The breakfast buffet had a great variety, though we would have loved a wider selection of freshly squeezed juices. Our child had a wonderful time at the kids' pool, which was extremely safe thanks to the attentive lifeguards who monitored everything closely. We also loved that there were always plenty of available sun loungers, so we never had to rush to secure a spot. Another highlight was the talented pianist in the lobby, whose beautiful music created a relaxing and elegant atmosphere every evening. Without a doubt, Raffles The Palm Dubai provided us with a flawless family vacation, and we will definitely be back. We stay 8 people ! 3 categories of number are all perfect ! It's quite a nice hotel, but I'll probably choose another one next time. Short and to the point: We arrived with two families and a friend had a privilege card, promised to give rooms with increased comfort, waited 3.5 hours (after 17:0) we were told that the second room had been extended by the guests and would be available after 20:0 There are no cafes (separate from hotels), shops and entertainment within walking distance of the hotel. The bay (beach) has an unpleasant smell and there is no transparency. I did not want to enter it. The beach (sun beds) and the pool area are quite pleasantly equipped. The staff is attentive. The breakfasts are decent, the assortment is good. In the lobby bar, the staff was a little confused and there was no genuine welcome. The iron in the room was ruined. otherwise, it's normal.

Hello! This is a stunningly beautiful hotel! Incredible! Amazing! You just cross the threshold and realize this is love forever! The service is of the highest level , polite , respectful attitude ! The rooms are cleaned twice a day , the rooms are spacious , clean , bright , and amazingly furnished . The dining room ( buffet ) is an indoor hall with a colonnade and a panorama of the beach. Stucco work , mirrors , crystal chandeliers and exquisite furniture are everywhere . There is no limit to my admiration!!! And what a beautiful garden and coastal area they have ... To our surprise, the waiter forgot about the change, and claims that another amount was left. The management of the hotel was informed about the incident, but there was ABSOLUTELY no assistance from them!!! There are cameras everywhere in the hotel and by the pool too! And before we left the money to the waiter, we made a photo check and the amount that we left to the waiter... and it doesn't seem like such a large amount for someone. But 12 thousand rubles instead of 2 for a coconut cocktail on the beach is too much for me.. and it's more about attitude as a client! For good service, it's never a pity to leave a tip!
